The property is perfect for family stays. The layout of the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for small children to stay. The pool is very fun friendly but the steps down needs a handrail. It is just a pity that there is no view from the Villa. But the walking down did us good. Also the taxi which Henri gave us to use was brilliant..

We had such a great stay at Henrys and blancas house. They were so welcoming and friendly and the house was very good. Clean, comfortable beds, great pool and a short walk to the supermarket and to the beach. I would definately go back to this beautiful house and place! Thank you Henry and Blanca!

Henry was very helpful accommodating our large group. The villa was very comfortable and well facilitated. We were a bit early in the season for the weather but the outside area would be great in the summer and there is a good bbq.

We had a wonderful stay at Blanka’s and Henry's place. The place was perfect for 3 families with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space for the kids to run around and swim!! They were also exceptional hosts in helping us with getting restaurants and tours sorted at better prices and quick in responding to any queries. This certainly made our stay much more relaxing and added to our whole holiday experience. They own several villas at different places so even not available it s worth asking for other places bcz stuning photos .Looking forward to come back

Were not shure what to expect in early october with weather in croatia and with house that had pictures to good to be real. On our arrival day we have realised that house is realy nice . Pool nice and warm . Super wellcoming host and great recommendation for restaurant Jure Must try delicius fresh fish We will highly recommend this amazing lux place and area . The apartment was roomy and suitable for a big group (we were 9 adults and 4 children). One of the bedrooms was located downstairs, which was convenient for the senior of our group (87 years old). There were cribs for babies. All of the home appliances worked fine and we had enough hot water. Owners, Blanka and Henry, were very helpful and easy to reach (the house had its own phone). A Tommy´s supermarket and shore were within a walking distance. The house is located outside the city centre so I would recommend renting a car from the airport. It´s the best way to get around. What a beautiful country and kind Croatian people! I highly recommend renting this villa!

What can I say? Henry & Blanka are fantastic, they couldn't have looked after us any better. Henry organised any tour we wanted, our airport transfers, was on hand to answer any questions, recommended restaurants and literally helped us with anything we needed. They even gave us a car and a mobile phone to use! The villa is fantastic too and very clean. It's spacious and well laid out. We didn't get a lot of use of the pool as the weather wasn't on our side but when we did use it, it was great and warm.It was end of November . I couldn't recommend this villa or Henry & Blanka more. Croatia is a beautiful place and I'll definitely be back! Thank you x

Blanka and her husband were very accommodating especially as our flight was delayed so we arrived late at night. They were welcoming and showed us round the villa. It is a beautiful property with everything we needed. A great location with a local supermarket and bakery with fresh pastry every morning. Blanka also helped us arrange a boat trip on our last day which was amazing. A lovely country will definitely be going back and hopefully staying at the villa again!

Blanka and Henry were amazing hosts. Henry greeted us when our flight got in late at the house and arranged transportation for us from the airport. Upon arrival, he made sure that we were all comfortable and even offered us to go grab some food since we had a long day of travel. He showed us a local place to grab food that night and was so patient with our big group needing to take out money from the ATM and all ordering our food. The next morning, he helped us book all of our activities for the week and was very understandable and helpful. He even drove us to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend staying here because of the beautiful house itself and the help from the hosts. He gave us a cell phone to use for the week with the taxi van number already registered in the phone and taking uber was so affordable.

Both Hrvoje and Blanka were the most amazing hosts and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. We were met by Blanka at the villa, who very kindly organised all of our airport transfers and taxis to the Krka national park. The house came with a Croatian mobile phone, which was very thoughtful and made our lives so much easier. The villa itself is incredible, easily fitting all 11 members of our group, in beautiful surroundings. All the features were up to a really high standard, and the pool was fantastic! It was also very well located, being five minutes from the local supermarket, and 5 minutes more to the beach. The villa was also 10 minutes to the local bus stop, with buses going right into central Split in 20 minutes. Overall, we had an incredible holiday - the Villa, location and hosts are unbeatable and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Where to begin? From start to finish, Henry made our stay effortless. From arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport which consequently became our private taxi for the entire holiday (Ivan was fantastic - collecting us and dropping us off wherever and whenever!) to offering a car, a trip to the supermarket and a VERY handy mobile phone which even though a small thought - made everything so much easier to arrange. The house was also amazing, the photos really don't do it justice and it was spacious and airy, very clean and well equipped with everything and anything you needed. We had organised a boat trip which Henry would have assisted with had we realised beforehand. However the weather was stormy and Henry phoned to check we were OK. A genuine, helpful host with a beautiful house. When can we come again?

