In diesem neu renovierten Ferienhaus wohnen Sie nur zwei Blocks von der trendigen Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach und eine kurze Radtour zum Strand (1,6 km!).Genießen Sie absolute Privatsphäre in Ihrem kleinen Zuhause. Das Haus verfügt über 1 Bett / 1 Bad und eine eigene private Terrasse. Das Haus verfügt über neue Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Wasserkocher, Klimaanlage, Innen- / Außenmöbel sowie Strand- und Schlafzimmerwäsche. Das Badezimmer wurde im Dezember 2018 ebenfalls komplett renoviert.

Perfect for 1 - 2 people escaping the Northeast cold.

We’ll located near the bustle but great soundproofing made for quiet nights. Great use of space provided all the comforts of home in a cozy footprint. Host was friendly, readily available, and responded quickly.

Cute Little Cottage
The listing is accurate and its a very nice, clean, cute cottage. Just a couple of blocks from all of the action on Atlantic Ave and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The owners were very helpful and available when I had a question or needed something. I'm very happy that I chose to stay here.

Pineapple Palace
This piece of property is for sure more than a piece of property. My husband I feel like we were invited into a friend's home. This cottage was so comfortable, neat, clean and decorated so well. Loni and Michael thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable. We also met them and spent some time talking to them and they are lovely. We will be back.

This cute little floridian cottage is wonderful! The owners paid attention to details like great mattress, comfy sofa, and all the little amenities provided. The owners respond quickly and wonderful. I had everything I needed and it felt like my home away from home. I will be back!

Great Cottage
Pineapple Palace was immaculate and in a great location. Walking distance to Atlantic Ave and the free Trolley. Nice grocery store nearby with local produce (Bedners Farm) and an excellent fishmonger next to that (Captain Clay). Well stocked kitchen to cook meals. Great back deck to relax on. Highly recommend Pineapple Palace as home away from home in Delray Beach.

Great location
This property was perfect for a single or couple. It provides ample privacy. Nicely decorated.The landlord was most attentive and even left work to come help me when I locked myself out The location is excellent, a few blocks from Atlantic Ave, a little over a mile to the beach. Anything you need is within walking distance. I had a car but went 2 weeks without using it. The bed was very comfortable. There is internet and xfinity, including netflix and HBO. I spent a lot of time on the private deck reading in the sun. If I'm in Delray, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Beach Cottage
This was our second time staying at this cottage. Loni & Michael are great owners/hosts. The cottage is really clean,comfortable & they allow our fur baby... which is the most important!!
The location is great, just walking distance to all the great restaurants in Pineapple Grove & Atlantic Avenue.
We will probably be back in the area,and will definitely ask to stay here again!!

Well kept and organized cottage in great location. Kitchen appropriately equipped, mechanicals in good working condition. Ample parking space and super easy access for loading and unloading. Would recommend for 1 guest or a couple.

Loni and Michael are outstanding hosts. They provided everything imaginable to make it feel like home and were extremely responsive to questions and requests, even carrying packages to my door. The cutest cottage ever!
Spent a long weekend here and it was amazing! The cottage is nicely updated, cozy and has everything you need for a nice get-away. The owners left a bottle of wine, a bag of goodies and water in the fridge. Everything is within walking distance and the owners are wonderful!!

Awesome Delray Getaway!
We had an wonderful time at Loni and Michael's cottage! It was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Loved being able to walk to the beach with the backpack beach chairs provided! Close to everything in downtown Delray. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to cook almost all our meals at the cottage, and then enjoy eating outside on the deck! Loved all the little touches to make us feel right at home! Wish we could have stayed longer, and hope we'll be able to come back!

Well prepared, cozy cottage walkable to local restaurants and beach
Newly renovated and nicely equipped - the cottage was thoughtfully furnished to make the space very comfortable. Loni had thought of everything - toiletries, beach chairs and towels, games and books, and a very nice welcome pack. Enjoyed sitting out on the small back deck. We liked the fact we were able to walk to everything. Great bars, restaurants and coffee shops very close and under a mile to the beach.

Hosts Loni and Michael- 5 - immediate response to every text or question, friendly and respectful of my privacy in every way.

Sheets, towels-5- plush and comfortable like a 5 star hotel
Kitchen -5-well fitted and they stock it with things like k-cups, cream, water, condiments in fridge, all the things you need to start you off.
Bathroom-5-everything you need-and more
Living Room-5-comfy couch and chair, great TV, like the entire house, very tasteful
Air conditioning-5-silent and high end
Deck-5-private and good size
Location-5- excellent neighborhood off the busy streets by you literally do not need a car.
