Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood! We loved the back porch with grilling dinner & s’mores and board games! The lake was a short walk, we went skeet shooting, golfing and Captain Keenan (Big Fishhead tours) gave us great pontoon boat tour on the Lake! Gaby’s makes great drinks!
Cinda is great host! Only suggestion is update info as bicycles not at the property. We were happy we brought our electric bikes!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at Lake Oconee. The house was perfect for a group and location was great with quick access to the lake & marina. Host was super helpful in providing recommendations & ideas of what to do for the weekend. Highly recommend!

From the very beginning Cinda was a very helpful host! She answered all of my questions and gave us terrific suggestions. The home is in a lovely, walking neighborhood and is close to the lake just as described. The house was clean and visitor ready with a well stocked spice and dishes kitchen and great grill tools.
We had a wonderful time and will hope to return! I will definitely share this VRBO info with friends.

We stayed the weekend for a family reunion and had three generations in the house. The house was perfect and the layout was great for our size party of 7. The location is super convenient and close to the marina. Cinda, the host, was very responsive with any questions.

It took a few months to decide on a place to stay at Lake Oconee for the Brew and BBQ festival at the Ritz Carlton and we all were very pleased with our choice. The house was in a perfect location and accommodations were as expected. It was clean, plenty of room for 7 of us and loved the back porch and fire pit. The host was very responsive to any questions and provided a lot of information about the area. Overall perfect choice and would rent house again.

This home was very nice. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was unbelievably well stocked. The whole house had everything you needed. The property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond for a small exit problem we had.

A great house!
We had a terrific time and Canda was great, check in easy, all questions answered. The house is not on the water, it's in the fine print, but pictures suggest otherwise. But a short, pleasant walk, we had a blast! Thanks Canda.

The perfect home for visiting Lake Oconee
We (family group of 6) stayed at this lovely home while visiting Lake Oconee for a Ritz Carlton wedding weekend. The house was well appointed, with great gathering spaces indoors and out on the wonderful back porch. We didn't have time for tv, but large tvs are all around the house as well as on the porch. The house was even nicer than we expected, and we'd love to return here next time we visit the area for golf or lake activities.

This is a well-managed, well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and roomy home in Reynolds Lake Oconee. Close to all the golf courses, it was an ideal place for our golf group to stay.

We stayed at this home for our daughters wedding at the Ritz. The property was very clean, well stocked and on a quiet adorable block. The fire pit on the back deck was so nice. We would definitely come back. Exceeded our expectations!

Great Stay at the Lake
We had a wonderful time at Lake Oconee, and Marina Cottage was perfect for our family. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms provide privacy, while the open floorpan provides a great space to gather. Cinda provided helpful home instructions and fun ideas for our stay. The location of the cottage was very convenient to the lake, marina, beach area, restaurants, and grocery. We look forward to returning. Thank you, Cinda, for everything!

Birthday Celebration
Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Cinda was so helpful from the start of my booking and straight through to the end of our stay. She was extremely responsive and very helpful with things that went beyond the property in helping us find things to do and rentals. The home is exactly as pictured and the location is A+! The neighbors are extremely friendly and we made many friends. Cannot wait to go back!

Family Weekend Getaway
The house was very accommodating to our needs as a family. Kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. Cinda was great at communicating and offering places close by to eat, which we definitely took her advice. There was even dog bowls set out for our granddog. That was a sweet touch! The back porch was wonderful to sit and sip in the morning and listen to the birds chirp. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance to the lake.

A much needed break!
The house and amenities were fabulous - and exactly as represented in the listing. Everything was easy and comfortable and we were totally settled in within an hour of our arrival. The kitchen was well appointed which made cooking easy. Cinda was an amazing host who responded quickly to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would totally recommend this house and would stay here again!

Father’s Day Weekend Trip

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this house! It was an easy walk to the lake, a quick drive to the Ritz Carlton, and easy access to groceries and shopping.
The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want for a vacation stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive!

Wonderful place to stay in Reynolds
We loved staying on this cottage. It was in a perfect location, was very clean with all the amenities we needed to make meals and enjoy time on the patio. Cinda was so welcoming and sent us a lot of information about the area and things to do. Would definitely stay there again, at least until we buy our own place there :).