The hosts both Henry & Blanka were very welcoming, despite going through their own personal health problems which was extremely nice. We were given a tour of the house and also a phone with a local taxi number which was extremely useful. Henry showed us were the local supermarket was and gave us a lift into town which was very nice. He went out of his way at every opportunity for example finding out ferry times to Hvar and showing us where to get tickets from. I can't fault them as hosts they were very attentive and made our stay special. We had already arranged taxi transfer from the airport but if we hadn't then they would have arranged this as well for better price than we have payed to Connecto travel which was very nice. The villa itself is great- very spacious, lovely pool and clean. My group of guests loved it!. Lovely pool and living room area.

Blanka offers, Good service and great hospitality. we had great time. Et utrolig fint sted, vi var 4 voksne og 3 barn. Leiligheten og bassenget var helt topp, barna storkoste seg. Blanka hjalp oss med bestilling av taxi til og fra flyplassen og gode anbefalinger for hva vi kunne gjøre. Litt langt å gå til butikken men det gikk fint. ca 15 min å gå til butikk, 20 min til stranda. Hadde nok vært lurt å leie bil...... men gikk fint uten også, taxi kostet ikke all verden. vi kommer helt sikkert til å reise tilbake til dette fine stedet og til en super vert som var imøtekommende og hjelpsom. We have stayed in many Airbnb homes and we have never had hosts as amazing as Blanka and Henry. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to ensure our vacation in Split was perfect! Blanka arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and after getting us settled in her beautiful home she even drove us round trip to the nearby grocery store and so we could stock up on supplies. Henry helped us arrange all our excursions including a private boat that picked us up at the nearby marina for a day in the islands (Hvar, Vis and Blue Cave) which was amazing and we highly recommend. He got us reservations at Konoba Nikola, a nearby highly rated restaurant that was incredible. He also arranged a driver whenever we needed one and gave us excellent tips. We took the ferry to Brac where Henry had a driver take us to Bol and then Henry showed us around himself. There could not be better hosts - they are thoughtful and helpful when needed. The house comes with a local cell phone which makes communicating easy. The house itself is lovely, set in a nice neighborhood 10-15 minutes away from downtown Split and within a five minute walk to the grocery store and bakery and beach. We were three couples staying during our trip so we had plenty of room and left three bedrooms unused. Could easily fit another couple or two. The house is clean, well stocked and big enough for everyone to sprawl out. The yard, deck and pool are lovely for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Highly recommend this home and wonderful hosts who will do whatever they can to make your trip to Split a success!

The house was fully equipped and roomy in all the right places. We had a great time splashing around in the heated pool, enjoyed family dinners at the big dining table, and spent hours at the fussball table. Henry and Blanka are absolutely lovely people, very laid-back and always ready to help out. The weather was not always great so having Netflix was also welcome. Henry's recommendations for dining out were excellent. Thanks for everything!

We were looking for somewhere that would house 12 adults for a week in the sun to celebrate my 30th birthday…and then stumbled across this place. Win! Location was ideal. It’s easily accessible from both Split and the airport, with everything you need within walking distance (markets, bakers, cafés and restaurants), and a super market 5 mins car journey away. It’s a residential area that felt both cosy, authentic and convenient. We treated the area with respect (kept noise down after 10pm) and had no trouble with the neighbours for that reason. The villa itself was brilliant. Modern, spacious and very clean. Had everything you need! After speaking with Henry, we were quick to realise that he was a host who prioritised his guests before anything else. Henry and his lovely wife helped us out with taxi bookings, surprise birthday-cake deliveries and even an emergency dentist appointment, which alleviated the stress from us somewhat! We knew we were in good hands. The villa is ideal for families and sensible groups looking to explore the area, or spend an afternoon relaxing with some pool-side chill, BBQ’s and wine. Highly recommended. Chris and Deborah (+10 others!), Aberdeen, Scotland. Tips: Avoid car renting, Uber instead! It’s cheap and stress fee. It’s very convenient and there’s plenty of drivers. Strobec is a town 25mins walk. It has a few restaurants and café’s. Advise booking during busy seasons. There is camp site in Strobec with a pebble beach, some watersports and ’kid things’ that should keep them busy. Summerblu’s island tours is a great was to spend the day island touring for a day at sea. Google it. Fav restaurant: Chops Grill. Amazing steak and seafood in Split.

