Great location! Right on the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit is just as listed and good for 2 people.Kitchen was stocked with all you need to prepare meals. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Would stay here again.

Not enough storage for clothes

Me and my wife were celebrating our honeymoon and the place was just right. Small but perfect for our small family. Close to the beach and to everything else.

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great location.

TV in living room was a disaster. Difficult to operate, tv would speak the channels which would slow everything down considerably. Dialog kept getting out of sync with picture. Had to reset alot. Finally just stopped using it Bed was too small. Needs to be a king. Only second time in 15+ years of staying in Breakers was the bed not a king. Unacceptable. No dresser foe clothes and closets had no shelving. Making them useless. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable. Overall the worst unit i have ever had at Breakers. Will not be renting this unit again nor will i recommend to others.

Kitchen floor dirty, sliding glass door dirty, refrigerator dirty. Stove top dirty. Coffee pot . Legs on purple lounge chair looked like they were to break(reported to Vacation Company rep who said property manager would contact me-did not happen) Sliding door needs maintenance since wife could not open. No dresser in bedroom. Old wooden structure so upstairs noise louder than expected.Need better instruction for TV remotes, Spectrum did not have channel menu for programs.

Property was located right near Coligny Plaza and extremely easy access to the beach. Wash stations were conveniently located coming off the beach and worked well - we did not have any sand in the villa like we've had on other beach vacations. The room was a little tight for my family, but we knew that and spent a lot of time on the beach or riding bikes. My boys are 9 and 11. The view of the beach is obstructed by some palm trees and dunes, but was also a great view (if you wanted to easily see ocean straight out, the 2nd floor might be what you are looking for). It was also convenient to rent beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. They were all there when we arrived and easy to turn in at the end of the week. My family and I had the vacation we were looking for in HHI!

The unit is small but well kept. We’ve stayed in other units at the Breakers so we expected this. The location is great for easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. And on-site parking is a great convenience. The only negative is that the Breakers sits right next to the public beach entrance. Hilton Head has added a ton of public parking nearby and it has led to a much more crowded beach. And now the rental beach chairs and umbrellas extend as far as the eye can see. Beach goers are squeezed in tight at high tide. But in general, it’s a very nice place to stay.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay for you and your significant other! Outstanding condition, amazing location, perfect amenities. We had a wonderful vacation!

You can see the sunrise from the balcony. Everything you need is within walking distance. Clean, cute and cozy!

We had an amazing time and the condo was beautiful with the view and privacy. It is a very safe complex and was quiet and perfect for 2 to stay at.

Property is great for a couple. The unit itself has everything you need (although use of the TV was a little confusing) and was very comfortable. Also, it is walking distance to a little mall and some nice places to eat. Hope to go again sometime.

Lovely and cozy. Just parked the car and walked to Coligny Plaza, beach and pool. Very relaxing.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there are definite pros and cons to this property: Pros - It couldn't be closer to the pool and the ocean. Just steps away from both. If the weather is warmer and you spend a lot of time at the pool/beach, then the unit might work really well in that scenario. - The deck fronts the ocean and has a limited peek-a-boo of the beach and the waves, but you could hear the sound of the waves. The deck was great on sunny, warmer mornings to have your morning coffee/tea and breakfast. - Within easy walking distance of Coligny Plaza with lots of shopping, coffee, ice cream, restaurants, theater, and a grocery store. - The unit comes with a beach gear credit, which was almost enough to cover the cost of two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the week. - Savannah and Beaufort are about 1 hour away and Charleston is 2 hours away. Cons - The unit is small and most everything is on the smaller side (kitchen, dining table, living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway, hot water heater). It works OK for two adults, but I wouldn't recommend groups larger than two. - Can hear every footstep from the unit directly above and you could almost hear/understand their conversations. Fortunately the guests above kept similar hours as we did. - The mattress needs to be replaced. Came home with a very achy lower back and did not sleep well the last few nights. - Unless you have a Roku account, your TV watching options are limited to the standard channels available on whatever cable/satellite subscription the unit has. - WiFi access kicks you off multiple times a day and requires you to login again each time. That was annoying. - The WiFi bandwidth was limited. While we could stream movies on my laptop, in spite of quite a bit of time trying, I could not get my Apple TV device to work with the TV/WiFi even though I could connect it directly with an HDMI cable and I could not get livestreaming to work between my laptop or iPad or iPhone on the TV in the living room or the bedroom. Overall the condo worked OK and the convenience to Savannah and Charleston was great.

