Beth has a great home right on the beach. You can’t ask for a better location!
No problems at all with our stay, Beth was very easy to communicate with.
Only “negative” about the property is that it has a shared staircase and deck walkway to the beach with the unit next door. Our neighbors for the week weren’t very considerate of others and left their beach gear along the walkway. Also had a noisy dog that wouldn’t stop barking anytime we were outside on the middle balcony.
If you are lucky enough to have a good neighbor you will absolutely love your stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying here; it was our second visit to this property. It is clean, great layout, and has several beautiful balconies overlooking the water. It’s on the North side of Topsail which is a bit more peaceful than Surf City so expect calm and quiet. Not many restaurants nearby so be sure to have a car — if you have one you’re set! Options a quick drive away. They have beach chairs and toys available for your time on the beach and some fun games for the kiddos. It was very nice!

Our stay at Beth's house was great! The location directly on the beach can't be beat. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils--we cooked most of our meals at the house. One set of bath towels is provided, so if you want more washcloths or towels, plan to bring your own. You'll also want to bring kitchen towels, saran wrap and aluminum foil if you will do much cooking. We didn't want to leave and would gladly go back!

This house was very clean when we checked in and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Beth had a few rules for us to follow but nothing over the top and it made me feel at ease to know that the place is taken care of. The beach was perfect it was like having a little private beach for a week. She even allowed us to bring both of our pups which enjoyed the ocean so much and had a hose downstairs to rinse them off, which is so helpful! The house was complete with all the essentials you require on vacation and more. I would definitely book another trip here sometime and stay here again! 😊

This place is absolutely fantastic! The host is awesome and keeps the house well stocked with everything one needs. THE VIEWS will blow you away on every level of the house. North Topsail is also a beautiful Island with lots to do also nearby Wilmington, too! Very convenient to all kinds of shopping needs and great restaurants, bars/grills, too! Nature lovers, beach nuts, and... everything in between will be in their glory and will not be disappointed!

We love Topsail Island and have stayed in several different places. The Ocean Pearl was a wonderful place. Love that they allow pets, we don't vacation with out them. Everything was as expected. We had a great time.

Opened the screen door to the balcony and it fell off in my hands, attempted putting it back on several times and finally leaned it against the bedroom wall. Coffee maker didn’t work and I purchased one and left it there. Tried to wash a load of clothes and washing machine was junk, ended up rinsing in the sink and hanging clothes out on the railing.
Today I got an email saying that the renters insurance I had purchased was being charged for washing machine repairs off $228, that’s insurance fraud and I have reported it to the insurance company.
Like I said, it sure is not what the pictures are and we will never stay there again. I did find a really nice place just down the road that a friend was staying at and next spring when we come back that’s where we will stay from now on.

The location is great and we loved having direct access to the beach. There are several sea turtle nests around too!! This beach condo has most of what you need, just bring yourself, food and toiletries and you are set.

We stayed at the home for a short friends trip. Everything about the home was great, but the views were absolutely killer! We loved the direct access to the boardwalk and beach, and views from the deck were amazing for hangout off the sand. The only downfalls of our trip were a short stay and Idalia. No issues from the storm, but it did create a rainy day. Beth was very quick to reply and answer all inquiries. I highly recommend this spot!

Place was amazing with location and access to the beach from all areas of the house! So wonderful to take dogs to the beach and relax ! Love they allow this! Clean and nice decor! Stairs inside to go out were a bit much for us with older dog… but she loved the beach access to go! Would recommend for family of 6 or if couples maybe 2 couples at a time! Overall very relaxing!

It had every thing you needed with the biggest plus being you had to walk out the back door, go a very short distance on a wooden deck and you set foot on the sand just yards from the Atlantic Ocean!! I started to miss it as soon as I got in the car to head back to Ohio.

Quiet part of the island. Lovely beach. Perfect view. A 15 minute drive to most restaurants but not an issue if you plan well. Our dog had a fantastic time hanging out on the beach with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at OceanBay Pearl. Being right on the beach was fantastic for our two families, and the location meant we never felt crowded on the beach, even on July 4. (And we could see numerous fireworks displays from the deck.) Three boys (ages 13, 11 and 8) in the bedroom with the bunk beds worked out pretty well. Everything was as advertised in the listing. (Be aware that there is some sharp/rocky debris in some sections of this portion of the beach.) Wonderful memories from this trip!

Woke to the sight and sounds of surf each day. Multiple decks were quite fun. We had to adjust slightly to multi-level living (kitchen-living room one level) bedrooms split (some up some down) but once that was accomplished, it was wonderful. Beds are comfy, enough room for everyone, tastefully decorated and all the kitchen items we needed. Worked out perfectly.

Looking for a place to get away & relax? You can’t beat this home beautifully situated right on the beach! This home was tastefully decorated with enough beds and space for the whole family. Even the pups had a blast! We enjoyed many walks on the beach and hanging out. You might even get lucky and meet Harley, the resident parrot! Beth was very nice and quick to respond to all messages. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.....THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING!!!! The week we visited the weather was super humid and the house was temp was warmer. Since we all reside in NC we are used to the humid weather and we made sure all the curtains for the door we pulled shut and the blinds were closed to keep the sun from beating in the house, that helped. All and all we had a great week!!!!

Amazing stay at OceanBay Pearl
The house is in a great location! Great beach access, pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space on the beach, even with all of the houses in the group occupied during our week personal space was never an issue. We are a family of seven and our five teens had plenty of space in the house to spread out. We had a few minor issues pop op and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Amazing views from every deck, morning and night. House had everything we needed to enjoy the week! Clean, in good condition. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! If we are in Topsail again I will definitely book this house!
