An excellent hotel very close to the beach. The staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Facilities are super. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Staff were fantastic, very polite and the breakfast was lovely. Also had cookies and lime water for us checking in. Beds were very comfortable.

We were on the ground floor and unfortunately there is no central heating on that floor although there were heaters in our room. No bar 😭 but that's not really a downside would have been nice to sit with a beer and watch the world go by

Friendly owners, very welcoming. Clean and tidy accommodation. Close to tram stop for easy access to all the attractions. Wi-Fi speed was great. Good breakfast but might benefit from some continental options like croissants etc.

Bed and pillows a bit hard for mine and my daughters preference (but my husband was comfortable enough), could do with some modernisation in the rooms. Thin walls with noisy neighbours on a couple of the nights. We thought there was a bar area as some photos show people with wine glasses in the main area but there wasn’t.

The location is great tram stop v short walk from hotel restaurants within easy walking distance an public house nearby

Spotlessly clean. Decor modern but tasteful. All was comfortable and had a nice feel.

Excellent location for all the sights and attractions of Blackpool and Fleetwood. Family room was brilliant to rest and watch tv after a day/night out. Hosts were very welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent value for money. The Owners were great! Really friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for the guests. breakfast was hot and food was good. Will definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends. Definitely will stay there again myself too.

Booked a seaview room. Room was lovely only problem was it was windy and the windows were quite noisy but that's only a very minor issue tbh. Apart from this. Can't think of anything else.

There was a ramp to get into the hotel but, unfortunately, was the extent of disabled accessibility. If you're a disabled traveller I would suggest contacting the hotel direct & they would make sure you get a room on a lower floor. 😒

I liked the location and cost. the staff were very friendly. the breakfast was also very good.

the bedroom window in room 117 is missing the rubber seal. so there is a draft and a lot of noise as a result of the window not being able to close fully. thankfully there is an oil filled radiator provided, so you can regulate the room temperature overnight. there are only 2 electric sockets in the room. so charging phones and gadgets requires swapping sockets vs TV/kettle/radiator/hairdryer. the bath side panel was damaged. the ceiling paper was coming off next to the light in the bathroom. there was no towel rail to hang up and dry towels. No heating in bathroom. bath tube required rinsing out before use.

I had to request a late check-in and Sharon was absolutely fabulous helping us.

Absolutely fantastic hosts, everything you need, for a great stay, excellent breakfast, clean, quiet and a convenient location, nothing is to much trouble, looking forward to our next stay

me and my partner felt really welcome from the second we arrived to the second we left i would like to thank Shanon and Martin the new owners for making it a really nice holiday for us and we wish then the best in the future and we will defo be back to visit after speaking to Shanon and Martin about there plans for the hotel we can not wait to come back and see the changed as they have a lot of plans to bring it back up to date all the best from sam and lucy xx

I can say only one thing. Amazing hotel and good personel.

This was our 4th time staying at this hotel. Comfy rooms, free WiFi in the room which was great to keep the little one entertained. Also breakfast included but we never had this as my son and I don't really do breakfast and he was too keen to get out sightseeing. The hotel is in a great quiet location, with Sainsbury's and places to eat just around the corner and the tram stop across the road. Also a lovely playground across the road next to the tram station. Lovely to see Alison and Rafi again before they handed over the reigns to the new owners. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Blackpool.

Nothing major is wrong with the hotel or our stay to put me off staying again just a couple of niggly things. Overall decoration is of a modern high standard for Blackpool but could do with some touch ups as bathroom wallpaper had been torn, plastic cladding had holes in it from possibly being punched. Bedroom wallpaper has what looked like mascara smeared across it. Also found a set of false eyelashes down the side of the bedside cabinet. Bedroom was a double but I think it is more appropriate to be highlighted it is a small double, as our room was smaller than the double room next door which has a lot more space both in the bedroom and bathroom. Would prefer the bed not to be up against the window.

Liked the room on the whole, friendly staff, location was great for trams and park and beach etc. Breakfast was absolutely fine no issues

The shower temp was intermittent and had to keep adjusting so we were neither scolded or too cold
