It was peaceful and serene. Comfortable bed and good outlook
The pathway was very narrow and was more so due to aircon units placed on it.

Also the fresh fruit trees are awesome oranges were super tasty, took home a few. Thank you.
The beeper in the laundry was going off the entire stay. Had no access to the laundry to turn it off.

View. Quiet.
Overpriced. Very small. No where to prepare food. No Microwave to heat takeaway. Had to use toaster on the floor (cord very short). Not nice having someone pick up key from box outside the door when your laying in bed with sliding door open so you can get some air in. Very mustie on arrival.

Good Location, Good Value for money
Toilet needs to drain. Great shower head and warm shower, small. matter but the slope doesn't allow the water to drain away after a shower, making the floor really wet all stay.

It was a warm bed for the night.
1. I could NOT find a SMOKE DETECTOR. If there is no smoke detector, then the accommodation is ILLEGAL.
2. No ventilation in the bathroom or toilet. Ventilation was an open window when the outdoor temperature was 12 degrees.
3. No shower curtain - shower water went all over the floor.
4. No power point to plug in electric toothbrush. There was only one power point in the bathroom and the toothbrush would have had to stand on the floor.
5. One hand towel for two people!
6. Miniscule main room. Had to fold away table & two chairs to watch television.
7. The advertised "ocean views" were from one tiny part of the garden. NOT visible from the room. Misleading advertising.
8. Very poor value for money. It was the most expensive stay of our fortnight holiday and the worst accommodation.
9. I was very unhappy with the host's attitude. We had booked the room with ocean views but when we arrived we found no hot water. When I contacted the host she wanted us to wait until the following morning when the cleaner arrived to get access to hot water. The conversation went for 7 minutes before she accepted that wasn't acceptable to us. At the tim the outdoor temperature was 12 degrees!

Bed was saggy both sides. Ensuite floor not sloped properly and water from shower went over much of the floor. Had to wipe dry after each shower. Could be a severe safety hazard.

It was comfortable and I loved that it faced the morning sun and had a view of the water. Very handy having free wifi and a car park. Good communication from the host.
It was difficult being up on a hill and without any cooking facilities. A wee bit expensive and you can hear the neighbours.

Price was pretty reasonable for what it was. Comfortable. Extremely easy to find and directions were very clear from the owner. Bed was comfortable and a great height.
We give it a 6/10 because the bed was great and the room basic and perfect for our needs but the shower was not hot and we feel that is important.
- The toilet seat was broken and slid around when you sat on it. We are unsure why this is still an issue as it was mentioned in a previous review. It was not able to just be "screwed back in"
- The other issue was the hot water ran out very fast. Only one of us was able to have half a shower with hot water.
We note that the owner sent an email after the booking and it was very off-putting and hostile "we do not have a crystal ball, so let us know if something needs attendance. Leaving a revenge review doesn't solve your problem".
We felt like the owner was unapproachable and as we were only there for one night and it was after 9pm, we did not feel like there was any point attempting to contact the owner after our cold shower to have a combative discussion.
Other reviews seem to say the shower was hot, so hopefully this was an anomaly. I would recommend staying as we did, for one night, if nothing else is available and you are after somewhere basic, clean and comfy to stay.
Amazing ocean views is a big stretch as its a sliver of ocean when you are standing on the deck and the walls aren't sound-proof but the noise was minimal for us.

The view was pleasant.
The bed linen didn't look fresh it was thin, old and crushed. The shower curtain didn't go around the shower and water went everywhere. The toilet seat was broken and slid to the side when you sat on it. BBQ was dirty. No microwave.

the bed was comfy bathroom the place was spotless shower hot air con worked. was dark stormy knight so never say sea and morning a pea soup fog. its winter of course.
no table or chair at all to use laptop or eat breakfast cereal inside. right outside a low table and outdoor chairs. it was a rainy night dead of winter so something inside would be good. no little things of milk or even milk powder to have in a cupper and kettle cord so short had to put on floor a short extension cord would be good. i didnt opt for the kitchen thru the locked door which would solve this. did have bar fridge though. so still good just a couple of things for those not taking whole package.

I did not expect to be the only one in the house. When I called the number on the confirmation to advise them that we will be arriving a bit later (5pm), the lady was quite odd and defensive on the phone telling me that she has emailed me all the details with the self-check in/ key codes. I was hoping for a more welcoming ,more pleasant conversation after our long drive and did not understand the attitude. When we arrived, the cleaners were still there telling us that it was the first time that they have worked at this property. We had a lot of trouble figuring out which room it actually was as they seemed to be named different in the letter and the confirmation. A specific name or number would be much easier. The bed is big but tere is very little space around it and private boxes were in the big built in wardrobe. It would be nice if someone took a bit of pride in the garden in front of the window/door. It has a lot of potential but is run down and the grass needs mowing. The globe in the bedside table lamp did not work.
