Sehr schöner Spa-Bereich und tolle Zimmer. Die Zimmergröße (Schlafzimmer, Bad, Wohnzimmer/Küche) war sehr gut und die Küche mit den notwendigen Grundlagen ausgestattet. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hatte man seitlich einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die hauseigene Tiefgarage bietet auf für größere Autos ausreichend Platz.

Preislich ist das Hotel Schon etwas kostspieliger. Dies spiegelt sich auch im Restaurant und den dortigen Preisen wieder. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Speisen und Getränke entspricht aber leider nicht so den hohen Preisen.

אהבנו הכל. אמנם הגענו בשבת ובראשון כמעט הכל בעיירה היה סגור אבל העיירה מדהימה נעים לטייל בה וגם כשהכל סגור לא חסר מה לעשות. המלון מצויין, לקחנו דירה ל3 אנשים, הכל נקי, הצוות אדיב מאוד, המתקנים- חדר הכושר והבריכה גם היו טובים. חשבו על הפרטים הקטנים, המחיר מדהים לתמורה.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, eine Tiefgarage und sehr nettes Personal. Optimal war für uns auch der Skiraum. Es ist alles wirklich sehr sauber.

Very clean and comfortable infrastructure and rooms. The location is also super good and I can certainly recommend this location. Although there are some negative elements (see below), it is still a great place to be for summer and winter holidays.

We arrived after a 12 hour drive and the receptionist neglectedus completely when we arrived as she seemed to have another urgency/phone call, then suddenly, she dissappeared for more than 20 minutes without saying anything to us. Just a small 'welome message' would have been sufficient for us as well as a small notice that she had an urgency and that she would help us further in a few mintues would be appreciated, but we were simply neglected at that moment.... Not a very pleasant welcome. It was the second time that we came to the Venediger Lodge, as the first time was such a great experience, and due to this situation we really started with a bad feeling on our holiday. Compared to last year, when we had a room at the very quiet and silent backside of the hotel, this year we got a room at the side entrance of the hotel, just above the dustbin area where we were disturbed every morning at 07h30 with quite some noice of the cleaning teams. We asked for another room and the (not very friendly) receptionist said it was impossible to provide us with a more quiet room as they were fully booked. Which was indeed the case for the first night, but in the days after, the hotel was not fully booked at all...we would have appreciated a more constructive approach to find a solution to get a more quiet appartment during our 8 days stay. But, apparently they did not want to make the effort to provide us with a better room as soon as one became available. I was even prepared to pay an extra fee for this service, but there was no flexibility at all from the receptionist at that moment. On the other side, I have to say that the other people at the reception and in the bar/restaurant were extremely friendly and customer oriented, but it only takes one person to give another perception of the service.
