We loved the condo and the beach and the ocean at night was really nice, but checking in and out was a breeze. We will be back.

The view was wonderful and the location was great. We had plenty of room for 3 adults. However the property is in need of some tlc. I was disappointed when I first arrived because the property looks run down. The lobby was ok not much to talk about but the elevator did not make a good first impression! Why is there carpet on the ceiling? The unit was mostly clean accept for the stains on the carpet. The new couches were nice but the overall feel of the place just felt old.

Everything was great except the mattresses. I'm not sure how old they were, but they sagged and caused sleeping problems because of that. We loved everything else! The living room furniture was lovely and comfortable, and we LOVED the views from the windows and balconies, as well as the sound of the surf. We also LOVED the easy access to the beach, the included free parking in a protected parking garage under the building, and that so many shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within an easy walk. We enjoyed the hot tub after swimming in the cold ocean. All for a reasonable price! We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully on new mattresses.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation there is two master bedrooms with very comfortable beds each has their own bathroom and own patio with a great view of the beach. We loved being able to just walk out of the building and be right on the beach. Parking was great and easy to use with the remote opener and there were so many fun places to eat and Shop that we walked to most of them

Ron's condo is located at the perfect spot in Pacific Beach. It really is spectacular to watch the sun set each night from the patio, in the living room, or either bedroom. You are steps from a great beach, on the boardwalk, and the parking garage is wonderful. Restaurants and bars are less than a block away. The beds are comfortable, sheets and towels seemed brand new, and the building was safe. Interactions with Ron were seamless, he provided everything we needed and was super responsive. We will be back!

We loved the views and location of the unit. The unit served our beach vacation purpose, but may be a bit dated for others' likes. Though, the microwave and fridge are brand new. Also, quick response time from the owner when I had a question. Had a great time!!

The view from this condo was amazing, it was very nice being so close to the ocean and in walking distance to many restaurants. Garage parking was also a great perk!

True to the listing, the location is fantastic and Right across the pedestrian walkway from the ocean waves! Ceiling to floor windows maximized the view and sounds of ocean waves crashing. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and take-out options for dining, all within walking distance of this property.
There are two master suites with adjoining bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and sofa was comfortable but bathroom and kitchen fixtures are worn and dated. Carpeting is puckered up and needs replacing. Rust around the bathtub drain, and bath floor tiles are cracked.

This unit was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, easy access to beach and the BEST views!! Not only could we see the ocean at all times, we could HEAR it as well...so very relaxing!

Location is fantastic, easy access to area attractions. Could use some updating to couch (not like pictured), and carpet needs replacing. Great to have onsite garage parking. Hot tub was very nice.

We have spent time at this condo several times and we love the whole experience. Everything that you need is provided and the condo is clean from top to bottom. Being so close to the ocean, with great views, it's truly relaxing. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. We will certainly return again.

Great location for sun bathing at the beach. Ocean swimming and surfing at your fingertips. Beach chairs are include. Bring your own beach towels and shampoo. Everything else is included. Nice touch with the ice trays filled and a few bottles of water in the fridge.

Great location walking distance to everything and great views of the waves. So many great food places and a huge grocery store, beach access with showers. The condo is nice, kitchen big enough and well equipped. Things are rusting in the environment but everything was clean. Comfortable bed. Good Internet. High table with high chairs which is nice for the view but breaks your back if you put in a full
Work day on a laptop.
Unfortunately right in front is a gathering place for arguing and fighting people at night and they are loud so you can either keep the balcony open and listen to the arguments or closed and get no air.
