"Lazy Loon Cottage" befindet sich auf der malerischen Ostseite des KEUKA LAKE im Herzen der FINGER LAKES, einem großen privaten Grundstück mit einem LEVEL LAKEFRONT-Strand. Sobald Sie die Aussicht sehen, werden Sie verstehen, warum wir uns in dieses Ferienhaus verliebt haben. Dieser gemütliche Kurzurlaub ist ideal zum Entspannen bei einem Glas Wein, während Sie die herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge und die besten Sonnenuntergänge genießen, die Sie sich vorstellen können, während Sie die Aussicht auf den Bluff Point am Keuka Lake mit Blick auf den gesamten See in beide Richtungen genießen. Accomodations were perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room and the location to stores, breweries and wineries, Corning Museum were ideal for us. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable lake vacation!

The cottage has been completely redone. Vinyl planking flooring and wide open to Keuka Lake. My grandson was just footsteps away from the water which was shallow and clear. It’s waist high at the end of the dock. We had many hours of floating. The owner of the cottage answered any questions we had within minutes of sending. We highly recommend this home.

We had a great week at the Lazy Loon Cottage. It’s a beautiful house on a wonderful part of the lake.
Lots of fun fishing, swimming, paddling and also relaxing on the deck.

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! The moment you walk in you are greeted with a fantastic view of the lake. The interior was so inviting and exactly like pictured and the fully stocked kitchen enabled us to create fantastic meals. The beds are so comfortable we slept great. The only request would be to add a second umbrella to the deck seating area for sun protection. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely consider a future stay!

Adam & Melissa's clean, well-maintained & well landscaped cottage is situated right across from "The Bluff," which we feel is a superb view. Enjoyed kayaking in clean and shallow Keuka Lake. Loved watching birds & their chicks -- our "daily regulars" -- swimming by; also bald eagles, osprey, mergansers, kingfishers; fun watching boats go by & seaplanes flying overhead from the very spacious deck. Nice, modern decor & appliances (we don't like "stuffy"). Adam and Melissa were VERY responsive and kind. We still had a problem figuring out the smart TVs, which I chalk up to our inexperience. A minor issue with the lock not working due to dead batteries was resolved in less than 5 minutes! We appreciated the fact that it was OFF the main highway on an charming little lane -- very shady, private, friendly neighbors, nice for evening walks. I do like to cook some fresh meals when on vacation, even for our dog, and found the kitchen not only well-stocked, but modern and new. The organic feel of the live-edge hardwood tables was "on point."
It was fun driving to the Dutch grocery and farm stands about 15 minutes away. Hammondsport has a great feel with Depot Park and old historic homes.
Athough we didn’t use the spare rooms, this cottage can easily accomodate a large family.
Our small service dog loved playing in the backyard, and we loved the fire pit and glorious sunsets on display in front of us at night.

Adam is a super host. This house is pristine and upscale. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay wonderful. The master bedroom mattress is so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Then when you do, drinking coffee on the deck to watch the sun come up is amazing! The view of Keuka Lake is incredible. There’s a dock and shallow entrance into the lake making it ideal for all ages. Adam responded within minutes when we had a question. We would definitely come back in the summer to this peaceful house on the lake.

This property was very clean and comfortable! The view from the deck was outstanding and we loved that it was very close to the lake. The location was great and was close to a lot of great wineries/breweries that we visited during our stay. I will say that I did make the mistake of not reading all the way through the amenities list and did not realize that the house did not come with towels/washcloths or bed sheets/pillowcases, so just make sure to bring those with you when staying here! Overall we had a great experience and would love to come back again!!

Second time staying at the Lazy Loon for myself, my husband and our small dog. The property is extremely clean (very important to me) and well appointed. Spectacular views of the lake and quiet neighborhood. Exactly as advertised. Owner reached out to make sure all was well. Easy check in. We would definitely come back.

We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this was certainly one of the nicest. View was fabulous. Rental amenities were excellent. Very tastefully decorated. Nearby dining and wineries presented many opportunities. Verns Bakery is a must. This is beautiful area of NYS and shouldn't be overlooked.

This property was by far the cleanest and most comfortable rental we have ever experienced on the lake. The host is easy to reach with any questions and has family nearby should an issue arise. We are so grateful to Adam and his family for accepting dogs into his lovely home. Looking forward to next year!!

