The Summit ist ein neues, individuelles Haus, das auf jeder Seite vom Pike National Forest im Woodland Park, Colorado, umgeben ist und sich in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage befindet. Man muss genau hinschauen und zuhören, um Nachbarn zu sehen oder zu hören! Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Rampart Reservoir und nur 35 Minuten von der USAF Academy entfernt. Wir sind auch 10 Meilen von der Basis des Pike's Peak und 10 Meilen vom Nordpol (Santa's Work Shop) entfernt. Darüber hinaus verfügt Woodland Park über ein neues Aquatic's Center, das nur 8 km entfernt ist. Während wir 16 schlafen können, ist ihre Kapazität für viel mehr mit zusätzlichen Gebühren.

We rented Tyler and Eve’s property for my daughter and now son-in-law’s wedding. It was so beautiful and special. The house was immaculate and spacious. Words can not describe how stunning the views were. When we show people our pictures, they say it almost doesn’t look real! Tyler quickly responded to my questions and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property if you are considering a small cozy wedding!!

We feel so blessed to have found this home for our friends and family to stay at on our wedding weekend, as well as to use this space to host our wedding itself! It was an absolutely perfect weekend and we were so sad to leave that incredible view. Tyler and Eve were amazing to work with. We hope to be back in the future!

We hosted our wedding at the Summit House and spent three nights here for the most wonderful weekend imaginable. Words cannot describe how beautiful this home and the views are. Every one of our guests were blown away and we couldn’t believe the attention to detail in every spot of the home. All of the decor is amazing you could get away with not decorating for you wedding at all. When we arrived too early the children were so helpful watering flowers for us and gathering rocks like little helpers. The hosts were so attentive for every detail and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process. We got the enjoy the perfect micro wedding with all of our favorite people for an entire weekend rather than just a few hours at a standard wedding which would have cost more.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. As have others have said, the pictures do not do it justice. The property has all of the amenities that you could possibly need. We were able to meet one of the property owners who was kind and helpful. When contacting the owners, they were prompt to respond. The property hosted the Nichols' wedding and it was a great property for the occasion!

Not only did it live up to online description, but the home provided more than we expected. To the point where we had extra of things because the hosts had already thought of everything. We stayed the whole weekend and were so pleased with the accommodations AND the ease with which it turned into a venue. Unbelievable and unforgettable.

If I could give this home 50 stars, we would. The home is absolutely to die for and the hosts are the nicest and most helpful owners we have ever worked with. This place is absolutely surreal and we loved every single minute of our stay.

The Summit was an amazing place for our tiny micro wedding. There was so much space in this gorgeous home for all of our family and friends to stay with us. The road up to the home was steep and winding but WELL worth the views, after going up and down a few times the hill was nothing! Walmart is a short drive down the road if anything is needed and the drive down and back to Colorado Springs is a breeze! There is a lot to do around the area. Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and the Dwellings were just a few of the things we did in our short stay.
The hosts, Tyler and Eve, were AMAZING to work with and so accommodating. One of our mothers gifts got lost in the mail and Tyler and Eve allowed us to mail it to the house, they even got it and put it in the house for us! We had a few questions during our stay and they responded promptly to our texts.
This home is great for everyone, from families with little kids to gatherings of friends for a weekend getaway. You can feel all of the love and happiness this house sees and will continue to see.

Pictures do not do this home/ view justice. We had a very intimate wedding here and it was better than what we could’ve imagined. Communication was great. So glad this home was available and that they have opened their home to let other enjoy the beauty.

This is a stunning house in a drop-dead gorgeous setting—the best rental house we have stayed in. It is immaculate, spacious, its kitchen is modern, it has a chic & rustic design, and incomparable views. Tyler & Eve were gracious and helpful. Hoping we can return someday!

Beautiful home and stay! We had a microwedding in the back and it was absolutely stunning. You seriously cannot beat their home or that view. Since I’m not from Colorado I was worried about the no air conditioning in the summer- however realized quickly that that would not be a problem! It stayed nice and cool throughout our stay up there without any issues at all. Tyler and Eve were also very accommodating and quick to answer all questions. Hope to stay again for future friend/family vacations!

Highly recommend this amazing home in Woodland Park. Amazing view of Pikes Peak. Loved the fire pit jn the evenings and the Grand Piano for our son. House is very well appointed and grocery stores are just 10 minutes away. Property owners made everything easy. Highly recommend this house with family and friends to get away and relax.

Perfect Wedding Venue
Eve and Tyler have created the perfect space for celebrating with friends and family. The space was fantastic! Smaller cozy nooks up to big spaces where we could all be together. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The view, breathtaking. We could not have asked for a better place to host my daughters wedding.
