Absolutely love that the condo is inside a refurbished hotel. Everyone was very kind from valet, security and shops. The condo was very comfortable and I loved watching traffic and pedestrians on the street during rest times.
We were able to easily explore Miami Beach and Downtown Miami.
Definitely download the Miami NBC6 News weather app as Florida has unpredictable weather.

This was a terrible experience. We checked into the property and left the building after about an hour because we felt unsafe at the property and in the room. I tried to contact the host several times and they did not respond. They finally responded 5 months later and denied my refund. The pool and hot tub was under construction, so that was falsely advertised. There is an equipment room entrance into the room, which I was not impressed with. The beds are very hard and appear cheap.
I would not recommend anyone book this property.

This condo is in a great location. It was clean. One large room that has a side room connected to it from french doors. Not a lot of privacy in either room, but we stayed with close friends so it was perfect for us. There is direct access to the beach from the condo. They have a restaurant in the bulding, a bar, they also have a couple of convenience stores located in the building. Those came in handy since we were able to get extra tissue, napkins, drinks, water, snacks, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took FOREVER to check into our room and also to get valet. Otherwise, great place. There are bugs, but I'm guessing it's because the trash chute is next door to the unit. The pest control people come every friday (we know this because they came the friday we were there). Overall, we enjoyed the condo.

Place is good BUT THAT GARBAGE shoot is terrible. All morning and night even when it’s suppose to be closed. Pool was closed. Very confusing to get to the room and get out.
Also they have a bunch of different fees on top in their instructions of checking in and out.

Had to kill roaches every day in the condo. Had infant with us which made me concerned about his safety with bugs crawling around. Pool was closed, but never notified of this. Bathroom and kitchen are very tight spaces.

The condo was nice, but you get more of a Hotel feel of the place especially as you are mandated that the Person who made the reservation has to be present for check - in, (which was silly as we had prepaid and had the room code). It was frustrating as the rest of our party had to sit around the lobby and restaurant for several hours until our arrival. They tried to go to the Tiki bar, but the POOL and Tiki bar is closed until at least December for renovations (which would have been nice to know when booking). There was no wine opener in the condo, but the store on site sells them and many other things. The condo is on the M floor which is pretty much the 3rd floor, so the wait for the elevator wasn't bad. There were towels you could take to the beach and you could rent or buy chairs/umbrellas at the property (on the lowest level) The restaurant on site served a good breakfast and we were glad we did not have a car to valet as the Valet service was VERY busy at certain times. We stayed our last night at a hotel on South Beach and there was much more to do in that area of Miami Beach. We really didn't hear the trash chute at all, except from bathroom.

Our stay was okay, we were just underwhelmed with the space compared to the pictures listed. There were no major issues that warranted calling the property manager however. The condo had trouble cooling below 72 degrees during our stay at both day and night. The mechanical blinds had issues operating upon arrival with one set already being broken. The check-in workers were very rude. The washer had mold in it when we got there. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. The valet staff were rather rude, even when you tipped them. There were minor scrapes to the drywall and the bathroom latch was broken which added to the underwhelming nature of the space. The trash shoot next door was noticeable, but was not as bad as others have reviewed. Overall the pictures posted here make the condo out to be nicer than it is. We don’t intend this review to be rude, but we just did not arrive to as nice of a condo as we thought we would based on the listing.

From the moment we arrived, we encountered the rude valet, to the roaches running ramped in our room, kitchen, and bathroom. The trash shoot was being slammed all night, and the valet driving my car terribly. I spent over $1300, to try to enjoy my 37th birthday and it was not at all worth it!

We came down from Indiana, this is our second time to Miami and we had a great stay. The place was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was the second bed was too close to the wall you have to bang your leg against the bed about every time you go by. Other than that it was great. The apartment B14 is next to trash shoot, it's extremely loud, yhe first night we thought construction was taking place just to realize it was trash. The next day we complained and they told us that trash door is to be locked from 10pm to 6am. Even with staff, they do not close the trash do when yhry are supposed to. The point here is, avoid B14 in this property, who wants to woken up at 6am with trash banging on vacation? We basically had yo check-in in a different hotel 2 nights before our vacation ended. Also the communication is terrible, olivier neverpicked any of my calls the entire time. When we arrived the door knob was falling off, Olvier was unreachable, terrible!

After a brief communication with the owner in which he told me to press the buttons on the remote harder to make contact with the battery, and the time he sent a woman out to unsuccessfully solve the problem, he told me that an installer would come out later in the week to fix it. This did not happen. Consequently, my teenaged children were awakened at dawn every single day of this “vacation”. This was a disaster.
Also, THERE IS A VERY LOUD GARBAGE CHUTE right next to the apartment. It sounded like a bowling alley from 7am-10 pm. The proximity of the garbage chute may also explain the cockroach in my daughter’s bed.
Finally, the building was shabby and in disrepair. The common areas look like they haven’t been refurbished in decades and the patio surrounding the pool was unappealing at best.

The property had a beautiful beach access. We sent every day enjoying it! The pool was ok limited sun due to shade from other buildings during our December visit. Not many restaurants within a one mile walk. However, the ones we visited were very good!

I sent text messages with no reply, I then sent and email that was returned almost 2 days later telling me that there was a delay and when the people arrived to the room , no one was there ! I could have been there if there was COMMUNICATION, but there was NONE! The stove light wasn’t working neither was the light in the mast bedroom closet ! Everything could’ve possibly been better but there was NO COMMUNICATION! Valet and check in was a hassle as well ! DONT see myself returning !
