The condo was beautiful and very roomy! The view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful! I didn’t want to leave. Everything was as described, and Melanie communicated clearly and quickly.

This condo was decorated perfect for a beach weekend getaway with my mom and sister. We were impressed with how clean and organized everything was, even down to the silverware drawer. The balcony was nice to sit on and enjoy the view. The pool area was relaxing and in great condition. We were able to walk down the street to a local restaurant for dinner and also watch a rocket launch which was amazing. My only suggestion would be to install an electronic door lock so we could use a code rather than a key to lock and unlock the unit but that’s such a minor thing! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We loved our long weekend. The property management company was clear, communicative, and helpful. The master suite is huge and the common area is spacious. The furniture is comfortable with plenty of seating options. We loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean and the world go by. Would stay again for sure!

The condo is lovely. Inviting, comfortable, and beautiful. As well as conveniently located near bars, restaurants, etc., while also far enough away from the throngs to also be private and special. In addition, it is well-stocked. Best of all, the views of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom are spacious and spectacular. It's a wonderful place.

An extremely comfortable oasis on the beach

We recently spent a week here for our family’s spring break and everything was absolutely above and beyond our expectations! The condo itself was in pristine condition, very clean and very spacious! The location was perfect and directly across from your very own private beach! The view is also unbelievable! We were able to see the beautiful sunrises and even got to watch the dolphins swimming! The pool was also great and everyone we encounter were super friendly! We would definitely come back and highly recommended for a wonderful beach get away!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful. The porch and master bedroom have a wonderful view of the ocean. It was clean and nicely decorated as well. We would love to go back.

Beautiful place. Condo is larger than we expected and comfy all around. The private beach access Is nice and It has a wonderful pool area. It’s a more secluded beach than others in Florida. Great restaurants around as well. If you like a slower pace kinda vacation this is the place for you! We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at several places in Flagler Beach over the last 10 summers and this was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The view of the ocean is fantastic. Less than a 2 min. walk from the front door to sitting on what feels like your own private beach. The fresh water pool is one of the largest in Flagler Beach and feels great after a day on the beach. The condo has a great balcony, and having a bathroom in each bedroom is very convenient. The only issues we had were other than the master bed, the other mattresses were not very comfortable and the TV in Living Room could use an upgrade to a smart TV. However if you have (or buy) a fire stick everything works just fine. We would definitely stay here again. Melanie from the Selby Group was great to work with and made our reservation and check in a breeze.

Stayed here for the 4th of July holiday weekend. We were looking for somewhere somewhat secluded to avoid crowds during the COVID pandemic with a non crowded pool and beach access. This place was perfect! Nicely appointed, clean, and great location.

I have rented many condos all over Florida and none have been as nice as this one. It looks exactly like the pictures. The property manager was very helpful guiding us through all of the Covid-19 requirements. The only bad thing I can say is that we had to leave. This will definitely be somewhere I will return.

We stayed here for a few days to meet our family whom we had not seen in a while and to introduce new grandchild to his great grandmother. The condo was perfect! Decorated very well, clean, and had everything that we needed. I loved that we were able to bring our well behaved dog!! We will definitely stay again!!!

You can’t go wrong renting this property! It is beautiful, well-equipped, and spacious. It is just across A1A to a private beach, which we had almost to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Great value for the money. Better for adults than small children, because beach access is still not completely repaired. Three full baths are helpful for a 3 bedroom unit. Furnished and equipped as a high end condo. Will book again All local restaurants are worth trying.

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It was huge and beautifully decorated. Only minimal supplies provided in condo. Location makes it easy to get to Flagler Beach restaurants and shops. Poor beach access right now with road construction but know it will improve once walk-overs are built. Would recommend to family & friends!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet! Love, love, love the balcony and my morning sunrises. You do have to walk just a little ways for beach access. Not bad, but hauling things back and forth is the bad part. We had trouble almost nightly with the gate. One of the numbers kept getting stuck. Resident had to unlock for us one night. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Spacious, comfortable property with great views over the ocean and to the west for sunset. Quiet, elegant complex, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to excellent bar and restaurant and breakfast cafe. The complex has covered parking and a practically private pool. The only minor negatives were the bath towels and soap which simply didn't match the quality of the apartment, and the lack of some basics - dust bin liners; dishwasher soap and the such like. But these are very minor points for what is otherwise an exceptional rental property.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. There were 3 adult females and my 6 & 9 year old nephew. Us girls loved having a room to ourselves and the living room was very spacious for relaxing after a long day at the beach and pool. Kitchen is very nice and we cooked our two evening meals there. There is only the basics there so you may want to bring things like zip lock baggies and foil. But they have all the pots/pan/utensils/plate & drink ware that you need. Although they (city) is building back up the sand on the beach from the last hurricane you can still access it with a little walk. We basically had the beach to ourselves!!!! The pool was crystal clear and cool and we spent a great amount of time here. There is a total of 32 units in these 3 buildings and only 4 of them are VRBO. Residents were very nice and made us feel like we lived there instead of just renting it for the weekend. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was very clean and in a great location. However, there is sand dune restoration taking place directly in front of the property so there is no beach access for at least 3-4 miles in either direction. Otherwise this is a great place and the property manager was very attentive and polite.

Property is very nice and clean. No one told me the construction company for the beach work was 20 feet away working on heavy equipment from 6am to 10pm. If I had been told this I would have chosen a different location.

Construction site next door. Men working with machinery at 6:30 every morning. No direct beach access across the street as stated in pictures and in listing due to construction. If we knew about all of this we definitely would not have rented this unit at this time. Had to walk blocks to access a walkover to the beach. A discounted price should have been issued due to noise and no beach access as told.