This is our third family trip staying at the Lazy Loon on Keuka Lake. We had a fantastic time! It is perfect for our family. The convenient parking right in front of the house and the easy access to the lake were a big plus. The provided kayaks and paddleboard added to our enjoyment, and the sunsets over the lake were breathtaking. Making s'mores fireside is always a hit with the kids. The lake depth was ideal for our younger ones, and the nearby restaurants, like The Switz and Timber Stone Grill were excellent. Be sure to visit Seneca Farms in Penn Yann for amazing ice cream! Adam, our host, was responsive and attentive. We always enjoy our family time at the Lazy Loon.

My husband, our dog ZZ and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Lazy Loon Cottage. Everything was just as described and Adam was a wonderful and responsive host! We heard the loons, enjoyed sunsets every evening, loved the lake when calm or even not so calm, and it was the perfect pivot spot to visit the many wineries in the area…including a couple within walking distance. We cooked dinners in a few nights and just enjoyed the firepit, lake, sunset, and streaming our fave shows on TV. We will definitely return!

Lazy Loon cottage is beautiful! Inside it was spotless and lovely. The outside deck that overlooks the lake is a delight morning, noon, and night. Spent a girls week end and it was a perfect retreat! Many thanks to owner Adam for his attention to every detail in this lovely home!

You drive up to a cottage and wonder if it’s right place, then you open the door and THAT VIEW!!! The cottage was great. Recently remolded and super clean. We were so surprised to realize we could see both sunrises and sunsets from one spot (a nice level spot right on the water). Adam was great. We had one issue at the house and he was so responsive. We texted, he responded immediately and he was at the house and had it fixed within an hour! We tried all his recommendations for food beer and wine were amazing. And you can walk to wineries - just half a mile away! You are close to neighbors as with most places in this area, but when we were there we only saw them a few times. Definitely recommend.

This is such a great property! It's very clean and Crystal Beach Road is the best! We love the décor - it's so clean- and fresh-looking. And the windows! My heavens - such light! And even on cloudy/rainy days which we had. The host was quite helpful with a few questions upon arrival, and he replied in a most timely manner. I'm ready to come back.

I had planned this trip last year in hopes of celebrating my dear friend being cancer free. She received the news she was cancer free last Wednesday & we left the next day for our planned trip to your beautiful home. There were four of us in total & we all were pinching ourselves when we walked in. Clean, inviting, stunning views & comfortable accommodations made our weekend even more perfect. My friends and I stayed at the lazy loon for a girls trip. The house was very clean, location was absolutely perfect seated right on the water and Adam was very responsive and easily reachable if needed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent this house again

This property is beautifully renovated, very clean and in the best location! Walkable to 2 wineries and a distillery. The views are breathtaking and there are so many thoughtful little touches. The host was very responsive and no issues getting into the property at all. Can’t wait to be back!!

We were in the region for the Wineglass race weekend and stayed at this cottage - really nice place, just renovated, super clean, literally just a few steps to the lake. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and the owner replied quickly to emailed questions and made some good recommendations for restaurants, wineries etc in the area.

Our stay at the Lazy Loon cottage was absolutely fabulous. The cottage itself was immaculate and well appointed. The location directly on Keuka Lake is perfect - easy access to wineries, restaurants and state parks/hiking trails on Keuka, Senaca and Cayuga. Lots to do in the area and then return to the Lazy Loon and relax in comfort. Definitely worth every penny!

I said I’m never leaving the moment I walked in the door. This place was lovely! It had everything you could need and we just had the absolute best time! We chose to stay at the house and order pizza v going out one night because we just we all wanted more time at the house. I highly recommend and would love to visit again!

The Donevan’s cottage was wonderful! Exceptionally clean and comfortable with ample space so no one was tripping over each other when all inside. The use of water toys, kayak, paddle board was greatly appreciated. Like most of the lake, the cottages are packed pretty close together and with the cottage on one side being a 3b/2b rental - odds are there will be another family enjoying the shore along side you. However the deck provided both privacy & breathtaking views. We had an awesome vacation and hope to return. We thank the Donevans for sharing their lovely home with us.

Second time renting with family and it was a great time as expected! Had fun fishing, swimming, kayaking and taking walks in the friendly neighborhood. The cottage is clean, comfortable, spacious and gorgeous inside and out. The level ground, shallow water and easy parking for the older generation is perfect.
