Bolduc is spacious and cozy at the same time with three different family room/gathering areas, which is perfect for larger family groups. The hot tub is big and there is a great view from it (and out almost all of the large windows in the home). There is ample parking and the kitchen is well equipped. Great place to stay.

This property was great, and met all the needs we had. The ladies at Morton and Furbish were awesome to deal with and have always assisted us with every need we have had. Top notch service all around.

We loved staying at Bolduc. The location and size of the home was perfect for us. The grandkids loved playing foosball and pingpong, as well as sliding down the hill onto the lake in front of the house. The description of the home was very accurate, with plenty of bedding, towels, etc. We had a problem with one of the faucets, but the maintenance people came over immediately and fixed it. Our only recommendation is there needs to be more silverware when serving a dozen or so people for 4 days.

We have stayed at this property many times and love it!
The property was great the rental agency was great in helping to find a repair shop for me when a vehicle had issues. The only issue was that due to all the logging causing closed trails from the house and the lake not being safe we had to trailer to a parking lot to ride our sleds

This house was awesome for a big family vacation at the lake. The kitchen was well-appointed and had a nice, big dining table which accommodated everyone. To be able to all gather around the table is an important amenity for us. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 plus a dog to spread out. The location is great, halfway between Rangeley and Oquossoc. The dock was wonderful for jumping in the lake and just hanging out. We would definitely like to return!

Our three generation family returns again and again to Bolduc for our favorite week of the year! We only wish it could be longer. There is so much to do and the house is perfect for everyone. It is so large and has so many living spaces that everyone can spread out and find a spot for relaxing, cooking, reading, playing games, playing ping-pong, jumping off the dock, boating, and everything else in between! We love the new couches and the new floating dock and everyone loves the hot tub. I especially love the covered patio with the Adirondack chairs in the shade. These are memories that the entire family will always have and we can't wait to go back. Couldn't recommend the house more.

This home was gorgeous! Two bedrooms with queen beds upstairs, a master bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with 3 twin beds in one and 4 twin beds in the other. It’s perfect for a family vacation with a large number of people. It’s right on the lake and the views are spectacular. The hot tub is also amazing! There were lady bugs all around the house but they don’t really bother me. Just something to keep in mind. Overall amazing property and I would rent it again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bolduc. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed. The home is spacious and has stunning views of the lake. We highly recommend staying at Bolduc.
Also, the folks at Morton & Furbish were phenomenal at helping us out of a jam. Our Airbnb fell through at the last minute. We contacted M&F out of the blue and after hours. They responded immediately and found us this beautiful home on very short notice. Thanks again for your exceptional support.

Walking in the house was immaculate. Beautiful location!! Looking out directly on the lake. Excellent layout of the home for a large group. Walk out level with ping pong, etc. lots of space downstairs for “hanging out” that is away from the main part of the house so when you start yelling with excitement about the games you don't bother/wake others. This level goes out to a massive hot tub that was so fabulous to enjoy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms upstairs are tucked back away from the main living room. Once again adding for more privacy and quiet. Great dock for hanging out on or tying boat up to. Overall a fabulous week! Property management are always extremely responsive with any questions or needs. Our 5th year in Rangeley and our favorite house so far!

Walk out level with ping pong, etc. lots of space downstairs for “hanging out” that is away from the main part of the house so when you start yelling with excitement about the games you don't bother/wake others. This level goes out to a massive hot tub that was so fabulous to enjoy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bedrooms upstairs are tucked back away from the main living room. Once again adding for more privacy and quiet. Great dock for hanging out on or tying boat up to. Overall a fabulous week! Property management are always extremely responsive with any questions or needs. Our 5th year in Rangeley and our favorite house so far!

The stay at this home was great! The location is very pretty, with a nice view and a lake right at the back. The distribution of the home is great aswell, although there was only three bathrooms, none downstairs (we made it work, but if you are a bigger family it might be a challenge) the entertainment center is great with a large couch and a ping pong game. The jacuzzi was nice and big, could fit about 6 people without being too crowded. Has many kitchen utensils, aswell as seasonings in the counters, barley needed to buy anything except for food of course. I do wish the beds where softer, my family found them pretty hard and difficult to sleep on. And in the second floor the floors are very squeaky and made noise easily. Overall, the stay was nice and I would come again.

Our stay was delightful at Bolduc. The house was just as described, well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, gas grill on the deck was a highlight, the hot tub was HUGE and so great and being able to get our tickets for Saddleback ahead of time was fantastic. We will hopefully be back for another stay.

We had a siblings reunion at this home to enjoy the peak foliage in Maine. The size of the house was great for us with all the bedrooms and spaces for different activities such as ping pong and gatherings around the fire pit down by the lake. It was easy to make meals together and gather around the large kitchen table to eat and play games. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets; our only disappointment was no bathroom on the lower level. It was very quiet and peaceful and the deck was very inviting for morning coffee and watching sunsets. We enjoyed a drive up to Sugar Loaf Ski and Golf Resort while there and explored some area hikes. The drive by Height of Land is a must see. We would be happy to rent his house again.

The size of the house was great for us with all the bedrooms and spaces for different activities such as ping pong and gatherings around the fire pit down by the lake. It was easy to make meals together and gather around the large kitchen table to eat and play games. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets; our only disappointment was no bathroom on the lower level. It was very quiet and peaceful and the deck was very inviting for morning coffee and watching sunsets. We enjoyed a drive up to Sugar Loaf Ski and Golf Resort while there and explored some area hikes. The drive by Height of Land is a must see. We would be happy to rent his house again.

What a Cabin!
The term "cabin" doesn't quite sum up this gorgeous house. Situated right on a lake, this house is more of a castle than anything else. Everything was very easy to understand, check-in/out was a breeze. The staff was responsive and attentive to the little questions we had. Plenty of space, all of the amenities you could want all wrapped up in a beautiful package. We sincerely enjoyed our time at this property and would absolutely visit again.
