Very close to the beach (plus). Inside of condo (plus) older building with creepy hallways and stairways (negative) too many different codes to gates and doors (negative). 24 hours before a tropical storm all lawn chairs removed from pool area- we were told that we could sit on the ground. No communication from property management on what to expect during said tropical storm.(negative) This certainly isn’t the condo owner’s fault. All in all…the owners of the property plus….property management ( negative).

We enjoyed our time in Maderia Beach. Pool was great, beach was great. Chairs, umbrella and beach towel were provided along with floats abd boards and a cooler.

It was a great experience and we will be back. The beds could have been a little bit more comfy. A little stiff for my taste but it worked. We called for some extra blankets. They brought them over our second day. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great location, very clean. Very close to the beach. I would want to stay up on a higher level if we came back to view more of the ocean and less of the swimmers in the pool.

The Condo is great! The communication with the host was above and beyond. The location is on the gulf, white sand beaches. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Beautiful balcony, overlooking the beach and sunset. John's pass is across the street. Easy access in and out of the Condo, as it is on the 1st floor. Friendly and safe area. The extra half bath is a bonus, as well as the two very comfortable queen-size beds.

This condo was right on the beach and right across the road from St John’s pass restaurants and shops. It was the perfect location for our stay.

Location was perfect. The views from the condo are just gorgeous. John’s Pass is literally across the road and easy to get to. We walked to many restaurants while we were there. The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. As some previous reviews stated the couch is really soft and you really sink into it when you sit, but that did not affect our stay. Overall loved our stay!

Unique 80s 1st FL condo situated at the end of the bldg a few steps from elevator, stairs and next to a rental agency office above the parking area (convos carried straight into the condo). If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask and ear plugs to block out next door's exterior lighting, the voices and the upstairs unit's toilet flushing and footsteps. Partially updated (furniture & kitchen) with a toilet and sink located inside the bedroom's walk-in closet. Sensational Living Room beach view with the pool immediately in front (loud kid alert). Nice rental agency with detailed emails.

Need updates. Fan in restroom was not working. Need a smart tv or a roku to be able to watch our own apps if we were stuck inside due to bad weather like we were. Floors need mopped. Botton of our socks and feet got really dirty and the pull out mattress not firm at all even when you sat in it you sank

Steps from the beach and tons of shopping/bars/restaurants! The parking spot is covered and the condo is even right by the crosswalk to go shopping! Even if you want to go to Jimmy B’s bar (live music every night and on the beach as well!), it’s only an $11 Uber ride! We had a blast!
The only negatives?…. We were never able to get hooked up to the WiFi, there were no streaming services offered on the TVs, the elevator is slow and the alternative/stairs are stinky. Other than that, we highly recommend! The condo is great and the hosts are very accommodating!

The place was great and so nice to sit on the balcony. The weather could have been warmer but we found enough to do on the cool days. The communication was great and we had the perfect parking spot. Loved just walking across the street for dinner every night.

We spent 5 days at this condo on Madeira beach and enjoyed every minute of it. The Condo exactly matched the pictures and was well cared for. The view from the living room was magnificent - we watched the sunset every night. The beach is well maintained and the beach chairs provided by the owners were an added blessing. We can't wait to return.

Overall great stay - place was VERY clean and the view was amazing! You fall into the couch literally when you sit down, but we managed. One thing - the oven door hits the side of the counter top so the whole time we thought we were cooking something in the oven, the door was not closed all the way and it took FOREVER to cook. Everything was provided as listed - all in all a great time and a great location!

A lovely condo. Having the extra half bath for four adults was great. The condo was clean and looked nice. The sunset views were fabulous. The pool was a nice temp. Received detailed instructions on the passcodes before check in and was easy to follow. Overall had a nice time.

This condo was a nice quiet place with the beach and pool right there.Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking for the car was in a covered parking garage which was nice due the the heat.

Condo was clean. It was nice that there were some beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Location is great. Between the beach and John's Pass there's plenty of options for the family. Looking forward to hopefully coming back down sometime next summer.

Condo was good. Location was very close to the beach and pool. Views from balcony were great!! Didn’t get to use the pool very much and relaxing on the balcony was not very good due to kids and adults in the pool were very loud and disrespectful to others. There were families stay at Sandy Shores and the condos next door but we’re all using the pool at Sandy Shores. They tore up pool toys that were left there for everyone to use and left the pool area in a mess. If we were to stay there again it definitely would not be on the first floor.

Steps, from the beach! Nice pool. Necessities provided but you will need quarters to wash towels. Right across the street from St John's Pass with lots of bars, shops and restaurants although DO NOT go to John Pass Grille! Food was not good , way over priced, and terrible service!!