Wonderful condo and the location is great. Would stay there again.

My only suggestion is for the host to respond to emails I never got a response from either one that I sent Which was disappointing however the unit was excellent the location was great it was clean it was exactly as advertised

This place is beautifully decorated. It was very clean. It is a small space, but worked beautifully for a Grandma, Mom and daughter long weekend. We would stay here again.

Loved the setting of this property, very short walk to the beach. Several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This is an older property that is close to the beach. The balcony was always shaded and a cool breeze was blowing. You can sit out there and listen to the ocean. Pool is right there. Directly across street is Coligny Plaza with all the restaurants and shops one would want. Definitely recommend the Breakers.

The Breakers Hilton Head condo we stayed at was nicely furnished and equipped for summer renters. The Vacation Company rental agency was very responsive when the clothes washer needed to be repaired. We would like to come back to this location in the future when we return to Hilton Head.

The condo was as advertised. Good location and convenient to Coligny and the beach. Very satisfied with property.

This quaint condo is in an ideal location. We walked on the ocean daily and were close to dining and shopping. An added bonus is the heated pool. We will be back!

Great location. We would definitely consider staying in this unit again. It was nice having access to an in unit washer and dryer. The key-less entry was great for going to the beach or pool. The vacation company supplied high end shampoo, conditioner etc. We really appreciated those.

The condo was close to everything as I was celebrating my grandson's 13 birthday. He and his friend felt comfortable going to the beach, going to the pool and going to the Plaza as they called Coligny Square. The cute touches made the condo very cozy. Would love to visit again soon!

This is the best condo that we have stayed in the Breakers - it is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay! I love the walk in shower! Upgraded to the max! Only 2 small problems...the unit needs new pillows. The ones provided were very thin and they are not enough pots! Also could use some cheap storage containers!

We had what started out as an odd experience, having the realtor call us 2 days before our arrival to tell us that the condo had flooded. We were heartbroken. Luckily, while trying to find a new condo, the realtor called and said that it had been repaired. We got there to find out that the lock didn't work and then later discovered the wifi was not functioning either. The realtor worked hard to rectify our problems and were really helpful. By Wednesday it was all corrected. We loved the condo layout, decor and all the nice finishes. We were pleased with the lovely bathroom, big tvs and the nice (well-stocked kitchen). My husband is already talking about renting this again next year and all my friends that were in other units were envious of our condo. Loved that it was on the first floor.

This property was perfect for two of us! It had everything we needed including kitchen gadgets and a washer and dryer. It is very cozy and we felt right at home. Loved that we were steps from the beach and pool and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The shower in this unit is phenomenal!! Nice view of ocean. Rented bikes and rode them all over the beach and island! Spent lots of time relaxing on beach! Nice shops at Coligny Plaza. My husband took a half day fishing charter and had a great time! Skull Creek Boathouse Restaurant, OKKO Japanese/sushi restaurant (must drive to these) were well worth the car ride. Aunt Chiladas had great, reasonably priced margaritas and was a fun place to hang out and listen to some live music. I would love to come back next year and would definitely rent this condo again! There was one small thing that I would change...the free standing closets in the bedroom should be switched. The doors should open toward the wall, not the bed. The doors end up blocking the light and it's difficult to see what you are grabbing. Just a suggestion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here immensely and hope to be back next April!! Thanks for helping our stay be so relaxing and enjoyable!!!!
