Location was great, room nice

Sink didn’t drain. Had to brush and wash my face in toilet. The shower was leaking water all over the place. Breakfast was not included

The bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. Although we didn't meet the owner, but we could talk to her at any time. He was very nice. The room is nice and pleasant. Soundproof window is a great idea, because the nightlife is a bit loud. It's good that there was a small balcony.

The neighbours are very loud. The cold and hot water sometimes changed. The wi-fi doesn't connect, the signal was wery weak, and my own mobil internet was shadowed by the room.

The staff are nice and will clean the room daily. (Towel fee) it’s pretty quiet. The location is right down the street from the public square. And the street in front is closed off to traffic except for people who live on that block. So people walking everywhere at night. At least in the summer.

This isn’t a problem for me. Just making a note for people who may have mobility issues. There is no elevator and the beautiful room I stayed in is on the second floor.

Everything looked very clean and fresh and the balcony was very nice.

The bathroom was good but also small and narrow.

Location was excellent, room was very comfy and close to many lovely restaurants and train station. Loved our stay.

The location was very convenient to travel from and made a good central hub for our stay. Lots of amenities close by such as restaurants and cafés (lots of choice). The owners were EXCEPTIONAL and catered to every request as best they could and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The communication was fantastic and all of our requests were dealt with incredibly quickly. We did not have breakfast within the property but this was a personal choice as there was so many places we wished to try in the area. The property is great value for money and would be more than happy to recommend this to anyone as well as stay here again.

The Wi-Fi connection would disconnect from time to time in the far rooms but while a bit annoying. There wasn’t much that could be done by the owner due to where the connection was located. Did not impact our stay but something to consider.

The walls were a bit cold so even with the help of heating that works, it turned out that it was a bit cold at night for me.

The owner was very nice and answered promptly all questions or messages! She was also very helpful as we needed to make the check in earlier. The room was clean and very nice! Everything was remodeled and in excellent conditions. Also the location was excellent as it was only 10 min away from the archeological park and five minutes away from the main plaza

It smelled a bit like humidity or something. Maybe it had been closed for a while before we got there, it wasn’t that bad. Everything was clean.

When we first arrived, we were questioning if possible to have breakfast because it wasnt clear for us with all the Covid situation. The staff was very aggressive via texts and asked us to leave if we dont like it. we never met the staff, we couldn't get to them to ask for essential things like changing dirty towels and toilet paper etc .. 4 days with same towels ( horrible especialy in a hot location in summer like pompei). Also pillows weren't clean. I would never go back to this place and i wont recomend it to anyone. Pompei is a very beautiful location and there are many other options for the same price with much better quality service.

The room is super clean and very confortable. Location is perfect, 10 minutes by walk from the historical part of the city. We had a lovely stay!

Everything was perfect, we just didn’t have any soap which was really not ideal and the staff was already gone when we noticed it.

Great location and super nice!

It was located relatively close to the ruins of Pompei, very close to the bus terminal, and close to the downtown core of Pompei. I only interacted with the staff briefly when I arrived and when I left. The rest of the communication was electronic. They seemed very nice and responded promptly.

The people staying in the room next to me were very loud, they were clearly fighting and not happy with each other, and did not have any problems with sharing that. The walls were pretty thin, so it was pretty loud.
