Dieses voll ausgestattete Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3, 5 Bädern steht ganzjährig zur Verfügung. Es ist in einer ruhigen Privatstraße auf der NE Teil Lake Anna, in der Nähe der 719-Brücke. Das Haus hat eine schöne, geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Parkettboden, einem großen offenen Küche, einem Essbereich und eine separate Essecke.
Zwei weitere Wohnzimmer sind beide mit Parkettboden und Dish Network TV / DVR, eines mit einem 73 'FLAT SCREEN für das große Spiel ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss die einen leichten Einstieg für Kinder oder Senioren entfernt.

Dieses geräumige Haus hat viele Decks und viel Licht, mit schönen alten Bäumen bietet viel Schatten und Sonne. Der Hinterhof führt zu einem schönen 220-Fuß-Wasser, private Anlegestelle, und private Bootsanlegestelle auf dem Grundstück. Ein Pavillon neben dem Dock hat Stufen hinunter zu einem Schwimmbereich. Ein Sandkastenspielplatz und ein Spielplatz bieten endlosen Spaß für Kinder. Einen Whirlpool und einen Whirlpool Deck wurde vor kurzem hinzugefügt, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See bietet. Eine steinerne Feuerstelle neben der Küste lädt dazu ein, S'mores, Lagerfeuergeschichten und unvergessliche Familienerinnerungen zu genießen
Im Sommer können nur während der Hochsaison (Memorial Day bis Labor Day) während der gesamten Woche gemietet werden. Außerhalb der Saison Mietobjekt sind für ein Minimum von 2 Nächten.

My friends and I rented this space for a girls weekend. We had a great time! Large kitchen for cooking for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, and great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

The house, while we were able to make it work, was tight for our group of 20. Because of how the beds have to be fit in to accommodate 20-some people, there was not really a good place for the adults to sit all together in the evenings. Also, the queen bed in the loft room, the mattress cover was dirty, as if people had been sleeping directly on it with no sheet.
These are things i just wanted to let you know. We did enjoy our stay and the opportunity to be at the lake together. Everything else was wonderful.

Property was great and exactly as advertised! Hosts were very responsive and took care of the only issue that we had (low water level in the hot tub, which was our fault) immediately. Highly recommend!

It was an excellent destination! Nice, big, ordered, properly accommodated, and accessible. All the utilities easily found (towels, hot tub, grill, kitchen tools, etc.) Fully recommended.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. The young people enjoyed jumping/swimming off the dock. The paddleboat and kayaks were used by all. The walk to the dock was gentle. The house had a lot of room suitable for the various activities and age groups. The house did not appear to have been cleaned very well prior to our arrival to the point of dirty dishes being put in cabinets. A suggestion would be to have a few pages of general information laid out in a public place in the house (check-out instructions; trash pick-up; etc).

A week at the lake
We had a great time, the kayaks, paddleboats, and dock gave the kids plenty of opportunity to have a good time. The basement apartment was perfect for privacy.

Family Reunion
Our 4 sons and their families had not all been together for 5/6 years - with many additions to our family since that time.
It was so nice to be allowed on the property after 1, so the kids could get in the water while we waited for the cleaners to finish.
Sunshine Daydream was the perfect place for such a large group to reunite. The secluded cove location was great (close to grocery, restaurants and rental amenities), and more Importantly - lakeside - -complete with dock, covered gazebo, paddle boat, kayaks, and life jackets. The playground, sand box, fire pit and hot tub were added treats!
There was plenty of room for 10 adults and 13 children: packNplays could fit in 4 of the 6 sleeping areas. The yard was big enough for us to add a nice size inflatable pool for the 6 cousins under 3.
There was plenty of room to gather, both inside and outside, for all age groups. The shade from the trees was a great relief.
Having 3 refrigerators was very much appreciated!! As in any 3 level home, it was difficult maintaining the right temperature for everyone. In order to cool the upper loft area, the lower level was like a walk-in cooler.
Our biggest concern, however, were the railing pickets on the stairway, loft area, and even some outside deck posts that were too far apart and not up to code. We suggest adding protective netting, if too difficult to physically correct. Luckily, we brought an extra wide gate, but needed to close off the loft area - which didn’t help with keeping it cool. We did appreciate the extra fans upstairs.
All in all, we would definitely return, and were pleased that VRBO did not have Covid occupancy restrictions!

Great Property
This is a very spacious property. The owner was very responsive to our needs. There's a nice hot tub, and dock for you to load your own boats and Jetski. Staying there gave me more campy vibes (in a good way) so the beds aren't the comfiest and the comforters aren't the thickest. but overall good place.

