Das Paradise Inn bietet viel Platz für alle. Gehen Sie vom Parkplatz aus in die Hauptebene und finden Sie eine große, ausgestattete Küche für den Lagerkoch. Direkt neben der Küche befindet sich der Essbereich und ein tolles Zimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Direkt neben dem Essbereich befindet sich das Oberdeck mit Blick auf den See und das private Dock.
Das Obergeschoss verfügt über Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 und Nr. 4, beide mit direktem Zugang zum Badezimmer.
Das Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 im Loft-Stil befindet sich oben in der Kabine (2 Etagen über Hauptebene).
Die untere Ebene, eine Etage tiefer als die Hauptebene, bietet einen zweiten Fernsehraum, Schlafzimmer 5-7, ein komplettes Badezimmer, eine Waschküche und ein zweites Deck.
Das dritte Deck bietet Ihre private Hot Ttub und die Schritte zu Ihrem privaten Dock.

Nice property. This house had more than enough room for our large group. Parking was a bit tricky but we managed. The private dock is a big bonus. The kids just loved jumping off it into the lake.

We all enjoyed our stay at this Norris Lake house. The house was very comfy and roomy for adults and four teens/ preteen. There was also plenty for us to do to stay busy all day
The manager was quite responsive if there was an issue.

Property manager, excellent communication. Overall the house was tired. The two bunk rooms in the basement were without windows and closets, did not expect that. We had no electricity in upper two bedrooms, but they refunded us some money which we appreciated for the inconvenience. Parking is tricky but worked for five cars. Had lots of fun and made great family memories!

We showed up to the property after 10pm with 6 tired kids, only to realize that the door code we were sent did not work. As there was no reception at the house, we had to load everyone back up and backtrack 15 mins down the road to get enough reception to call the property manager.
The next morning we were excited to get on the water, only to realize that the box with the life vests was locked with no instructions on where to get a key. Another hour wasted while we waited for the property manager to come out.
The house smelled bad and looked run down. The hot tub was not filled enough so the jets were spraying into the air, and the water faucet was locked so we couldn’t add more. The chlorine floater was empty, so the hot tub very quickly began looking like dirty bath water.
The dock area was very nice, but we definitely did not realize how steep the path to it was and the sheer number of stairs to get there.

We had a great time here! Plenty of room for us and our children/grandchildren. Property manager quickly responded to any needs, parking is a bit tricky but we got the hang of it. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a great time visiting some friends I haven’t seen in years. The house was plenty big enough for the 12 of us with beds to spare. Lots of stairs to get to the boat dock, you’ll get a nice workout in. The kayaks were a blast and the water was great. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Great place if you have need for a lot of bedrooms. Super convenient right in water with a nice dock, fire pit, grill, and also enough space to play yard games like Cornhole. We had a great time!

We had such a great time!!!! The house was perfect. The lake was beautiful. House was clean and loved all of the amenities included. Providing the bedding, laundry detergents, toiletries a plus as well. So much seating and room for everyone to spread out. We used the paddle boards daily and loved sitting on the dock.

Overall a really great experience! Owners were super responsive to any communications. We enjoyed the lake immensely as well as the fire pit area. A marina close by had basic necessities and a little restaurant as well as ice cream for the kiddos. We had a great time visiting with family and friends.

Loved having a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. There were about 80 steps down to the water though. There was no TV in the master bedroom or TV service as advertised on the website. However ROKU was available on the other TV’s. The place was not cleaned properly and the bed sheets were not changed. We had to wash the bedsheets ourselves. For that reason we were refunded the cleaning fee plus some. Otherwise the place was spacious inside and all else was as expected. Our host was accessible to communicate with when we had the issue with cleaning.

We had 7 adults and 3 children. Each family had their own accommodations on the three floors. Plenty of space to enjoy being together. We rented a pontoon from Flat Hollow Marina which we enjoyed tubing. We had a fun time using the kayaks and paddle boards provided. We spent most of the day on the dock or on the water. Swimming was enjoyed right off the dock. Evenings consisted of camp fires and s’mores along with family games inside. The marina is just about quarter mile walk away which has a restaurant that served good food, especially the bobber bites. The lake and its surroundings is just beautiful. We had a very comfortable stay which will be cherished by all.

Hot tub was leaking when we got there. Property manager sent a crew to repair it by day three of our vacation. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards in the quiet cove location. We were able to boat or walk to Flat Hollow Marina. The marina has amazing food, drinks, and weekend entertainment.

For the price this place worked very well for a reunion of friends. 7 50ish year olds and an 8 yo had entire rooms we didn’t use and space galore. It was a little off season so it gave us the place to ourselves but at peak times I’m guessing your stay would be heavily influenced by whatever neighborhood rental people showed up next door. Overall a solid experience. Also it needs to be said that from the lake to the main floor is about a hundred steps up. This is typical of houses in the area.

