Localização, fica em um centrinho comercial, onde tem mercado, academia, padaria, loja de utilidades, farmácia e uns 3 restaurantes pelo menos. Cheguei tarde e a recepção havia fecha, porém, na entrada do hotel tem uma máquina de check-in online, fácil de usar, então não tivemos problemas em entrar tarde no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom ( uns 10,95 euros)

Poderiam fazer uma manutenção nos corredores, pra melhorar o aspecto. Travesseiros do quarto pequenos e poderia ter frigobar.

Hôtel propre et assez récent. Emplacement bien situé et facile d'accès. La position dans un centre d'activité est pratique.

Literie un peu dure (pour mon goût), et le petit déjeuner est correct mais, un peu plus de choix pourrait être un plus.

C un hôtel moderne et très confortable. Le parking sécurisé est facile d accès. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et il est très simple de récupérer le code.

One night stay at B&B Hotel Cergy Saint-Christiphe. Hotel situated in the commercial area, ok if you come by car, but a rather long walk from the train station and to the center of the town. Rooms are small, but overall well designed and practical. Bedding rather comfortable, correct breakfast.

The receptionist was not very welcoming. Long walk from the train station and to the center of Cergy.

Simple, clean, next door to our primary purpose which was hockey. Bottom line is I will stay here again.

The breakfast was okay. I suppose we expected a little better. For example, the cut fresh fruit bowl seemed days old each day. The sausages and bacon were not good. I’m a foodie though with lots of hotel breakfasts experience. It was fine. Like I said, I will still return.

We chose it because it was close to the avenue verte cycle route from Paris to London. It was clean and practical with a safe location for our bikes.

We are attending an event at the ice rink.literally a 5 minute walk. So, for us, it was all about the location. Also, there were shops and restaurants on the complex and 10 minutes into Cergy town. Hotel basic but very clean also.

the hotel was very modern and clean. I loved that they offered free croissants and coffee each morning and there was a 24 hour cafe machine in the lobby. also loved that each door had codes instead of cards. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to a market, entertainment facility and electronic store.

the only con was the tv didn’t mirror to my phone like it said it could.

The EV charging station. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Very convenient and the charging point was good. Unlike the Hilton Hotel in Bordeaux which has a standard plug point. This is of no use to any traveller with a EV car

Nothing, that was the most horrible experience of my life.

The worst was that I arrived at midnight and The worst human being, if you can call it a human being. He let me be outside of the hotel under the most brutal and inclement weather at - 5°C with a sensation of - 9°. Even I have begged him for clemency, becuase I had a digital debit card to pay with, on which I had asked if there would be a problem at my check in 2 days before. No one replied. You can not treat a human being like trash and let him die of cold in the middle of no where. Lastly, I canceled my reservation and they charged it my full reservation for 7 days on my digital debit card 3 days after I left. Insaneeeee!!!! The manager a real fool human said it was my fault that I arrived at midnight (my flight was coming from Berlin landing at that time) In somehow, he didn't want to make me the refund. That's unacceptable and unbelievable!!!
