"BEACH HAVEN" ist ein modernes, erhöhtes Strandhaus mit fünf Schlafzimmern und Blick auf den Fluss, das Tal und das Meer. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel, Geschäften und örtlichen Cafés. Gehen Sie zum Strand, genießen Sie das reichhaltige Vogelleben und die Aussicht von den beiden Decks. Dies könnte Ihr Strandparadies sein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich vier Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss befinden. Das Schlafzimmer mit der Schlafkoje ist ein Durchgang zu einem anderen Schlafzimmer. Das fünfte Schlafzimmer ist aus der Garage und hat ein eigenes Bad.(Bettwäsche wird nicht gestellt)

Overall the property was great for our group of friends. Wood fire was lovely and warm. Great views from the deck.
Welcome hamper was lovely and thoughtful addition.
Some areas of the property were a little aged and could do with a refresh, but the price is reflective of this.
Had some initial issues with the cleaning but was rectified quickly and easily with the booking agent.
Overall we had an amazing stay.

This house is lovely and perfectly located close to the pub and general store. Our only gripe was the linen. The linen rental was quite expensive, so I expected the beds to be made up when we arrived, but instead we just arrived to a sack of sheets and towels. They weren’t labelled by size and they weren’t pure cotton. If I stay here again I’d save a few hundred dollars and bring my own sheets.

Loved our stay, with plenty of space for the kids and adults alike. Didn't get to enjoy the outdoor deck area due to the weather, but the wood fire was perfect to keep warm inside. We'll be back in the warmer months!

Great weekend getaway
We had a great stay in this property. View is amazing and well located near a lot of great walking tracks (foreshore and Otways NP very near by). Layout of the house is a little different but worked well for us. Even though the weather was wet we still had plenty to do and had a great time.

Not quite what expected
Commenced with incorrect key and confusing information about recycling. Then found all crockery and cutlery dirty. Spent first few hours cleaning. The kitchen tidy contained a lot of rubbish from previous tenants which was pretty amusing in light of all the warnings to keep property clean. Then find only 5 sheets of toilet paper on one roll and about same in other toilet. For 9 people?? Luckily for us one of us had a supply from camping. Found out that dishwasher was so putrid it made the all the dishes dirty. Spent time cleaning the dishwasher to avoid illness but really requires urgent cleaning - the family were put off by this. We would not return.

A much needed getaway!
Gorgeous views, a deck that seems to go on forever and a great location close to the pub. Pets aren't really welcome, but more accurately tolerated, as they are not allowed inside the house. Also, the house functions as a 4 bedroom 1 bath rather than a 5/2, because the fifth bedroom and ensuite are far removed (downstairs and through the garage) from the rest of the house. The master rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The kitchen and dining room are enormous. We had a wonderful stay.

Aireys Inlet
While this house is in a great position, with fantastic views and well loved. We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness. We took many dirty dishes, glasses and pans out of the cupboard and had to wash before use. Oven needed a good clean. Wood fire not serviced - handle broken and fire full of ash, no kindling or fire starters or axe to cut kindling and as this was a cold weekend and only source of heating, we felt this was not good enough. The cost was expensive as there were really only 3 bedrooms suitable and one bathroom (the second Bathroom and 5th bedroom are located downstairs through the garage in a very dark cold position, which is stated but gives the impression that this would sleep comfortably 10 people. Which fortunately we did not need to do ). Taking your own linen for the cost involved for this house was excessive. We have stayed in many other houses around Australia and found this disappointing.

For winter- main heating for house is only a wood fire. Fabulous wood pile! Small heaters in bedrooms and master bedroom has split system.

Extended Family Getaway
This Property has a lovely feel about it, great fire for ambience and the views are to die for. Very Clean great amenities short walk to everything including the Around the Twist Lighthouse, look forward to taking all the family back.

We loved staying in this house!
We stayed here as a large, extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the games room and the big backyard and the adults loved the views and all the entertainment areas, as well as the big kitchen.
