O apartamento é amplo, renovado e muito confortável. Conta com eletrodomésticos que ajudam àqueles que querem fazer refeições e até lavar suas roupas. Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro e box amplo. O atendimento do Mateo é excelente.

A parte interna do prédio poderia estar melhor conservada. Não tem elevador. Uma dica: é melhor acessar o apartamento pela parte inferior do bairro, aparentemente é mais seguro.

The property was clean and nicely presented and in a good state of repair. It was also close to the city centre and the price was good.

While we were able to access the property without too much trouble, some of the instructions and labeling (on the door and mailbox) could have been clearer. Some of the facilities were poor. The toaster didn't work, we couldn't find a grill or baking shelf for the oven. The frying pans and cooking pot were worn out and need replacing and there was no vegetable peeler in the cutlery drawers.

The house is spacious and clean

The neighborhood is interesting by night .. pay a little attention at night walking into the neighborhood and use the shortest route from the historic centre and it's fine.

The location was walkable to many sites. Having in-suite laundry was convienent.

Parking! There is no onsite available.The only parking available is€23.15 per day. The listing advertised parking available. Not okay to advertise free parking available. Safety- I felt unsafe in the area. Lots if people in the street, arguing people and nightlife. Noise- There was lots of street and building noise at all hours. Pictures- the pictures from the booking make the apartment look way better than it was. It was very dark, multiple walls are damaged, no curtains and security blinds make the apartment even darker. The second bedroom was not a bedroom. It was two twin beds that you could not walk in between or around and were essentially on the ground. The windows could not be opened in one of the bedrooms. The building smelt very damp. The property was advertised as smoke free but the hallways smelt of smoke which in turn make the apartment smell. They was also a smell of stale alcohol in the living room. Items missing-advertised a hair dryer,toilet paper and iron. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. The double bed only had one pillow. Dirty- the apartment was not clean at all considering the new Covid standards.The bathroom was gross. Between hair in shower,dirty floors and toothpaste and body hair on walls. The floors in the apartment were dirty and we had to wash our feet before bed.

Completely spoilt with given false information about the parking

I filtered for only places " with parking in site" and was just told to park on the street when arrived. This area it is impossible to park in the street and I had to take parking at euro 24. Please credit me with this amount