This was our first experience using VRBO. The booking process was easy and the owners were wonderful answering our questions! The house was beautiful and accommodating! The driveway was tricky as we had 5 vehicles. Not easy getting up to the road on the hill. One vehicle bottomed out once. Not a lot of close restaurants! All in all, a pretty good trip!

Family celebration
We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our 4 children, spouses, and 7 grandchildren. There was plenty of room and everyone found things to enjoy, with boating, fishing off the dock, jet skiing, and tubing. The steps were a bit much for us , but we should have thought of that, and we managed. Fun week

Perfect family getaway
This property was all we had hoped for and more! Location was perfect for our family with young kids. Nice quiet no wake zone, so kids could swim freely without worry of speeding boats. House was plenty big for our group of 6 adults, and 6 kids. House was stocked with everything we needed! Kitchen had every appliance, and tool, and enough dishes for everyone ! Trash has to be bagged, we had plenty of bags, but make sure you have extra with you, just in case.
Flat Hollow marina is very close, but we were a bit disappointed with their supplies. We were very happy that we took all our food for the week.
Parking was no issue for our 3 vehicles.
We were amazed at how beautiful the water of Norris lake was. It was a hot week, and we were so thankful for the warm, clean water to swim, and float in. Have never seen water like it anywhere else!
Manger was great to work with, very quick to respond!

Great Vacation
The cabin was great. We were able to see a little snow, which may it so much better. The property owner always had a quick response. The only problem we had was parking our cars down a steep slope narrow driveway.

Enjoyed our Family Reunion
The property was even better than expected. There were useful items left behind by other guests. The kitchen was well equipped and in working order. Parking was the biggest issue, but the same for most of the nearby properties.

Great spot
A killer setup with the right amenities and lake access let us have a blast for the weekend with ease. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed
Property is old, shag carpet, carpet tack strips protrude through the carpet and prick your feet. We had little ones and they would cry when they hit the strip. Long walk to boat dock down wooden steps, only one railing on lower landing no railings getting to dock. Not particularly safe for older people or young kids. Very top room no door and very warm most definitely needed to use the fan. The kitchen Counter and food storage space are very limited. Not much space on the dock to have people layout and tight quarters to maneuver around obstructions on the dock. Everything was fairly clean anytime you have shag carpet it is difficult to get clean and we found some items in the carpet. We had a sewage pump problem but the owner was very responsive. The parking is horrible to get into and quite dangerous. One person from another rental on the same access road tried to make the turn and was on two wheels pointed right at our rental. We had to help push her out. The other rentals took up all the room to get access into this rental we had to ask them to move a couple of times.

Kevin was great to work with. The home was very clean and furniture was super comfortable. Dock was fabulous, we had a wonderful time swimming with our grandkids off of it. Would definitely stay here again .

Second Stay at Paradise Inn
This was our second year in a row staying at Paradise Inn and it won’t be our last. We loved the updates that Kevin made to the house from last year including the bunk rooms in the basement and the bedrooms upstairs. The new table/bench on the dock and the upper deck was a definite upgrade as well! Our family ranging in ages from 4 months old to 60s all had an amazing time inside and out. Our favorite part of the house is being able to jump right off of the dock and float on the beautiful water of Norris Lake. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Norris Lake Location
This was a perfect home and location for our family. Proximity to marina to launch our boat and pick up a pontoon rental was excellent. House located in the nicest cove where our young kids had a blast swimming, jumping off the dock, and using the paddle boat and kayaks. Low boat traffic in this area of the Powell River allowed nice swims in various coves and lots of fun on the rope swing in Short Hollow cove. Home owner showed great hospitality and communication. À+ for this Norris Lake rental!!

2021 Vacation
We had a great vacation. Perfect location, clean and spacious. Was the perfect spot to spend a week with family and friends. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for an amazing week!!

My 30th Birthday!!!
We had a great time in this home. It was a great way to spend my 30th with family and safe from COVID. We got to rent a boat for a day and rode the river for the day. We loved it. Will go back! The owner Kevin was only a text away he reply quickly.

Delayed Christmas family vacation
Due to COVID-19, we had to delay our family gathering and chose Paradise Inn as it was quite central for our kids and spouses to drive from Michigan, NC, SC and Georgia. The 8 of us had a relaxing time doing puzzles, playing games, enjoying the hot tub, kayaking and hiking at Cumberland gap. The house was perfect for us! Great views, big table, lots of room to stretch out and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The area was quiet and a light snow made it even prettier! Communication was great and we would definitely consider returning again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were so happy with this rental! Great size house for the six of us. Could all watch tv together in living room or spread out to our own space. View of water lovely. Would highly recommend!
