Pinnacle Port C2-204 - BRAND NEW RENO Completed June 2021! 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo
Als wir die Aussicht vom Balkon sahen, wurden wir mit diesem Gerät verkauft! Dies ist eine Einheit in Familienbesitz, die wir im Oktober 2018 erworben haben. Wir sind seit 1980 im Besitz von Pinnacle Port und haben das Gefühl, dass es keinen besseren Ort am Strand gibt. Da die Familie gewachsen ist, haben wir uns entschlossen, nach einem 3-Schlafzimmer-Apartment zu suchen, und es war auf den ersten Blick eine Liebe auf C2-204. Letztendlich war es sehr anstrengend und wir beschlossen, eine Renovierung von Grund auf zu machen. Alles in dieser Einheit ist neu. Neue Böden, neue Schränke, neue Toiletten, neue Duschen, neue Wanne, neue Geräte und neue Möbel. Du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein! Wenn Sie die Tür betreten, werden Ihre Augen vom schuppengekleideten Flur zur Wand der Glasschiebetüren hinuntergezogen, die über den Golf blicken. Der Balkon ist der Star der Einheit. Mit Tischen und Stühlen ist es perfekt eingerichtet, um morgens bei einer Tasse Kaffee den Golf zu bestaunen oder abends bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten! Während der letzten Renovierungsarbeiten haben wir jeden Tag Delfine gesehen! Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet. Es hat eingebaute Schränke, um alle Ihre Artikel zu speichern. Der Schrank beherbergt einen brandneuen 43 "UHD-Fernseher. Das eigene Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken und einem Sitzbereich mit Waschtisch ausgestattet. Die mit Glas umschlossene, geflieste Dusche ist unglaublich! Das vordere Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett. Es verfügt über zwei Schränke und einen an der Wand montierten 43 "UHD-Fernseher. Das vordere Schlafzimmer hat einen einfachen Zugang zum Flur-Badezimmer, das mit einer komplett gefliesten Badewanne mit Dusche ausgestattet ist. Das mittlere Schlafzimmer ist das perfekte Zimmer für Kinder! Dieses Zimmer ist mit Etagenbetten und einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Ein eingebauter Schrank beherbergt einen weiteren 43 "UHD-Fernseher. Es gibt auch einen Schrank zum Aufhängen von Kleidern. Das angeschlossene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fliesendusche mit Glasschiebetür. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Sessel, einen Sofa und ein Sofa. Wenn Sie die drei Glasschiebetüren müde werden, sorgt ein 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher dafür, dass Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen oder das große Spiel im Urlaub nicht verpassen. WLAN ist in der gesamten Unterkunft mit 2 Zugangspunkten verfügbar, um die Konnektivität sicherzustellen. Der Tisch im offenen Wohnbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen. Die Küche ist komplett mit neuen Schränken, Granitplatten und brandneuen Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet. Dies ist wirklich eine einzigartige Einheit, die Ihrer Familie einen Urlaub voller Erinnerungen geben wird, die ein Leben lang halten werden!

The decor was beautiful. My husband to be and I are buying a home in Florida so we got some great ideas from the decor of this Condo. The views were amazing and the Condo was very clean. The community is gated which made us feel safe for morning walks. We had easy access to the beach and the pool. The Condo had several pots and pans, dishes and silverware for our convenience. The owner answered all our questions in prompt fashion. This is a 5 out of 5 Condo and I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at several Pinnacle Port Condos the last 20 years but I think we’ve found the one we love. It’s well maintained and beautifully updated.
We love its location on second floor right near stairs/elevator makes getting to your car or the beach a 1-2 min walk. We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 2 kids…plenty of room for all.
We will be back to this unit!

This condo unit is as close to the actual beach as you can get! The entrance to the condo is right next to the stairs (2nd floor) and the bottom of the stairs
is right next to the beach path. Best the FL Panhandle has to offer!

Pinnacle Port is a great place to stay in Florida. The condo was awesome with gorgeous views and very close to beach access. Host was very responsive and nice to deal with. We had no issues with the condo just needed to ask about a couple of things. Would definatly stay here again.

This newly remodeled condo was absolutely perfect! I loved the upscale beachy theme and the gorgeous kitchen with beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and the nicest stainless steel appliances. All of the beds were so comfortable and my family loved that two rooms had king beds. The room with bunk beds and a queen bed was perfect for my husband and I and our kids…Plenty of space and lots of storage. It is a corner unit so it has a wrap around porch with the most gorgeous views! We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 12 years and this is our favorite condo yet! Already making plans for the next trip! Jackie was an excellent host and very helpful throughout the whole booking process! I highly recommend this condo!

