The house was amazing and we took advantage of all the games. The four bedrooms makes this a great house with four couples, each couple had their own bathroom. The drive into town was easy and we saw wild horse, deer and elk. The sunsets were beautiful every night.

Marissa met us at the property and was wonderful! Kids loved pool table and ping pong. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice and quiet!

I have stayed at this property twice. The location is close to Ruidoso, with essentials a 5-10 minute drive away. The property management do a good job of keeping the place clean and the kitchen and bathrooms have the essentials. The living space is very nice and perfect for our friends annual bike trip. The only thing to be aware of is that the internet is cell based, so can be spotty at times. If you are counting on streaming movies, it can be a little slow, but it does the job. Communication with the owner and property manager was great and they were very responsive to all my questions prior to renting the place. Definitely recommend for a spacious place with great views.

Views this home provides are breathtaking! We had such a smooth check in and check out. House was spotless when we arrived. Property manager was super attentive . Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

This house is very nice and just right for our 4 retired couples who travel together. Marissa met us on our arrival and showed us around the place. It’s very roomy and has a nice big kitchen area. We would stay here again.

This is a very beautiful house with the most amazing views. I loved how many bathrooms this place had and all the amenities. Definitely a must stay at place in Ruidoso. We coke to Ruidoso every weekend and we stay September-February and we will definitely be back!

We all had a really great time at this property. It's so spacious and gorgeous that I wish we could stay forever! It was really nice for two families of 4, we took the downstairs and the other family took upstairs. The 2 living rooms worked out well for that. The view from the deck was fantastic. We could see a little of the 4th of July fireworks from the Inn of Mountain God right from the balcony. It was truly a wonderful house and I feel blessed to be able to spend a week there with family and friends. I gave it overall 4 stars because there were a couple minor things that weren't what I expected, and if fixed would easily make this a 5 star place. 1) Pool table was essentially unusable because the tips on all the sticks were missing, and the table itself was in pretty rough shape. 2) Water pressure in the master shower downstairs was very low. It took a good 5 minutes for the hot water to start coming through and the pressure was so low that I opted to use the other shower downstairs instead of the master. 3) No blender in kitchen. I often find a blender at rentals, so was surprised one was not available. These things matter because the nice master bathroom and and pool table were factors in choosing this place. Overall we all still really loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Ruidoso. Looking forward to coming back !

The house was a great size for our family, and to have friends over for a game night. The view is spectacular. Everything about the house is exactly as described in the listing. We'll likely be back!

This house was amazing! There is so much space and everything was clean and tidy. Upon our check in we were told that the house just got new mattresses in all the rooms, so that was awesome. The hot tub was perfect on a winter night. My family stayed during Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated and felt like home. My only complaint was that I was told a week after check out that I was being charged $100 for a broken lamp. This lamp was in my parent’s room and there were no small children in the house. The lamp was not broken while we were there, but being accused and charged for it was disappointing. Other than taking pictures of every item in the house, I see no way that any future guests can prevent this from happening to them.

The house was great no complaints from me or my family all the rooms were perfectly fit or each family member house was large enough for everyone that came with us we will definitely come to this property in the future

My Christmas gift to my children and grandchildren was this ski trip to Ruidoso. The house was a great family gathering place; it was comfortable for all and a in a good location with amazing views! We made many new Christmas memories to hold dear.

The home was perfect and the pictures don’t do the views and location justice. Definitely staying at this home again for next family trip. Hot tub was a nice touch and no complaints from anyone. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was perfect.

This home was more than perfect for our stay! There were 5 adults in our group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very peaceful neighborhood with spectacular views. Those who wanted enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Ruidoso!

Stayed with 5 friends for a guys cycling trip, and accommodations were perfect. House was very clean, well kept, and met all our needs. Garage is the game room, just FYI in case you want to park a car indoors. Only complaint was the WiFi is cellular, so we had some delays while streaming movies etc on the TV in the afternoon and evenings, but worked reasonably well. Overall would definitely recommend and we will likely stay again next year.

Online photos of this house were definitely accurate! House was beautiful and clean. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were all big hits with us and our children. House is in a beautiful location with some amazing views! Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed at this house many times and I always enjoy it. It is large enough for friends and family and the view off the deck is one of the best!!

We have stayed at property twice in the past year, once with an adult group of friends and once with our family of nine. Both times were lovely and exactly what we needed for a wonderful getaway. We certainly will book this property in the coming years.

Our family of 9 had a great week at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and decorated well. Kitchen wares were plentiful for the meals we had at the house. Nice washer/dryer, good kitchen appliances. Lovely balcony deck and deer were visitors. Nice hot tub. Having internet made everyone happy. For the kids, the pool table AND ping pong table were bonuses. We enjoyed a family ping pong tournament. Property manager Marissa was accessible & knowledgeable. Overall great experience.
