Stayed at this house with my wife and 2 other couples for a wedding at The Popponesset Inn. It was the perfect spot to spend some time relaxing between events. The location to the beach and the places that New Seabury and Mashpee have to offer is excellent. The house is spacious and accommodated six adults with ease. I recommend this location and look forward to booking again.

The house was beautiful, clean, and as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, glasses, etc. that you need, as well as extras like some spices, saran wrap, etc.
Outdoor space was beautiful! Nice deck and patio, and a perfect view of the pond. Location was ideal to walk to Popponesset Inn for the wedding we were attending. Short walk to the beach, and nice areas to walk or bike.
The bedrooms were on the small side, but fine for us. Living and dining rooms were spacious and comfortable. Others have commented about the cellar stairs; they were steep but not a problem unless you have mobility issues. We did not find that washing, drying and folding towels before departure was an inconvenience.
Overall beautiful home and would definitely stay again if we ever vacation in the area again. Thanks Paul!

As usual Paul delivers on his rentals, everything we needed and very clean. What a wonderful location to stay. Beautiful view of Dean’s Pond from the house and a 3 minute walk to a private beach. Cute shops, restaurants and a market all in one quaint little complex (with live music) within a very short walk. It was so relaxing to sit outside at night and enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod. Enjoying it in front of the gas fire pit right on the patio made it even better.! Convenient to many locations at the Cape too!

Our family had a wonderful week staying at this home. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach, and a nice walk to the Marketplace. The view is beautiful with the pond right across the front yard. The home was clean and in great condition and communication with Paul was smooth and friendly. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay with my young family and their Papa! Great yard for the kids to run around and also watch all the dogs walk by along the walking path! Close to the beach, Mashpee commons, Poppy marketplace and short walk to the playground at the community center! We even got our own firework display right from the deck! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed at this Cape house with 2 friends and my boyfriend and we were very pleased with the house! The house was adorably decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus it was perfectly located within walking distance to a wedding we attended at the Popponesset Inn. The pond views and walking trail were a nice bonus.
Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. Whether you're in town for an event at the Inn or just to relax, this house is a great pick. Highly recommended for its convenience and comfort!

Although the weather was only in the 50s, views from the house was the pond with some ocean beyond. Please note that the laundry was in the cellar with access via very steep stairs with only a railing half way down. We had to leave early on checkout day, so getting towels washed, dried & folded as requested was a challenge. Overall, the experience was delightful & relaxing.

My best friend and I had an amazing stay!! The house was gorgeous, clean and the view couldn’t be beat. The area had great shops and restaurants. We loved hanging out and the beds were the best of any place I have stayed.

I was really impressed as I arrived with the easy instructions to get in, to the cleanliness, and organized all things needed in home were to access for the most part. It is a beautiful home anyone would enjoy for a nice getaway/vacation with family. We had soggy/rainy weather for most part on time there but we made the best of it. We had very nice walks on the beach. We were unable to use the grill and/or fire pit which would have been amazing as the outside setting was so pretty but we are looking forward to renting this location again. I would definitely recommend this location to others, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a perfect location for our long weekend stay for a wedding at the Pomponessett Inn. The host was extremely responsive regarding anything we needed and the place was in great shape and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Was staying with my sister and elderly mother. Excellent place on pond and a short walk to pristine beach. Paul was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was a lack of grab bars in the bathroom for an elderly person to use for the bower/bath.

We rented this for wedding lodging for parents and family. it has a nice cottage feel. We also rented the house across the street by the same owner. It was so convenient and the house across the street was brand new and gorgeous. Dead end street and super quite neighborhood. beautiful outdoor patio and gas fire pit. highly recommend. The owner stopped by to check on things, and is such a warm, wonderful gentleman.

My husband and I rented this space for our wedding weekend. Beautiful location! The view is amazing and the beach is only a few minute walk away. Perfect for getting ready and first look. A few things to note for improvement but that didn’t really change our overall experience- The neighbor across the street was very ~interested~ in our stay. The check out time (9am) is a bit early with check out instructions to have all towels washed and folded prior to leaving. With that being said- it’s beautiful, great spot, perfect for a small wedding party.

Honestly, finding this rental was simply a blessing. The trip was a brief get away after a brutal life event this past summer. We needed a perfect get away and this property absolutely filled that need. I can't say enough about how much this rental was appreciated.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Sitting right on the pond with a beautiful yard, this location provided peaceful views close to the beach. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Popponessett Marketplace is half a mile walk away and provides restaurants, Ice cream , shopping and mini golf. Very family friendly area of the cape.

One week in Paradise! We have been renting this beautiful home for the past few years and have loved every minute of it! The home is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Great location and view. Quick walk to the beach and the marketplace. The market place has everything you need (coffee, restaurants, gift shops, etc). The water at the beach is not too cold and easy to swim in. The house had everything we needed (sheets/towels/kitchen stuff/beach chairs) Would definitely consider staying again.

Positives: very attractive home, very nicely furnished, lovely view of pond, 10 min walk to Popponesset Inn, 5 min walk to beach, hot tub, fire pit, nicely shaded outdoor seating.
Negatives: one small bathroom for a three bedroom house, kitchen poorly designed - cannot open dish washer completely because door bumps into oven, one drawer unusable because it cannot be opened, seemed to be a leak from chilled water dispenser on fridge door, very small garbage bin in a cupboard, big issue: guests asked to wash, dry and fold all towels, but this requires going down to the basement using an extremely steep set of worn steps, no apparent way to switch on any lights - very dangerous, significant liability risk. I recommend removing this requirement and having a second set of towels if there are new guests checking in immediately. Have someone else wash towels with bedclothes etc., gate to hot tub needs to be fixed, device for raising hot tub cover needs fixing, the cart for hauling chairs to beach should be replaced with a quality 4-wheel cart with decent wheels
