Historic cottage, Beach block near Pier shops and restaurants 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 B
Es ist kein Urlaub, wenn man zum Strand gehen will, ein Auto braucht und Schwierigkeiten hat, einen Parkplatz zu finden, oder ein Fahrrad und alles auf dem Rücken tragen muss oder 2 oder 3 Blocks unter der heißen Sonne spazieren muss. Unser Haus liegt am Strandblock! In 2 Minuten sind Sie am Strand und Sie können so oft hin und her gehen, wie Sie möchten, um etwas zu trinken oder Ihren Badeanzug zu wechseln oder sich ein Buch zu schnappen. Unser charmantes, historisches Haus 1850 sf mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 und 1/2 Bädern ist eines der ersten in Neapel gebauten Häuser. Gebaut wie früher, alles Holz mit hohen Decken! Kürzlich mit schönen Top-of-the-Line Küchengeräten mit weißem Quarz-Arbeitsplatte, neuen Bädern mit Dusche und Whirlpool umgebaut. Sauber, frisch gestrichen, dieses Haus hat überall schöne Aquarelle. Zentrale Klimaanlage und Heizung. HD-Flachbildfernseher, Comcast-Kabel mit HBO, E-Piano und kostenloses WIFI. Schöne Küche öffnete sich zum Esszimmer mit separatem Wohnzimmer. Master BR mit Kingsize-Bett (komfortable Tempur Pedic neue Matratze) und eigenem Bad. Kleinere BR mit Doppelbett und 1/2 Bad. Dritter BR mit 2 Tween-Betten. Haupt-Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi-Wanne und Dusche. Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Doppelbackofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Original-Holzböden vor kurzem nachgearbeitet. Schöne Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen. Holzkohlegrill. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum in der Altstadt im Herzen von Old Naples am Strandblock. Spazieren Sie zum weißen Sandstrand von Neapel und zurück, so oft Sie wollen, zu Restaurants in der 3. Straße und zum Angelpier. Das Haus hat einen schönen privaten mit Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühlen und Holzkohlegrill und ist umgeben von üppiger tropischer Landschaft mit Mangos und Bananenbäumen. Wir bieten eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Bettwäsche und Decken, Handtücher, Kissenauswahl, Bügeleisen, Lufttrockner usw., Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher. Ich bin sicher, ich vergesse etwas, also bitte keine Angst zu fragen. Wir wohnen nebenan, damit wir helfen können.

We really enjoyed our stay! The best feature is its close proximity to the beach. Not having to worry about parking and lugging beach stuff a long distance was great! Also, the close proximity made it easy to head back to the beach for the wonderful sunsets! It's super close to the 3rd street shops, and an easy walk to 5th Avenue. Inside, the cottage has lots of character, it's comfortable, including the beds, lots of hot water and the AC works great. Plenty of ceiling fans too. Kitchen has everything you could need (although it could use a larger skillet). Another plus is that Daria responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Note that one bedroom has a full bed, so that may not work for two people.

We were just delighted with our stay in this lovely home. The house is artfully done with many special details that cause one to feel you are staying with a close friend. We will definitely try again next year.

I have nothing but rave reviews for this cottage near the beach. Oozing charm and history but with all the modern conveniences. Beautifully decorated with unique art work and lovely yet comfortable furniture.
Our family would definitely love to stay here again. Close to both the beach and town, we swam in the ocean all day and shopped and dined in the afternoon and evening. Heaven.

Daria was a wonderful host and made our stay feel like a home away from home. While the location is truly amazing - just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks to 3rd street, the house itself was so inviting and comfortable to stay in. The sun room at the front of the house was a nice place to have morning coffee before the day started picking up. Very quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It is amazingly close to town and the beach! The house is also set up perfectly for a nice and relaxing vacation. The owners are very good at communicating and making sure we had a nice time.

Comfortable and welcoming
If you’re looking for a nice spot very close to the beach, you’ve found it; this property’s VRBO description is right on. In a neighborhood of fine homes and manicured gardens, with two restaurant districts close by (one just a couple of blocks away) it’s not inexpensive. We needed to recoup after a year at home under Covid restrictions, and we did!

