The home was very clean and absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock outside the house.

This house is truly in a great location on the Key Allegro inlet channel. Combined with a beautifully designed pool and backyard area, second floor deck with swing and lots of fans and an outdoor sound system and you have a great setup to relax waterside. Inside, the kitchen has a chef’s stove with a large island which gives you lots of area for big groups. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. You do need to ask about having an outside grill (if you plan to use one) and the underwater light was also not available to us, again surprising when you pay top dollar, without question, you would not expect to have to ask about those expected amenities in advance.

The setting of the house was great the position on the canal and the open views were really enjoyable. The layout and the pool was extra special...great trip for our family.

We stayed here doing remote school. Fishing before and after. House was perfect and was so fun to watch the dolphins at dinner time from the balcony. Thank you!!

Wow, the pictures are spot on, these owners not only are easy to work with their home is beautiful and CLEAN! We had asked the owner for recommendations for guides and she came through. Also, I had asked for a chef to come in, Sam with Mermaid Cafe did an outstanding job, we hired her from several other dishes. The house is comfortable for teens and kids, the lay out makes it very enjoyable and the the porch swing was a daily coin toss on who got it. Thank you again, especially during these crazy times.

We stayed with extended family and had a wonderful time. The home is incredible - modern look, beautiful decor, cool fixtures and furnishings, and top end appliances. We really like having the pool along the canal. We spent most of the time outside enjoying the pool and spectacular views!

My family really enjoyed staying in the Seaside Farmhouse. We could not have found a more perfect place where children, grandchildren, and great grandchild could spend quality time together. Great owners, providing every amenity you can think of and then some. What a beautiful view to enjoy while having your morning cup of coffee before starting your day with a nice swim. We all say "Thank you for a grand time."

Sometimes pictures can be deceiving but in this case it more than met our expectations. They have stocked the pantry and wine cellar. First aid items are available. Everything in this house is top of the line. A lot of thought went into the design and decor. Check in and check out are easy. Our only advice to anyone thinking about renting this house is...enjoy your stay!

Gorgeous home with a great view! We had a coolish Mother’s Day weekend but the owners graciously heated the pool. The kids had a great time! The kitchen is well stocked and beds are very comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend.

New, clean, great location.

First off, I'd like to thank the owner, Dawn, for being so quick to respond to all of my inquiries about Rockport. The pictures of this home are amazing but just wait until you see it in person! We spent a weekend here and didn't want to leave! The house had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults had privacy in the remaining 3 rooms. The owners have thought of everything when it comes to a vacation home. Amazing kitchen for anyone who likes to cook. Pool size was perfect, we spent a majority of our time out there. My husband and son love to fish and they caught several big catfish right off the back deck. They even swam across the canal to the beach. We've stayed at several beach homes and condos and this is hands down our favorite. Can't wait to go back!
