Great property, wish we could have stayed several weeks!

From the easy booking ,thanks to Heather, to a quick solution for a sink disposal malfunction thanks to Summer and Jeremy we were able to enjoy our time at Paradise. Extremely clean and well equipped house. Backyard and deck area facing east brings nice shadow in the afternoon. No doubt this is a place to repeat again.

Everything was as expected, but the Cabana club was way too crowded,. Next time we won't go on a holiday week.

An amazing property. Everything was as it said it would be. Master bedding may be in need of replacement. Twin beds very noisy.

We had a great experience, from reservation process to check out! Heather, you were so helpful and Palm Paradise is a lovely home and a perfect location for all our excursions!

This house was one of the best we've stayed in. We've always stayed in KCB and have never been disappointed but this house was a notch above. Clean is an understatement. The linens were excellent, towels thick and soft (we thought they were new), beds are comfy, etc. It's obvious the owners look at this property as more than just a rental. It was as nice as I keep my own home. Our overall rating would be a10 and that's hard to achieve. Very well done! Summer, you rock!

We were very impressed with everything from the communication with the property manager (Heather). She was helpful with all of our questions. House is taken care of and stocked with everything you would need. Great location for restaurants, shopping and fishing! Can't wait to spend another week there. Thank you for our wonderful escape!!

We loved the property! Heather was prompt any time we had a question. The home is lovely with very nice furnishings. We loved that it was only a little over an hour in both directions of Key Largo and Key West where we scuba and snorkeled. We enjoyed the atmosphere and community of Key Colony. We attended a free 4-6 PM Concert at Sunset Park & Beach, and it was fun to see couples in the community dancing. The local residence were very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed using the Cabana Club Pool and Beach a lot too! The food and Pina Coladas were good there. I would say our stay was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a quality place to stay! Thank you Heather and Family!

Well stocked dishes and utensils. - Beautiful view of the canal, boat and pelican traffic gliding by the front porch deck. - Great BBQ Grille and dockside sitting area. - Beautifully maintained landscaping. - Helpful caretaker, very responsive. - The Cabana Club Membership is a real PLUS, as listed on VRBO. So glad my wife pursued finding it. We used it often.

Everything about the property was excellent from the start. Getting the key was easy, there are lots of hoses and 110V access for boat cleaning and charging, and access to the property is a piece of cake by boat. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and have a great time!

Hello I would to put a shout out for this rental. Everything one could need in vacation rental...I mean everything!!!! From the boat dock to the garage. All was thought out for the best rental experience ... The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dishes , pots and pans, utensils; moreover, nearly everything is of high quality . The ac was awsome keep the house very cool, never missed a beat. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable of any rental we stayed at in key Colony. I just was pleased all the way around which is kind of rare for me when staying in a rental. All in all I would hands down recommended Heather and their beautiful rental in Key Colony without exception!!!!!! David from Central Florida...

Place was exactly as expected. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stick with all the essential and then some! Perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home that had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The house was stocked with all essentials and even with 6 people staying in the home, we all were comfortable and will definitely be back. The boat dock is top notch and makes life convient after a day on the boat.

Excellent vacation home. No noisy neighbors. Dan loaned us tools when I needed minor repair to my boat. Easy access by boat to the Gulf or Atlantic. We would book again.

This property was fabulous! I loved how the entire house was decorated with attention to every detail! Beds were extremely comfortable, even though the king size bed was challenging to get into for a 5 foot woman due to it's height. This was a great location for boating. We brought our 19 ft. boat and were able to keep it docked out back. Great dock with water hose and electric. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening and talking with the neighbor. There was room for parking for a large F150 truck, trailer, and mid size car. The Cabana Club had a nice pool and beach area to swim in. I am so glad we booked this property and we will definitely return.

Nice house, very nicely appointed. Got immediate response from owners when contacted.