This house and hosts were the best hosts we have ever stayed with! Absolutely fantastic hospitality, always so so helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond what any host should do to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided us with a mobile to help us get around and gave us lifts on our first night, helped arrange all of our trips out at reduced price! We as a family have made wonderful memories here. Thank you Blanka and Henry, if you are lucky enough to stay in their stunning home I recommend you do! Exceptional place in a beautiful country!!

Our week at Villa Dalmatica was lovely. The reservation and payment was easy to process and communication with Henjak and Blanka via email was very straight forward. We were a family of six so had loads of room in the villa. Five double rooms and one twin with three nicely appointed bathrooms. We ate all our meals on the terrace which had pull down shades and angled large parasols. The pool was a highlight and the surrounding area very quiet and peaceful. Only 10 min walk into local village for small supermarket with great bakery next door ( both open Sundays) Beaches just few more mins walking and lovely Perun Kobona where we ate a couple times. The hosts Henjak and Blanka are super and really tried to make sure we had enough information and support while we were there. They give you a phone with their numbers and taxi number already in memory to use if needed. They bought in some groceries I had asked for as we had a late flight in which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend booking this villa you won't be disappointed. We visited Krka waterfalls, Trogir, Brela, Split and Brac in our week, so much to see in the nearby area. Roads and signage easy to follow in our hire car.

Wow -- what a truly wonderful house and hosts. I have used airbnb properties over the last 6 years or so in cities across Europe and the US and I can honestly say Blanka and Henry are the most outstanding hosts. The house is stunning, clean and plenty of room for our family group of 10 and easy walking distance to a nearby supermarket, bakery and small pub. Blanka & Henry go above and beyond to make sure guests are looked after and welcome -- providing a house mobile phone, helping arrange day trips to KRKA Falls and the beautiful island of Brac as well as organising a delicious meal in a gorgeous little taverna. Blanka & Henry have another property on Brac - which also looked beautiful and another property elsewhere. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

Stunning spacious property for our party of 8 ladies. Immaculately clean and well appointed with all facilities. Attention to detail was above and beyond our expectations from Blank and Henry, from the Croatian Mobile Phone for our convenience to arranging trips to Bol and Krka National Park and taking us shopping on arrival, to recommendations to a fabulous local fish restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 Star in every way.

Beautiful Villa in a great location. Villa had everything we needed. It's in a quiet residential area. A short walk to the beach and supermarket. Town of Strobec a 20 minute walk which is lovely for beach and restaurants. Split centre is not far in a taxi. Henry and Blanka are the perfect hosts and cannot do enough for you, they arranged a cake for our parents anniversary, day trips, restaurants and are on hand to help when needed. We were given a mobile phone to use to contact them, the taxi firm or local restaurant. Thank you Henry and Blanka! Can't wait to go back again!

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in Croatia. Such an amazing place to visit. We were a large family group of adults & children and the villa couldn't have been any more accommodating. Hrvoje and Blanka make such incredible hosts. Your assistance was so much appreciated. You directed us and showed us some truly stunning places to visit. We easily traveled around with use of the recommended taxi company as well as using the local buses. Will definately look to return in the future :)

The property was fantastic for my family and was well equipped to meet our holiday needs and very clean. The owners could not have been more helpful and made our stay comfortable and easy from start to finish. Supermarket just down the hill and split about a 15 minute drive away. We had a day visit to trogir which was beautiful and went to krka waterfalls also. Stobrec the nearest village was really pretty and authentic. Had a fabulous meal at nikola fish restaurant in Stobrec. Pool was a perfect temperature and outdoor seating was great to relax in. Would recommend!!!

We were 3 families spending a week in this fantastic accomandation. In short terms: - Perfect location to the beach - Perfect location to supermarket - Near Split - We went there for shopping and footballmatch - Blanka and Hrvoje are the perfect hosts - Service minded driver at our service all the time - Villa with high standard - Nice diningplace outside (sunset) - Very nice boat trip recomended by Blanka and Hrvoje All in all, a very good accomandation for families who want to relax and have a good time in the sun. On the occasion of my 50th birthday, we were three families traveling from Norway, Sweeden and France. Villa Dalmatica provided the perfect holiday. The spacious villa entitled us to privacy when needed and the veranda and pool/garden area let the family play and dine together comfortably for hours on end. The service provided by the owners and staff was outstanding. This was a holiday of a life time and any family, friends or businesses considering a holiday together can safely consider Villa Dalamtica for a luxurious and immensly enjoyable place!!!