History at the shore
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The home is in a wonderful location very close to the beach. It is a short walk to shopping and dining, so park that car. Historical cottage originally known as the "coconut cottage". We loved walking around and viewing similar homes. A very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable updated beach house. Great hosts too.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Cottage in Historic Naples! The minute we walked in the front door, we knew we were in the perfect home for us. The walls were covered with beautiful paintings which made the house so happy and bright. We loved having coffee and practicing yoga on the spacious screened in porch. We also enjoyed spending time on the outside patio area with lush landscaping. The owners provided a nice grill for our use as well. We were within 2 minutes walking distance to the beach where we watched many breathtaking sunsets! We also walked a few blocks to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We had fun at the market which is open on Saturdays.
The home was clean, spacious, light and airy. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable, and the sheets were of high quality. We slept so well every night. There with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided as well.
And best of all, Daria and Michael were the best hosts ever! They were so gracious, warm, accommodating, and responsive. As I said, perfect in every way!!
We will definitely be back!!

Break time
Absolutely one of our best rentals yet. My wife and I decided to stay in Naples after a business trip near by. The home has old Naples charm and being a block from the beach was perfect. If you need something its so easy to go back to the house and not have to worry about losing your parking spot. Great for families, felt like home. We took full advantage of the peace and quiet, nearby shops, fabulous restaurants and beautiful beaches! Owners did a great job making sure you had everything you could possibly need. Nice that they were so close if needed, and were respectful of our privacy as well. Wonderful hosts!

Authentic Olde Naples Cottage
Absolutely perfect! We felt honored to stay in this authentic Olde Naples Florida Cottage two houses from the beach. This is the real deal not one of those pretend shabby chic ship-lapped pretenders. The cottage has been in the family for several years and just that alone makes it remarkable to still be able to see beautiful simple things can be. Years and years of watercolors hanging on the walls by whom must have done by a past generation of the Gutchess (owner), hence the signature. The updated baths were a nice addition, air conditioning flawless, higher end appliances, high ceilings and just a whole lot of space. We will most certainly be back!!!! Charming Beach Cottage
This cottage is absolutely adorable. We loved walking the beach every morning, taking our daily tour of the neighborhood and visiting the shops and restaurants on 3rd Strteet. Perfect location in Olde Naples!

Just what we were looking for... comfortable, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Naples. The house was just right for our family. Comfortable beds. We used the kitchen primarily for breakfast and lunch and walked downtown to dinner most nights. The umbrella and beach chairs at the house were essential and appreciated. We watched movies at night in the cozy den. I ran along Gulf Shore Blvd most mornings. We will definitely do it again!

Another wonderful stay at the Mariner!
After spending 10 lovely days in Feb., we returned for another stay in March. Our time at the cottage was just as enjoyable and relaxing as previously. And we found the most delightful waiter, Michael, at Campiello's. Not to mention the best Italian food. The cottage and location are perfect for enjoying Old Naples.

Wonderful cottage in a GREAT location.
Our 10 day stay was delightful! The cottage is lovely and comfortable with lots of beautiful artwork throughout. Plus, the addition of an electronic piano is a terrific bonus. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked for 6 people. The location is PERFECT for walking the beach often, to the pier, plus everything in Olde Naples is just minutes away. Many wonderful restaurants. Go to The Continental where food, service and entertainment are great. Try their Coconut Pie thing, omgoodness! We are returning to Daria's cute cottage for 10 more days in March. Can't wait!

Great location; fascinating house
This is an Old Naples cottage, featured in books about interesting local properties. It is spacious, well equipped, and decorated with original art and beach themed items. It is kept exceptionally clean, and is adjacent to a beautiful beach and two blocks from Naples Pier,and is a short walk to the Third Street South shops and restaurants. The owners, who live next door, are friendly and helpful. If you want everything modern, this is not the place for you; if you want a relaxing and convenient home, this is it.

Old Florida Charm
An ideal spot for staying in Naples. 100 yards to the beach and just a two block walk to the best shops and dining in Naples. The house was perfect for our party of 6. If you want everything new, this might not be the spot for you. But, if you want an updated, charming old Naples cottage, with cool art and a feeling of belonging in the space, look no further.