Great Vacation Rental
This property was absolutely perfect for our family! Plenty of separate bedroom areas so each family group had its own space, and the common areas worked beautifully. We especially appreciated the double fridge, great pantry space, and kids' plates in the kitchen! The outdoor space was wonderful and we enjoyed the kayaks (thanks for providing all the different-sized life jackets!), sandbox area, swing set, and hot tub. (Note: the little kids did find a couple of pieces of broken glass in the sandbox.) We definitely plan to stay here again - maybe next summer!

Pleasant stay at Daydream Ct!
We had a great time at the property! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Any issue was promptly dealt with. We had a power outage in the entire area one evening and Jake kept us informed and updated of the status of the estimate power recovery time. We have no complaints.

Great for large groups
This house is perfect for large groups. Lots of parking space. Lake view is amazing! House is well stocked and linens are provided! This was our second stay and I’m sure we will return!

Great location
We originally booked Sunshine Daydream for April 2020 but unfortunately cancelled due to the pandemic. We booked again for this past weekend and received a partial credit from our cancelled booking. Our group of 11 had a wonderful time at the house. We made good use of relaxing in the outdoor areas and eating on the deck. Having a double fridge in the main floor kitchen allowed plenty of space for groceries and snacks. The house was very spacious with many beds, which allowed us to spread out. While clean linens were bagged on each bed, the blankets were not. In checkout we were instructed to bag the linens and towels in laundry bags but not the blankets, which made us think that the blankets are not laundered often/ from stay to stay. Regardless, we appreciated Jake's quick responses and had a good time. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat at Dukes Creek Marina to fish and enjoy the waters on the public side.

Very nice property. House was very spacious giving the six of us our own space but also with lots of spaces to share. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice place for the money
Nice place. Older house but comfortable and quiet lots of room for kids and pets to run and play and swimming off the private pier was a lifesaver. Having a private boat launch was awesome. Plenty of dishes and well stocked.

Friends and family celebrating a 60th birthday!
Great house. Great location. Awesome kitchen,, well stocked with necessities, including spices and enough dishes for everyone. Perfect for large groups. only complaint is the house is quite dated. It desperately needs a face lift. It didn't detract from the festivities, but for this price, bathrooms need updating and outside needs paint and repair. Otherwise, 5 star all the way around. Host was accommodating for early check-in. House was comfortable. Everyone really enjoyed the weekend. Thank-you.

3rd Annual Lake Week a resounding success!!
This is our 2nd year here and, once again, it was a fabulous week! Yes, the house could use some updating and yes, it could have been cleaner when we got there but, honestly, none of that made any difference to the fun we had and the great memories we made. The super long kitchen table is big enough for 11 people to enjoy a meal WITHOUT moving the puzzle at the other end!! WARNING: it’s a puzzle piece eater! If you are missing a piece check the table cracks. We spent each night sweating our butts off around the fire pit by the lake because even though it was hot and humid the week we were there it was so darn much fun! All in all the family gave the house 22 thumbs up and we will be coming back again next year. Thanks Jake!

Great time on the lake!
We had a fabulous time at Sunshine Daydream. This house is in a fantastic spot for families! Great Lake access and dock with a zero boat traffic in the quiet cove and the kids had a ball jumping off the dock and kayaking and paddle boating with with the provided boats. The kayaks in particular were very nice! We also rented jet skis and a pontoon boat and it was great riding around to see the rest of the lake.
As others have said the house could use a little upkeep. It was definitely cleaned well but the deck and exterior had some areas that were pretty run down. The inside is pretty good but a bit dated (except for the recently updated kitchen which was great). One thing I will say is that the beds are quite “rustic” as most of the beds in the house are metal bunk beds. Not the end of the world and good for the kids, but not ideal if you have adults who prefer a “nicer” bed.
The huge TV was fabulous for the kids since we had a couple rainy days, and there was more than enough room for our group. Overall we loved our trip!

Lake Anna Trip/Sunshine Daydream
Our first impression of the property made us question how the inside of the house would be. We agree with other renters before us that this property needs TLC. We did enjoy the kitchen area and big screen TV room. It would add greatly to the property if the deck was fixed up. There is so much more that could be done to make this place more appealing. The Kayaks, dock area, fire pit, hot tub and swing set were a plus for our family. We recommend other visitors should definitely rent a boat or pontoon to enhance their stay.

Lake House
Easy lake access. Swimming for children off dock safe with minimal boat traffic. Plenty of room to sleep, but not all were private. Still some attractions closed because of COVID virus. The kitchen was very well stocked for any kind of cooking. Plenty of seating for large family meals. The decks were large with beautiful views of the lake.

Great location, but house needs upkeep
The house has an awesome location on the lake and the lakefront and dock are great. The house needed some upkeep, however, with rotting wood in various places and old and sparse furniture. The house could also have been a bit cleaner.

We stayed mother's day weekend. It was perfect! Enough space and activities to do. We definitely enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat! The hot tub was definitely a nice! The weather was chillier so we used it more often than expected.We will definitely be staying again!
