This property is as advertised, great location, view, clean, spacious, great host! Can’t find any negatives, we will stay again if available! Loved it!!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here. The condo had everything we could possibly want or need and it really felt like a home away from home. The view was beautiful, the location quiet, the beds comfortable, the decor extremely homey, and the kitchen well-stocked. The space was perfect for our family of four and we hope to come stay again in the future!

This place was perfect for our trip! It has a beautiful, clear view of the water, and there were no stairs to navigate as I was traveling with older family members! It’s a short drive to get to Branson, and we actually ended up spending more time at the condo to enjoy the view than we did out and about! Great communication from owners, can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo, great location, super easy getting in. Condo was lovely, clean, well stocked, and exactly how it looked online. Views from the balcony were gorgeous. Would stay there again for sure!

It was an enjoyable and relaxing weekend on the lake. The condo had everything we needed and close to all the attractions, food and shopping! Will definitely be staying there again!

Property is exactly as described. Quiet gated community, amazing sunsets, steps from the water. Shoreline is a little rocky, getting in and out of water little challenging, but the swim is incredible. Close to everything Branson and far enough for peace and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Condo is spacious and fully equipped to make our stay home away from home. Caryl and Tim were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you, we had an amazing time!

This is the second time we have stayed at the condo and it impressed again. So clean and cozy. The view from the balcony is amazing, plenty of room for everyone, multiple amenities, and especially fun in the lake and pool, both just steps away. No need to leave during our stay, we had days of fun just relaxing and spending time together.

Condo was super clean and had everything you could have possibly needed. The best part-the view was awesome. Definitely plan to return.

We just enjoyed our second stay at this property. The sunsets at this lakefront property are breathtaking and the condo is wonderful! The reclining furniture is just like being at home! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is generously equipped with anything you could need! This has become our "go to" place when we go to Branson!

My husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was very nice and comfortable and we didn’t experience any issues. The view of the balcony was beautiful! The only thing I want to bring to renter’s attention is the pool does not open until Memorial Day weekend. We stayed mid May and it was not open. That was my only disappointment. I still give it 5 stars because that did not reflect on the condo or the owner.

The views from this condo were beautiful! The furnishings were very comfortable and the decor was fabulous. The only thing we ran into were the outlets. One in the kitchen didn't work and the others wouldn't charge our phones. We did eventually discover that the extension cord behind the couch and the USBs in the couches did work for charging our phones. Who knew outlets made a difference? We do now, lol. Would definitely come again and have already recommended to friends back in STL.

Quiet place on the lake. No stairs to climb, private and beautiful setting. Perfect for small family or extended family with two bedrooms and bath. Easy check in, simple directions and tastefully decorated. We didn't use the pool but close and looked inviting. Our go- to choice for next time.

Various iterations of our family have visited Branson more than a dozen times in the past three decades. We've stayed in hotels, cabins, resorts, lodges and other condos. This condo, in addition to being clean and well stocked, is one of the most well-designed layouts of any two-bedroom, two-bath condo or apartment we've ever seen. This vacation rental is, by far, the nicest place we've stayed in Branson and the only property we've rented that we would consider making our permanent home. If you don't enjoy your stay here, you're not going to enjoy staying anywhere in Branson. As if that wasn't enough, the communication with the owners, Tim and Caryl, was incredible. Every time I started to wonder, "should I send them a message and ask them ___," I'd get a message with the information I was curious about - gate codes, door codes, directions, parking instructions, wifi - they answered my questions as soon as I thought of them. If we ever decide to become vacation rental owners, we'll be asking Tim and Caryl for advice. If you're planning to visit Branson and want the best of both worlds - all the shows, attractions and restaurants, just a few minutes away - with the beauty of the lake and surrounding woods right outside your balcony door, this is the place to stay!

The property is as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. WOW - the spice choices made me want to try and grill some meat. The condo had a great view and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The master bathroom has a converted tub that made it into a step in shower. I have never seen that before and it worked great. The place is not in Branson, but it was close enough that we did all that we planned on in Branson (SDC, Branson Belle, Branson Landing shopping) and then back to our getaway away from the crowd. It has a great view of Table Rock lake. There was a path to the lake behind the condo unit, but due to all the rain over the weekend, we couldn't go down there. The owner was using youTube TV, which we had never tried before. It worked great because we were able to schedule our football and basketball games so we could watch them when we were ready. You can hear the neighbors when they are running water, but you are in a condo, so that is to be expected. No annoying sounds or neighbors, mostly quiet. I imagine it is more lively in the summer when the pool is open and the lake is being fully utilized by boaters and fisherman, but in November, the lake was calm and quiet and so was the area. Very peaceful!

We were so impressed with the zero entry condo! The view was great even with the lowered water level. The property had everything we needed and was a perfect stay for my adult daughter, parents and I.

This home was well kept and clean. The beds were particularly comfortable and we all slept very well on them! We loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the pretty views. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
