Perfect for our family of 6 with 4 kids 10 and under. Screened in porch is the best. Nice proximity to the beach and reasonable rate. Very nice and responsive owner. We enjoyed!

Our family adored staying at Oliver’s rental. There are lots of spaces to enjoy, including a large backyard where we could play. We were a short walk to both the beach and a playground! Oliver generously includes town beach passes with the rental. We were able to use the beach wagon and chairs from the house which gave us more space in our vehicle. Oliver is an excellent communicator who responded quickly to any questions we had. This allowed for a very simple check in/out process. Overall, we were extremely pleased and are looking forward to a return stay. Thank you Oliver!

Between communication, responsiveness, and everything that came with the experience, I couldn't recommend this accommodation more! Oliver was very responsive and let us know what to expect. We received pretty easy-to-follow logistics that were easy to reference when needed - all in all. We felt very taken care of! The location of the property is pretty much within walking distance to all, I highly recommend this place!

This is a classic Narragansett beach house tucked back from the street and surrounded by other beach houses. Big yard shared with house next door. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated relative to your average beach house. AC works though you don't really need it at night near the ocean. Screened in porch was a big win. We walked to the beach and to dinners. Oliver was incredibly helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process.

Lovely home within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower, air conditioning and beachy decor. In addition, being set back from the street, the location was quiet and relaxing. The owner, Oliver, was very pleasant, helpful and responsive to questions. My partner and our three kids stayed here for a week in July and had an incredible vacation! This house is a short walk to the beach, and although on a busier street, is tucked away and quiet. The yard was great for soccer, football, sports, etc and we loved hanging on the large and comfy screened in porch. The open kitchen set up was perfect and had everything we needed to cook and dine together. (Although we spent many meals outside on the deck.) Be aware that the living room is on the small side, although we managed to watch movies at night with two adults and two teens just fine. (And one of the teens is a 6 foot football player.) With so much to do, we really only watched tv at night anyway. The a/c units kept the house cooled down and the beds were comfy! The outside shower stayed hot for all of us to use it after our trips to the beach. The waves were GREAT and my teens loved going back after dinner for some super wave action! The sand is some of the softest we have felt! Nana's ice cream was heaven and we also enjoyed an eclectic menu at Crazy Burger. There is a lot to do in the area and so much is accessible. It was our first RI vacation and we are definitely going back next year! The owner was super accommodating and communication was top notch.

The house was exactly as described. Prior to check in Oliver sent me a message keeping me informed of the potential for an early check in. He offered to let me park there even if the cleaning crew was not gone so we could explore the town. Luckily it was ready as we arrived and it was everything as described. I had a few questions and Oliver responded very quickly and was friendly and helpful. The pictures are extremely accurate of the property so you get what you see. The main highlight is the proximity to town, the two bigger restaurants, and the beach. It's a very walkable distance as described. The house is the 2nd house on 1 lot. The neighbors that we were sharing the property with were fine and didn't get in the way so don't let that deter you at all. If you're vacationing Narragansett then this place is ideal for a group of up to 6 people.

We had a great time in Narragansett! The place was close to the beach and had a great indoor/outdoor dining setup.

We rented this house so that we could attend a wedding in Narragansett. It was the perfect location (5 mins from the wedding AND beach!) and just right for our needs. If we had a longer trip in mind, we'd probably opt for a larger house. The bedrooms are tiny and there's not much indoor living space to relax in; felt especially tight with two kids. But the screened-in porch and backyard were delightful and made up for the somewhat tight quarters inside. Oliver, the owner, was an exceptional host, providing helpful directions and accommodating us with beach passes and extra hours on our last day!

This was the second year in a row that we've stayed here. We have two young boys, 2 and 6, and they love it just as much as we do. Oliver is very responsive and helpful. The cottage is a short 15 minute walk to the beach -- even with hauling all the beach things, plus a stroller, etc. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach wagon at the cottage as well, which is great. We'll be staying here every time we come to Narragansett.

The house was perfect. A short walk to the beach and centrally located for so many great spots along the Rhode Island coast. The screened in porch, deck, outdoor shower and yard were great for our hangout time as a family.

A few pieces of duct tape closed off outlets and kept a lower cabinet with cleaning materials shut, so child-proofing was pretty simple. Our youngest loved the screened porch and we loved having an 'outdoors' place that we knew was safe for him!

Excellent and clean house. Great owner! Set back of the road, so it's very private. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. The beach is the best around with great waves.

We were lucky enough to find this cottage available last-minute when other travel plans fell through due to Covid-related restrictions. The owner was great to work with...great communication and super helpful. The cottage was beautiful, spacious, and sparkling clean. Plenty of space for our group of 4 (2 adults and 2 12-year-olds) with well-equipped kitchen. Loved the laundry room, screened-in porch, deck for eating outside. Short, easy walk to beautiful Narragansett town beach as well as nearby coffee shop, restaurants...went days without needing/using our car. Having beach passes included for our party also a big plus! Absolutely loved everything about this cottage and would definitely rent again!

My friends and I were looking for a long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life-walking distance to the beach, stores, etc. and Oliver and Kathleen's beautiful home DID NOT disappoint! We had a nice, relaxing time walking to the beach then coming home and spending the evening on the comfortable, screened in porch or by the fire pit. The outdoor shower was a major plus! This home was way more than I expected and we are hoping to return again next summer!

Our stay went very smoothly. The house is set up well for a young family. We especially loved the outdoor shower and screened in porch. (The neighbors had loud parties but they ended at a reasonable time.) Narragansett is one of our favorite destinations and being able to walk to the town beach and local favorite spots was ideal. Although the house is on a main road, it is set back and we were not afraid to have our little ones outside exploring and playing in the yard. Our youngest child struggled with the stairs a bit due to their steepness (to the second floor bedrooms) but by the end of the trip, was a pro. We had the perfect amount of communication with the owners and it was a wonderful bonus to use the beach passes. Overall, this was an easy stay and we enjoyed the conveniences it allowed.

This cottage is located in a great location which is a short walking distance to the ocean, seawall, shops, and park. We are a family of 7, and it worked out perfectly for us. The screenroom attached allowed for added space, and makes an enjoyable area for overseeing the yard while enjoying the fresh air, without worrying about mosquito's. Our grandson was able to play in the side yard, while the adults enjoyed playing cornhole. The beds were very comfortable and it was a plus to be able to use the beach buggy and beachchairs in the shed. It was so nice to walk just a couple blocks to the ocean and the park, which is well equipped. There was no need to use the car, except when we made a trip to Block Island ferry and other parts of Narragansett. Oliver was very kind, and easily accessible and responsive. The pin code on the front door lock was also a convenience, especially with so many of us coming and going. Prior to renting, we looked at other cottages, but they are quite a walk to the beach, so beware when they say "closeby"....this cottage really is close to the beach! We'll be back!

The house has everything it needs: well equipped kitchen, including everything one needs to spend all day outside: porch, deck, backyard, and a private outside shower with both hot and cold water.
