This places is absolutely amazing. The beach is just few steps from the door, the restaurant is absolutely cool and aesthetic. And you also have a pool for yourself, and its just awesome when at night you look out on the window and see the lights and reflections coming from the pool:) And we read that some people found it noisy because of the restaurant nearby, however we didn't hear any annoying noise/music. Our stay was calm and peaceful:)

Great location beside sea and beach, clean and nice architecture of the villa, private pool, non-crowdy beach. Beside is stylish beach bar with friendly stuff.

THE SEA, THE BEACH, THE RESTAURANT AND THE STAFF! The staff is really polite and friendly. They really care about you. We have tasted almost every dish in the restaurant and had only good feelings about the kitchen there. The beach is really close and well taken care of. And, finally, the sea is warm and clean :)

First of all, it is a great place which we REALLY enjoyed. It was not an ideal stay for us, but may be for you. The villas are located within 20 meters from the restaurant, and you can hear the music pretty well even if all the doors are closed. On the other hand, the music is usually turned off at 10-11 pm. The second villa is just next door, and you can hear your neighbours every day like they are in YOUR villa. Sometimes it is a pain to live there unless you have a car. The closest supermarket is located in Genadi which is a 10 minutes ride from here, and the only place where you can buy drinking water is... the restaurant.
