Very rude and biased front office staff I met

location was good.

twin room very very small no natural air flow through the air con check out 10.00 am which is sooner than other hotels

The staff were really lovely and the room was reasonably clean (bathroom has definitely seen better days but had been cleaned)

The rooms are very small as is the bathroom, I would recommend it as an easy stop over place if you are not spending more than one night, but it would be very cramped to spend more than one night. There is no table surfaces anywhere in the rooms so anything you need to store needs to be placed on the food - e.g. glasses or bags, toiletries. Which makes it feel dirtier than it is.

That's all I need, to stay over a night in a simple, nice and clean hotel.

Exactly what I needed

Going to bed in the evening then i enjoyed leaving in the morning as I couldn’t wait to leave the property behind

I didnt like the girls attitudes on the front desk as they were rude and they lied to me about getting a refund. To which i still haven’t had. I wanted a refund because i only stayed 1 of the 2 nights i booked, this was because the property only had street parking and not secure as i wanted. The property was also next door to an unsightly YMCA with some very dodgy characters hanging around outside. Couldn’t wait to leave as i also wondered if my car would be still there in the morning, luckily it was.

I received a call to confirm my booking but Received different unsatisfactory services

I was offered separate room instead of 2 single bed in one room I booked, so many disturbance from staff, questioned me of why I had different room to what's on thier record The air-conditioning was leaking several time in both room on my stay The room has no enough facilities like iron , no hair dryer or small kettle

The rooms are extremely tiny and very basic . No tea / coffee facilities in the room , not even water glasses are provided ! The room a very strong smell of bleach , very unpleasant in such a small space !

Good hotel, clean room very comfortable bed. Good location only a few minutes walk away from the station. Had to rearrange the date and the timing of my arrival all smoothly sorted by Harsh 👍

The property was clean and very good for the price

The bed was uncomfortable and our room had no window, no lock on the bathroom door (which was all clear glass) and a large post in the middle of our room greatly restricting room
