El alojamiento no le falta de nada y tiene unas vistas únicas.

Estas alejado del centro porque es en un alto. Mirar si reservas porque puedes tener el baño compartido dependiendo de la habitación

Aamiaisemme teimme itse osittain tarjolla olevista vaihtoehdoista. Olimme koko talossa yksin ja nautimme tilasta ja ihanasta näkymästä kaupungille. Huone oli kaunis ja erillinen kylpyhuone tilava. Keittiötila oli myös varsin tilava mutta jos huoneet olisivat kaikki olleet varattuja olisi varmasti tila tullut ahtaaksi. Saatu avainkoodi taloon toimi hyvin ja tarvittavat asiat löytyivät helposti. Xativan kaupunki on mielenkiintoinen hieno kaupunki. Kävelymatka keskustaan on lyhyt ja mäen nouseminen teki vain hyvää pitkän automatkan jälkeen.

Keittiössä oli pieniä puutteita kuten emme löytäneen normaalia keittiöveistä tai korkkiruuvia. WiFi-salasanaa jouduimme tiedustelemaan erikseen sen sijaan, että se olisi ollut selkeästi vaikka keittiön pöydällä. Parkkipaikan löytymisessä oli haasteita mutta sekin lopulta järjestyi.

Habia que salir de la habitación para ir a baño, Faltaban mesitas. Para bajar al centro y acceder a la casa difícil para muchas personas. Parking difícil, muy lejos.

Clean, bed was nice, friendly owner

The description said private bathroom, landmark view, and balcony, but actually had a shared bathroom and only a window with zero view. It also says soundproof which is definitely not the case as I heard doors open and shut throughout the night and morning. I even paid for the more expensive of the two double rooms and have no idea what I paid for: it was a desk and a bed. The view is from the terrace at the front door but I could stand there without being a paying guest to see that view. I do not think the value is very good considering this very significant lapse in the description and think it is a dishonest description.

We had the place to ourselves, but there are 5 rooms sharing the kitchen and balcony which are both plenty big enough

La limpieza y la comodidad estupendas, además de la amabilidad de la dueña con desayuno incluido por cortesía de la casa, era nuestra primera vez en alojamientos de este tipo y estábamos nerviosos pero en cuanto hablamos con la dueña nos trasmitió una tranquilidad increíble

El comedor y la cocina compartidos, alquilamos solo una habitación, mejor si vas con más gente y alquilas toda la casa que tiene 2 plantas

I don't like common bathrooms. But now we were there alone, so it wasn't a problem.

Contraté, por medio de Booking, una habitación con baño privado y antes de llegar al alojamiento una señora me chatea por teléfono- Whatsapp para decirme que clase de cama quiero, si dos individuales o una doble,. Le contesto que ya había contratado una habitación con baño y que quería una cama doble. Respondió, a través de Whatsapp, que la página de Booking estaba equivocada y me informa sobre cómo puedo acceder a la casa y recoger las llames de la habitación Nº 5. El gancho para contentarme: hay desayuno de cortesía. Cuando llegamos y accedimos a la habitación, esta no tenía baño: había un baño en el pasillo compartido por tres habitaciones. Reclamaré a Booking unha compensación por semejante engaño. Llevo muchos años siendo cliente de Booking y creo que nunca me había sentido engañado.

the location is wonderful! the best in Xativa! close from the center with amazing view. very clean and there were everything I needed. it was the day " Epifania “so there were a lot of people in the center, but the apartment was so quiet and comfortable like real home. there's the kitchen that you can use with coffee maker, microwave, the owner organize the simple breakfast which you can make. actually she's totally lovely person! it's located in easy way to the Xativa castel. great in the sunrise and sunset. totally recommend to people who want to visit Xativa!

Me gustó mucho lo bien que lo venden para ser tan malo.

En esa casa rural hay 3 habitaciones por lo que pude comprobar. Tampoco estoy seguro. La habitación que me dieron era muy incómoda, tenía el baño fuera de la habitación.

Estaba limpio

Reservamos habitación con baño privado y era compartido. Habitación muy pequeña con cama pegada a la pared que no se puede entrar por un lado. Colchón durísimo. Mucho ruido de puertas por la gente entrando y saliendo del baño. Leí los comentarios y tenia buena pinta pero fue una decepción. La descripción de la casa está hecha con mucha imaginación. Muy caro para lo que luego es y sobre todo un engaño ofertar baño privado y que sea compartido. No lo recomiendo.

El buen trato, las vistas, la tranquilidad, la comodidad, la limpieza, la accesibilidad para llegar a horarios poco habituales y el detallazo del desayuno de cortesía.

The view

We were given room 2, inside a courtyard that leaked, bathroom was across the courtyard in full view of glass doors from kitchen diner!! No privacy. Breakfast was appalling - bakery goods in tupperware boxes to help yourself. Bread lefton shelf and was stale.

Probably the best terrace in Xativa, besides those at the Castle. Right above the Basilica, on the way to the castle. Cute apartment reorganised as B&B. Our room was much better than expected for the relatively little high season price we paid. Very easy check-in thanks to informal communication with the owner, we could enjoy rather flexible timeslots for check-in and check-out. Complementary coffee, tea and light breakfast. Extremely clean. Very happy with my choice.

As it is up to the hill, not super easy to park and be ready to drive around narrow streets.

We booked a double room with private bathroom. It was clearly written in the description and in my app room reservation that it was with private bathroom. Unfortunately it then was a shared bathroom (and too late to change hotel). The host blamed booking.com for the misleading info and was absolutely not solution-oriented. For a spartanic double room with shared bathroom totally overpriced.

The whole location has a very cozy vibe. The view over the city is amazing (but keep in mind that the walk uphill is steep).

- We had a bit of trouble to find the way due to a local party which cut the road but with the help of the police, we arrived with no issues. - We didn't know that we could need to share the bathroom with other guests. Luckily there were no other guests, so we had the bathroom for ourselves.

House is nice and has all the facilities. The owner doesn't speak English but the instruction from Booking.com are clear. The view from the front patio is amazing.

There is not car parking at the house. I have to use a free public parking few minutes away. Be aware that you have to pay in the high season (starting at 1st of June).

Room was tiny, and other guests next door very noisy plus they took our food out the fridge in the communal kitchen

extremely cold and stark, very small room, breakfast just a long life cake and coffee pod. toilet stopped flushing and heating was not enough to warm the bedroom

wonderful location with beautiful view of xativa. the place was in walking distance of town centre. and it was clean , comfortable , very quiet and just a really nice place. room was nice and there was a kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and pots , crockery and cutlery plus a dining and sitting area with a tv.
