The location is perfect for walking to everything! From the beach, restaurants, gift stores, church, and local convenience store. It was clean, I loved the great outdoor seating in a peaceful setting! Thank you!

We loved our stay! The house is a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach cart came in very handy. We didn’t use the bikes or the beach chairs but they were a nice feature. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay, just remember to bring your own linens and towels, etc.
Several restaurants within walking distance as well. Neighbors were all friendly and helpful.
Sarah was super quick to respond and very helpful.

We had an amazing week in Misquamicut! The cottage was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials like a coffee maker, toaster, etc. I loved the knotty pine throughout the house. The host is wonderful and very responsive to any questions.

This cottage was simply lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The deck seemed even bigger than the pictures showed with comfy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and a short distance to the beach. The mini-split AC system made for excellent sleeping. We brought bikes and used them both to get to the beach and also explore the area. (Though the walk to the beach was quick and easy too!) Sarah answered any questions we had immediately. We loved our stay!

Sarah’s place is adorable, I loved everything about it. It gave me that cozy beach cottage vibe but with modern conveniences. The house was very clean and well maintained, with great updates. We Had all our meals on the new back deck while listening to the waves. It was so helpful having the garage for all of our beach stuff and bikes. The location was great too, not far to walk or bike to the beach, shops, and places to eat. Sarah was great with communication and made it so easy for us. Our long weekend spent here was the best part of our summer :)

Sarah's cottage was the perfect summer rental for my girlfriend and our families. The house was very clean and the outside deck was amazing. The house is also in the perfect location, one block from the beach. Sarah was extremely responsive and was always available to answer any questions we had. One thing that was important to us that some people overlook is that the surrounding neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming. We made friends and had a great time at the house. Highly recommend.