The house was clean so that was nice. Grill was left filthy and with no propane so we borrowed propane from the neighbor and gave him $35 worth of ballyhoo bait in exchange for using it twice. He complained to the owner that I didn’t also replace the gas so the owner charged us $20 for it without even asking me what happened. Also the neighbors happy dog was annoying and they let it run wild on our side of the fence. AC went out Saturday and it was 86 degrees in the house when it was “fixed.” Never cooled less than 77 after. Huge ants present in the house and couldn’t find where they were coming from. I asked to add an additional night and was told there is an “extra charge for having six people” despite the fact that the rental is listed for six people and I didn’t pay an extra charge to begin with, so I had to pay an extra $20 on the last night when they hadn’t charged for extra people previously. The owner offered to refund one night (without the extra person charge and minus the $20 for propane) for the AC issue and that didn’t even cover our stay at a hotel for when the AC was broken. Also- it is advertised as “bring just your luggage” but we had to purchase dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We never could find a broom or dust pan so we couldn’t sweep all week, which was annoying. I won’t be renting from them again and I hope to never hear from them.

Great location on Marathon. Wouldn't have changed a thing with the house. Well appointed, bright, open and plenty of room. It was nice having access to the pool, beach and Sunset Beach in the Key Colony community. Everything you need is nearby. Appreciate the hospitality of the owner, manager, and neighbors. Great stay, highly recommend it.

This house has everything a perfect vacation needs. The space was bright, clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The patio over-looking the canal is spacious and great for outside dinners, lunches or breakfasts. The next door neighbours were kind and respectful. Overall, a great place to spend a vacation! 6 of us stayed here for the week. 3 adults and 3 children. The home was perfect for us. Plenty of room. The home is well updated and had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in many rentals in key colony over the years, all have been great. This one seemed to be a notch above the rest!! If you’re having trouble deciding which rental to choose, book this one!! You won’t be disappointed!!

This place is very nice, comfortable and looks brand new inside and out. The beds and sofa were all comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil one could ever need, pots, pans and even Tupperware. The dock was brand new with 2 water hoses coiled at each end of the dock. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that there was no where to put your boat if you wanted to pull it out of the water the day before departure to clean it up and get an early start on the road. Other than that the place worked out very well for our vacation and will probably be back next year if possible.

Palm Paradise I is a great place to take a vacation. We had family and friends visit during our two weeks. The house is lovely, the furniture is really attractive and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and then some. This is our 5th visit to The Keys, Palm Paradise I was hands down the best place we have stayed. We also love Key Colony Beach, we utilized the pool and the cabana several times and it was a great end to a day on the water. We would definitely return to this property.

This home is like brand new. The interior and exterior looks like it was built last week. Furnishings are first class and the towels are high quality which is nice after a shower on a hot day of fishing. Sea wall is brand new with rubber bumpers on the pilings.There are 2 garden hoses at the pilings to wash your boat down. This is our second time here. Excellent choice!

We enjoyed the layout of the house and it had all the amenities. Key colony is well situated with easy access to the Atlantic or gulf.

We stayed over the crazy Mini Season with 3 kids(teenager boys) my father and ourselves. When we first got there the fridge was not cooling correctly but it reset and worked just fine. The house is very nicely decorated and our Bed(the king) was very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and they even had dish towels( this was our 3rd VRBO this summer alone.. Dish towels are normally not found) The house had started set of toilet paper and paper towels. There was left over salt and pepper and a local blackening spice that was very good. The fridge was cleaned out and ready for our stuff no guessing on what was fresh and what wasn't The dishes were nice and useable the coffee pot worked great and made good coffee. The TV's all worked. The internet is a little laggy for Xbox games (not that they played a bunch) The outdoor area is small but it was comfortable. Our 27 foot boat fit perfect and it was easy to turn and dock in the spot. The people renting next to us were very nice(guess we were lucky) The owners answered all our questions and checked on us about the fridge. We enjoyed our stay so much we are headed back next year. This location KBC is perfect for what we were wanting 3 miles to Publix right by a twice, near a boat ramp to launch, near plenty of dive and bait shops, great fishing, diving, near by. The parking can be tight (part of KCB) we had 2 trucks and a boat trailer on our side but if you had a smaller car you could but it in the garage for the week. The bait freezer was a plus we were able to go once to the bait shop get our bait and be done. The way the house is set up it feels bigger than it is. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill even had gas. Thank You so much for maintaining your property the way you do.

This place is absolute perfection. Location is amazing. House is very nice and well equipped. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Key Colony Beach and Marathon are truly paradise. Highly recommend this rental...we can't wait to go back.