We have been going to these condos for over 30 years. It was our first time with the whole family and staying in this condo. Plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the beach mostly. Its my favorite place on the beach. Love the walks from condo to the bay. Its decorated cute . We had a great time. Thanks for sharing your place!

Vacation we needed
Ease of making online reservations was nice. Property was described exactly as mentioned. Owner communicated instructions well. Property was safe and secure. No worries about letting older teen move about the complex. Access to the beach was nice. Enjoyed the beach view from the balcony all times of the day and night! A suggestion would be to add a guest book for those that visit to tell about activities they participated in around Panama City and favorite restaurants they tried. Another would be how to access the smart TV for those that may be technically challenged.

Had a wonderful vacation with family! Beautiful Gulf view from family room and two of the three bedrooms. Unit was beautifully decorated & view from wrap-around balcony was fantastic. Being on second floor provided easy access from rooms to beach/pools. Hope to return next year.

Everything was "Beachy" and exceeded our expectations
The condo is exquisite. It's decorated beautifully and absolutely nothing is lacking. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The appliances, bedding, linens are all new and top of the line. The beach was not crowded like many nearby and was only a step away. The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The Owner communicated well and we would definitely rent from her again. We have friends that are going next month based on our recommendation. Thanks for saving our vacation with your last minute availability.

Perfect Vacation
The condo was right on the beach with beautiful views and quick beach access! It is decorated so cute and super clean! The neighborhood is adorable and perfect for families... especially those who prefer to stay away from the over crowded areas. We felt so safe with the gated access! Great location and view from corner porch. Pretty clear water, had few smooth ocean days and some with large waves. Loved large kitchen table to play games on-(monopoly, sorry, puzzles, cards there-several games missing pieces but can still play except Yahtzee- need to bring own dice) kitchen is fully stocked-pots, pans, muffin pans, utensils, waffle maker, griddle, coffee maker etc)

Great Family Trip
Thank you to the Dubose family for sharing their beautiful condo with us! We loved the location and the not crowded beach! Beach access was close to the unit which was a huge plus with kids. The condo was great and decorated beautifully! Our favorite part was the big balcony and the amazing view! The sunsets were beautiful from the condo. The only complaint was the air conditioning did not cool to our comfort level. The air felt humid and rarely cooled below 74 degrees. Non of the bathrooms had air vents which made getting ready very hot. A few fans for each room would be nice to help with this matter. Overall the condo was amazing and the owners were wonderful to deal with! Easy check in and check out. We will return!

Wonderful Condo!!
This was our 5th year coming to Pinnacle Port and this condo was by far the nicest one we have stayed at. The renovations are amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms are very well done and the furnishings throughout are very comfortable. We love the 3 bedroom layout as we always have a large group. By this I mean its always my wife and I followed by 6 kids!! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms makes this livable. Ha! The wrap around balcony is always nice as it allows fantastic views of the beach. We will definitely stay here again as the owner is wonderful to deal with. We had a few small "issues" and she answered the phone each time I needed to ask a question. Thank you so much for making our family vacation "One to Remember"

Amazing Stay!
This unit had literally everything our family needed. There has been a gorgeous renovation and every square inch of it is stunning. We had my elderly parents with us and they were able to look straight out at the family on the beach and feel like they were still part of the fun. Cannot recommend this unit enough...you will not be disappointed!

Can't beat location!!!
We absolutely had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. Can not say enough about location. We took my in laws (they have trouble walking too far) and they were able to go down to beach everyday. Right beside elevator, once u get off, you simply walk around corner of building and you are on beach. When you are on the balcony, you feel like you are sitting on the beach. Our favorite spot. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Only thing we could have used was a large stockpot to cook for 7 people. Jackie was very responsive when we called her. We hope to come back soon!

A view to remember
Even though the property is in a 40+ year old building the owners have done an excellent job in renovated the space that makes the the perfect place for about 8 people. We had 6 in our group and had bed space left. All three bedrooms have seperate baths with showers so getting ready to go out was very easy. The color scheme makes you feel very beachy and you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the waves almost as if you are in the sand!
So glad we found it on VRBO!
