6 Bedroom 9+ Acres Spacious Waterfront Lodge ,1500' Lake Frontage/Boat Launch
Lodge at Pelots Bay, North Hero. Eine ruhige und abgeschiedene Familie Lodge liegt am 9. 5 Morgen mit 1100 ft Seeufer. Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, für 14 bis 18 Personen und ist für größere Familiengruppen, kleine Konferenzen und Geschäftstreffen geeignet. Das Layout ist offen mit der Küche, Esszimmer, Wohn- und Eingangsbereiche definiert in einem "großen" Zimmer. Die Böden sind aus Birke Hartholz und Fliesen, Schlafbereiche sind mit Teppich ausgelegt. Das Haus ist nach Westen mit einem sanft abfallenden Rasen zu einem feinen Schiefer Strand und ist sehr langsam und sicher für Kinder. Am See verfügt über offene Decks und einen großen rustikalen Outdoor-Stein Feuerkasten für Feuer im Freien zu genießen.
Pelots Bay ist sehr geschützte und bekannte zum Schwimmen, Angeln und geeignet für Freizeit Wassersportarten. Es ist ein modernes ganzjährig Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser aus fast jedem Zimmer. Die See Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge.
Es gibt genügend Dock Platz für mehrere Boote und Sportboote, und sie können direkt am Strand gestartet werden.

A ton of good things to say about this property. House is amazing. Tons of space. Yard is great. Area is great. The only negative is that the beach area on the property was very weedy. The owner tried his best to help us by manually removing some weeds along with bringing in a machine to help remove some of them. While this did help, it didn't change the fact that the entire bay was choked full of weeds that really hindered a lot of things. The owner did say it was in part due to the heavy rains this season but I can only comment on what I encountered. Absolutely great place to stay as long as you know the beach area may be a negative if you have people who are worried about swimming in weeds.

Another great stay at Pelot Bay Lodge. Our group of friends have been coming for years and enjoyed the new kitchen as well as the new beds. Nice upgrades to the property contributed to another great week on Lake Champlain!

We booked a long weekend for the Eclipse with 6 couples — family and friends. The house was perfectly designed for this with six bedrooms and a huge common area and deck overlooking the bay. Due to some unanticipated kitchen improvements that were needed at the last minute, Roger moved heaven and earth to make sure the property was ready for us. Roger and Janet are owners who really care about their property and making sure their guests have a great time.

Spent 5 nights with family over Christmas at this beautiful home. Lots of space to spread out. Loved the huge fireplace with lots of wood available. Weather did not cooperate but the house has plenty of room to play games,relax and cook great food . Would definitely love to go back.

We had 12 people stay at the property and never felt cramped. The dining/living room area is phenomenal. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked for our cookibg needs
The backporch and fire pit area were also spacious and we used them everyday. The owner responded promptly to all questions. Overall a great stay and we would definitely rent again !!!

We do an annual Labor Day trip with our family and friends and this house was perfect for us. Spacious with three bathrooms, lots of dining space (both indoor and outdoor) and a large kitchen made it feel like we all had enough room to hang out and do our thing without stepping on toes. Dock was great for fishing and the yard leading up to the lake was grassy and perfect for the kids to play. Host is super friendly and responsive. Loved our time here!

Pictures do not do this house justice! Beautiful lack front, sunsets and relaxing on and in the lake. Fire pit area is very nice and used it every night. We would highly recommend this property. Only thing I would recommend if the owner provided kayaks and/or a canoe.

The property was beautiful. We did not realize that there was no a/c until just before the trip. It did cool down during the night, but were surprised to find no a/c.
It would have been nice if there were some kayaks, canoes or floatation devices there for guests to use. The water was very grassy so hard to walk thru without something to float on.
The one bedroom we stayed in had a chargeable lamp for our phones, but it did mot work. The one outlet behind the mattress did not have a plate so we were reluctant to use it, but I believe all of the other rooms were fineit. It rained 2-3 days of our stay, so some indoor games etc would have been nice too. There were limited puzzles which we did complete ( some pieces missing)
But otherwise it was a very beautiful setting, peaceful and enjoyable. Just a few recommendations for the owner.

Great open space, there were 17 of us that stayed and there was plenty of room! We didn't feel cramped at all.
Kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
Bathrooms didn't have hand soap, so make sure to bring your own!
We stayed during the Christmas wind storm and had no power the first night. The owner was VERY responsive and helpful to make sure we had what we needed.
The view is beautiful which is an added bonus. Will definitely consider staying again.

This house was perfect for our large family gathering. We were able to have a lot of people in the downstairs without being crowded. Everything was clean and in good condition. One small thing I would recommend is to make it a little clearer on the listing about the linens not being available. But overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend booking this space.

Great place with 6 bedrooms, large eating area, comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen. The host is very easy to work with and communicates quickly. The house is right on the lake with beautiful lawn and dock and fire pit and outside deck. Comfortably housed the 12 of us.

the house and grounds were spacious and well laid out. we flew in from california and it was an ordeal purchasing sheets' pillowcases and towels for six rooms right after arriving. the first few days were very hot and air conditioning would have been a plus. My siblings rented other homes in N Hero and Alburgh with water craft and swimmable beaches so that's where we spent days. One evening the family came over and watched the sunset from our firepit which was very nice. Some in our party considered this the nicest of the four rentals, especially for entertaining large groups. My party of 9 would have preferred a place with AC sheets towels small watercraft swimmable beach and power boat friendly location.

Beautiful house and overall amazing stay
It can be difficult to find places for big families to stay especially with a dog. We loved this house because it was big enough to fit us all comfortably. Not only was the house beautiful and spacious, there were beautiful lake views, a nice dock for fishing, and a lot of space to swim. We've been here multiple times and highly recommend checking it out.

3 retired couples who have been doing a short winter vacation for the past several years.
We like the open floor plan with sleeping in the upper floor. We mostly relax and enjoy the fireplace. 2 of the guys like to fish but without much luck this year. Hoping to return next winter.

Winter getaway
Great location. I didn't read the description carefully and showed up without towels or sheets. The owner was very gracious and had his housekeeper come to the location and open the locked linen cabinet for us. You do need to bring laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags. There are plenty of spices and coffee but you will need everything else for cooking. There was plenty of wood cut for the fireplace., internet access and TV. We will definitely be back and it was great to be able to accommodate the whole family is such a warm welcoming house.
