JEDE 4. NACHT KOSTENLOS! Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem East Harbor State Park und den Stränden. Zwei Eigentumswohnungen auf oberer Ebene im Jahr 2012 neu gebaut und zwei Eigentumswohnungen auf unterer Ebene im Jahr 2019 neu gebaut. DIESE EINHEIT IST EINE UNTERE EINHEIT (EINHEIT D). Jede Einheit bietet Platz für 8 Personen mit 2 Zim. 2 Vollbädern und kostenlosem Anlegeplatz (bis zu 35 'Boot). Die oberen Wohneinheiten verfügen über ein großes, abgeschirmtes Deck und die unteren Wohneinheiten über eine Betonterrasse und eine Rasenfläche mit Blick auf den schönen Westhafen. Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Yachthafen, umgeben von freundlichen und sicheren Vierteln und nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt. Ideal für Familien, Freunde und Angelgruppen. Angelcharter auch direkt vor Ihrer Tür! Einheiten der unteren Ebene sind behindertengerecht. Waschmaschine / Trockner sind möglicherweise verfügbar, je nachdem, welche Einheit (en) Sie buchen. Außerdem eröffnen wir im Frühjahr 2019 einen neuen Barbereich am Wasser im Freien, in dem gelegentlich Live-Musik gespielt wird. Jährlich, am Samstag nach dem 4. Juli, veranstalten wir einen "Harbour Bash" für den Yachthafen und die umliegenden Stadtteile mit Live-Bands bis 17.00 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr. We absolutely loved our weekend and will be back. The hosts were amazing such a sweet fun family. Everything we needed was right there so we never actually ventured to put-n.bay haha.

This was a quick trip to go to Cedar Point before the grands started school. We stayed on the main level in Unit D. We loved the location at the Marina. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the out door space was very relaxing. We enjoyed going to the pool in the evening and having beverages from the Boon Docks bar located on the property. Boon Docks also serves pizza which looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Parking was a breeze in the open lot. It was a fantastic place to land after a day of adventure. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and beautiful. we had unit D on the ground floor. The front door butts up to a boat ramp where guys are working on boats and walking back and forth on the sidewalk around the condo and right by our patio all day long. we had to close the blinds for privacy. If they had said hello or acknowledged us it would have made things a little better. Very unfriendly atmosphere there, however the owner was very nice.

I took my son and his friend fishing for my son’s 15th birthday. We booked with JT Charter..who by the way is fabulous!
This place was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect being right on the water so they were able to keep fishing once off the boat. Location was great.. close to everything! The hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

We were very happy with our stay in Unit D at the marina! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

We came up to the area for a wedding and decided to stay at this property due to location and we stayed here previously and it was amazing. It was just as nice as before but now they have a pool and bar attached. The owners are extremely responsive, the condo is spotless and it has incredible views. I highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough great things about this property! This is the 2nd year/2nd unit we have rented and this years condo was just as great as the one last year. The unit is well stocked, spotless and just overall a pleasant experience. There is a bar right next to the property and the on-site pool is super clean and was refreshing on an 85 degree day. The host responds quickly and is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend a stay here!

We stayed for two weekend nights at this property and had a wonderful stay. The property was spotless and we had no issues with anything. We loved the view off the patio, just looking at the boats as they came into and left the harbor. We especially loved the music from the nearby bar. It gave off a beachy vibe as we sat on the patio, and like other reviewers mentioned, you couldn't hear it from inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Our itinerary included a day at Put-In-Bay and a day at Marblehead.

We rented both lower condos for an end of summer getaway that included four families (8 adults & 8 kids) and everyone had a blast. Bree was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The condos were clean and spacious. We sat on the deck each night and watched the boats go in and out of the marina. It was such a cool vibe. We loved Boondocks and the live music. The pool was steps away from the condos which made for an easy back and forth with the kids. We cannot wait to visit again next summer!

My husband and I were hoping to have a relaxing and low key long weekend. This rental was perfect. Being by the water was great, and the apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We loved the proximity to great options and also the option to grill a meal for ourselves.

We enjoyed this place so much! Everything was new and clean and lovely. Quiet and peaceful - owners live nearby. Little bar with music nearby but can’t hear a thing from inside the condo.

Everything was very nice. Condo was very clean. You can watch them put the big boats in on the back porch. The owner was great and you could get ahold of her easily. Our stay was good.

We had an amazing stay at West Harbor. The place is just as listed and worked perfectly. We had 5 guys in the group from 20-82 years old and not one of us could find anything we would like changed.
If you are going fishing there is a cleaning station just across the road at the state park!

Travel to Sandusky often for volleyball and wanted something quieter and more space than a hotel and this was the perfect fit for our family! There’s so much to see and do even in the offseason! Very close to all our favorite local restaurants! Would love to visit again and bring our boat!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Bree and Bill's condo. Spacious, clean and welcoming. We loved being by the water and that we could grill out on the patio. We will definitely be returning guests for future trips to Ohio!

Good: Quiet, we didn’t notice the bar around the corner even with the live band playing
Perfect for us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Clean, bright, open and spacious. Appreciate that I was able to reserve a lower level unit as my older in-laws were staying with us.
Great view of the water. Nice to have an outdoor patio complete with patio furniture and cushions supplied.
Adequately stocked kitchen. Very nice that dish soap and paper towels were supplied.
Not as good:
Fridge didn’t stay cold. Contacted management who said I should unplug it for a few hours:
1) How to pull a big fridge out from the wall to unplug it?
2) I just got to my vacation rental, grocery shopped and unloaded groceries. Not a good time to unplug the fridge.
House cleaners walked in on Sunday morning. Our rental ended on Monday.
In addition to the signage indicating it was a private area maybe ad a few No Smoking signs?
We don’t smoke. But, we had smokers in front of the house migrated over and smoked in front of our door. When I asked them to move they moved to the area next to the back/sliding glass door of the condo.

The master bedroom needs some black out curtains or black out blinds. The unit needs a new fridge it never got cold. The location and unit where very nice and beautiful view.

Had a Blast!
Such a fun place! My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and wish we could've stayed longer. I will definitely visit again. The bar that is on the property is great and they make excellent pizza...I highly recommend the pickle pizza with banana peppers. There was live music both nights we were there and we enjoyed it so much! There was a also a food truck there....I only ordered french fries, but they were excellent! We were in unit C which is one of the downstairs units. We loved the patio and little grassy area where we set up cornhole boards. There was a really nice grill outside on the patio that we didn't use but would definitely use if we were there for a longer stay. If you're thinking about renting this property, think no more and just do it!
