Fantastic location. Even though in a busy street was quiet. Very big, spacious Staff were very helpful when checking in and when we requested fans.

Only two of the four beds were useable for our family. I find it difficult to understand why after so many reviews about the beds they haven’t been upgraded. We had booked for a stay of 5 nights and were unable to use two of the beds. We were looking forward to spending time in the outside area however it is not suitable, due to no maintenance, weathered outdoor table and broken chairs, no outdoor lighting and access to the sitting area was through dirt, dust and weeds. Once again previous reviews about this seem to not have been addressed. Very old furniture inside including broken chairs and broken glass in cabinets. Shower and bath seem to leak which also was ignored from past reviews. We were staying during a very hot summer and the house was extremely hot. They staff brought us two small fans to help make us more comfortable.

Very nice, big house with garden. Excellent location. Lots of nice rooms.

There were some problem with bathrooms and showers. Floors tend to float with water and it was difficult to dry the floors and towels. The house was also rather cold.

Absolutely amazing villa. Huge space with a great backyard as well for dogs or kids. Location is absolutely convenient, right next to old town. Plenty of street parking and we look forward yo booking this same spot again the next time we are back down in albufeira.

the layout of the property was good, spacious --- unfortunately so many essential things were broken or unusable, etc. and the agency were slow to repair or simply didn't care.

Location

The house was very cold. We were given one heater for 6 ppl. We were told that the fireplace would warm up the house. We had to get the wood and at the end, the only room that was warmed up was the living room. I think that we would have liked it more in the summer.

Very clean villa and staff very friendly and helpful. Located very close to bars, beach and restaurants.

Exposed wire/ lights in the showers. The beds were not suitable for some members of my family due to size and length.
