The condo far exceeded our expectations. From other reviews we thought this condo would have the bare minimum but it certainly did not. This condo was stocked with everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped and missing nothing. All you have to add is the food. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The condo was absolutely spotless, even the top of the fridge which is often missed. The furniture was definitely not outdated as others had said and we found the beds to be very comfy. Our children stayed in the room with twin beds and really liked it. Hangers are provided for clothes that hang. The view from the balcony was wonderful and as always the beach was amazing. Victor was great to deal with and was very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to return next year.

I have been coming to Midnight Cove for years. This is the first time using booking.com. The location of the condo was perfect, first bldg behind the office on the bayside, 3rd floor. The balcony was amazing and overlooked the pool. It was very private.

The condo was very dated. The bedrooms were very hot and hard to cool down (the rest of the condo was very cool). No ceiling fan in the twin bedroom, which would’ve helped tremendously. We ended up buying a fan and left it there for the next guest. The dryer took several cycles to dry even a small load. The shower pressure was terrible and the water was hot, you could not adjust it. No place to hang towels. We also purchased a cooler and left it for the next guest. That would’ve also been helpful if the condo had one. I asked the owner if the unit had beach towels and was told yes. They were actually bath towels. We also had to purchased beach towels. I would’ve brought some with me if I knew this. The stove top burners were very unsteady making it hard to cook for fear the skillet would fall off. The furniture in the den was arranged such that the opening for sliding door to the patio was covered by the couch. You had to open it backwards. I think a few small touches with updates to the decor would make for a better 1st impression.

Been traveling to Midnight Cove for over 25 years and the property is pristine! Never had any issues with the grounds or cleanliness…I’ve stayed in many different condos over the years and have to say 532 is one of my least favorites..I have a standard as to which I’ve become accustomed to staying at MC and 532 falls way short of expectations..twin beds in second bedroom were hard and very stiff..if this is how you like your mattress then this place will be perfect for you..the decor is a step below basic..the appliances look to be original..the cookware was basic as well..the baking sheet has seen better days..bring everything! Salt pepper sugar etc..this unit has zero extras..washer and dryer was decent..tv is old and outdated..no HD..master bed is on at best.. The cleaning was ok..needed to be detailed and cleaned above eye level..anything above your head walls ceiling etc was dusty..again not deal breakers but disappointing compare to other condos I’ve experienced..also the water heater had to be replaced during our visit which wasn’t a big deal only problem was I believe the setting was turned up in the handle to the shower to compensate for the lack of heat from the old water heater because once the one was installed the water was hot and stayed hot..even with barely turning on the water it was hot! No cool water at all..had to get water out of kitchen sink and pour it over my wife’s head for the last 4 nights of our stay.. Tried to get property maintenance to come and look and he never showed..again not deal breakers but a little disappointed..aka and all the weather was pretty good and we didn’t have to spend much time inside. If you have young kids this unit is probably perfect for you..don’t have to worry about breaking expensive electronics or decorations..

Midnight Cove itself is a really nice place especially if you’re on the water. The property itself are well maintained and very clean.

The condo # 532 midnight Cove, was absolutely horrendous. The owner was extremely rude and not accommodating of some issues I had before I got there. Upon arrival, the place was dirty. I also took several pictures of things that were broken that day because I felt the owner could not be trusted&will try to blame me for these things and keep my security deposit.I was so right!!!.And of course at the end of my stay , I put a complaint in to him along with pictures.And that’s exactly what he is trying to do is keep my security deposit!!!! To make things worse the mattresses he has in the bedrooms are nothing less than a hard box. I had to purchase $100 memory foam 3 inch pad so I was able to sleep.As a courtesy I also left the mattress pad for the upcoming guess so they would not wake up in pain as I did the first night. And to make matters worse, the pillows were so flimsy that you needed to stack at least three or four so your head was not laying flat on the bed. There is also not one extra amenity in that condo for anyone.The place is bare. I had to buy even a deck of cards and left them there for the other guests! Not one game or a movie or sand toys or a bucket or anything for children.I had to clean the bathroom and dust all the furniture. None of the lightbulbs were changed and were burnt out ,so I had to step up on a chair to change the ones on the ceiling since I could not see in the hallway. The dining room chairs were mismatch and legs were wobbly. Even the kitchen barstools were zip tied. Just awful. There was not one picture hanging in the place to make you feel at home it was very stark and cold. This man definitely did not invest in anything quality for guests. The patio furniture table and chairs were cheap plastic. I would never stay here again even if it was for free. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! My stay was August 14- 22, 2021.

Property is outdated and the AC didn’t work properly

Outdated and dryer ruined some of our clothes
