Diese geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Wohnung kommt mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Ozean Strand ist nur eine kurze Minute zu Fuß für diejenigen, die in der Brandung spielen wollen, und auch eine Minute zu Fuß zur Bucht, wo kleine Kinder sicher Sandburgen bauen können. Diese Einheit verfügt über eine 2-Wagen-Tandem-Garage, wo sich die Münz-Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Liegestühle, Strandfahrräder, Strandtücher und Boogie Boards.

This is our second year renting this beach house. The location is perfect. 30 seconds to the beach. A 10 minute walk down to Belmont Park and a short drive to all our favorite local eateries and coffee shops. The house is large and the price pretty reasonable for a 3 bed 3 bath house that close to the beach. Yes it could use a little updating but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We would rent this particular place again.

We spend time in Mission Beach each year with the family and this was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, good set up, the best location and best of all it was exceptionally clean! Nothing fancy, just well kept, nice, and comfortable. Location was perfect, close to beach and bay. Parking: no problems with our Jeep Compas and son in law easily backed in Honda Pilot. Boogie boards, chairs, beach items for kids. Had to figure out the A/C but worked great. Al, the owner was very responsive and good to communicate with. P.S. there is a cabinet behind the stools where you will find some nice kitchen appliances including an electric can opener! We have all agreed that this is the place for us. Looking forward to booking this next year.

Ideal for 3 couples because of 3 full baths and plenty of gathering space inside and outside. About 4 blocks away was an overnite parking lot for excess vehicles. Parking is usually an issue in mission but the parking lot always had space. Kitchen was well equipped and pans were in great condition

Very nice property that is convenient to beach and bay. We were in town for my son's retirement from the Navy and the location was perfect. Al was a great host and even made special arrangements for our 12 passengers bus parking. Parking is a premium and the tandem garage was nice for my son's car when he visited. I would highly recommend this property when you are visiting San Diego.

Everything you need is there. The property is old and could use some upgrading. The carpet is worn, a couple of light switches worn, but the beds are great and the bathrooms are rooming and modern.

South Mission Vacation
Right on the boulevard, just a few steps to the beach. Lots of room nicely furnished. Due to unforeseen events, we could not have our family there, but friends joined us for dinner and a night. Everything was as advertised ot better. Parking is tricky at first, but easy after you learn the ropes.

Everything was as listed. We loved how close to the beach this location was . We had an issue with parking our oversized van in the garage, but was so grateful that the property Manager came by and offered us a spot very close on his property. Thank you

Convenient location. Tandem parking tight, but manageable (2001 Nissan Maxima & 2016 Volvo XC90). Great communication.

The home was clean and the proximity to the beach was great! Street noise was a little loud. The home is a little outdated and could use some updating in furnishings but we still had a wonderful time.

This property is nice for a beach rental. As other reviewers have said, it is close to the street so you get some street noise. Not a problem for us as we sleep with a noise machine. A 2 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient. Lots of space for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. Perfect size. Kitchen didn't have really any extras besides salt and pepper. Fridge was HUGE! Tandem garage worked for our 2 full size cars. Would have been nervous to have SUVs. Laundry does require coins. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Property Manager Responsive
We enjoyed our stay and Al was very responsive to our needs. Our unit was spacious and in a great location a short walk to the beach. We loved sitting in the sunshine on the patio! On the cool evenings, it was cozy sitting inside by the fire. Thanks for the space to be together with a couple long-time friends.

Overall, we had what we needed. The good part is it’s roomy, close to the beach, and a full kitchen.
Few minor things we did not expect. The friend who stayed in one of the bedrooms upstairs did not have TP in the bathroom. There is a consistent of smell throughout our stay, the blinds are dirty, esp. the ones on the front door. There is also problems with the hot water in the downstairs shower. It ran out of hot water after a few minutes. The garage is VERY narrow. We have a midsize car and had a hard time getting in and out of the car once we parked.

Summary
This place was perfect for a friends Group trip to SD. Was very clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions and just a minute walk to the beach! Comfortable beds and the 3 full baths was clutch. The only slight issue was there was only a half roll of extra toilet paper so we had to buy our own when 2 bathrooms ran low/out. Not sure if that has happened before but it wasn’t a big deal at all.
I highly recommend this place and am already thinking of booking it again!

Great location for relaxing beach vacation
This condo is located just far enough away from the busier parts of Mission and Pacific beaches for peace and quiet, but still only steps away from the beach and local restaurants. Perfectly sized for a large family or group of friends and came with all the essential kitchen items.
