This was our second time staying here. We had a great time. The house was clean, the communication with property owner was great, and we had no issues with checkin process. We enjoyed our stay at the lake.

Having a place to stay with multiple rooms was great! Having common areas like the living room and kitchen was great as well. Only draw back was having only 1 bathroom but we made it work! Will definitely stay again! Within walking distance to a number of food or tourist locations as well.

Cute little house, 10 min walk to lake. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice patio area with small yard. Only complaint was house had a mildew smell.

We went back to Ohio for a funeral of a family member. Stacey, our hostess had excellent communication with me about the location and arrival process. The 3 bedroom house was clean and comfortable with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom utensils and towels. Thank you, Stacey for making our stay easier!

This home is lovely, very clean, and well stocked. It is surprisingly bigger than the pictures show. It is in walking distances to the lake and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again.

We were in town for a family event. The house was a wonderful surprise. Roomy and comfortable. Ended up being our gathering point for the evenings. Really enjoyed the patio and fire ring hanging out with family.

We were in town to attend a wedding of a friend in Coldwater. The distance was close and convenient. The house was very clean and easy to access. We were all comfortable for the weekend. We walked behind the house and through the parking lot to subway for lunch. We liked being close to the lake and enjoyed the area around the lake. Thanks for a great weekend!

We just spent Memorial Day weekend at this great house near Grand Lake St. Marys. Stacey was super responsive and easy to work with. The house was perfect for our weekend. Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. My wife and I were traveling with our dog (so taking long walks was important to us) and the house was an easy walk to the lake and there were some great neighborhoods to walk through just across the railroad tracks at the end of the street. Very enjoyable stay and we would rent here again.

Property was super cute and clean inside and perfect for our group of 6. Nice amount of space for all of us. One bathroom was a challenge for 6 people but other than that, perfect!

Great house to visit local family
This was a great spot to visit family that live in the area. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved the coffee shop that was close by and the playground right on the lake. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Needle in a haystack
Stacey provided us with a comfortable, at-home feel when we made the trip. 120 Pike was very clean, beautifully renovated and just the cherry on top for a great weekend away. Highly recommend this stay as it’s close to everything.

Relaxing weekend getaway!
We stayed at this property for a weekend get away. We had never been to the area and found the town was great with lots to do to keep us occupied. The house itself was exceptionally clean. Some of the other reviews mention there is no lake view, however, there is a clear view of the lake from the front of the house. The house was nicely decorated and was perfect for what we needed. Communication with the property manager was great as well. I had a couple of questions and she responded via email or phone call quickly both times. We have already talked about renting this house again!

The home was perfect for us. All updated and super clean. The only negative was the listing says view of the lake. It doesn't have one. Didn't impact our visit though. It was close to everything we needed.

The house is very nice and clean. As other reviews have noted, there are clean linens, towels, etc. and there are some bottled waters and coffee available. The only small discrepancy is that the listing says "cable tv" -- and that's not the case. For me, that wasn't a big deal (smart TVs with Netflix and some other online service I'd never heard of), but I was trying to watch a live football game. All in all this is a very nice place to stay.

Pleasant Stay
The house was perfect! Clean and very well supplied! There were coffee pods, creamers, snacks, plenty of towels and washcloths, soap, laundry detergent, paper products and more! It had nice decor and was nicely furnished!
I was concerned about the surrounding area around the home, but once inside it was a pleasant surprise! We did not have any issues, but the neighbor was a bit creepy, lol. But I would stay there again.
