Minute or so walk to downtown and the river park. Salida is a great place to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The unit is very conveniently located such that we could have walked to any shops or restaurants in downtown Salida while also being located in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It is quite small but also well-equipped with anything we needed to sleep, cook, and relax comfortably. The check-in and check-out were as simple as can be, and the host was very responsive. All in all, we had a lovely time and highly recommend staying at this property.

This apartment was great! It was just two people so we used the bedroom and pull out couch. It's a short walk into town/ down to the river, and there's a nice, small private patio with some chairs and a grill. Jaime was probably the most accommodating and communicative host I've ever had, everything about the experience was easy.

I wish we would have known there is not a door to the bedroom, snoring issues. Was easy to get in and out apartment and parking was close. Lots of feet noise above us, but was quite by bed time.

Overall we had a good time here! It was a 10min walk to downtown and had everything we needed. We didn’t know there was an upstairs unit but when tenants showed up we could hear every single step, door open, or drawers shut. Made it SUPER hard to go to bed/ sleep in. Also didn’t realize there was only 1 mirror which made it cramped to get ready. We also found a swarm of bugs by the front door, 3 in the bathroom, and 2 spiders on the bed. With some small changes this place would be a 10/10!

Perfect homebase when visiting the area for fishing, mtb, etc. The kitchen is small but well-stocked with spices and tools. Comfortable and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Sweet little place to stay while enjoying or working in Salida. Very clean, very easy to cook meals, very complete with all the essentials. Jamie was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend for couples who want to enjoy a nice stay close to Main Street Salida. Highly recommended!

One of the best stays I’ve stayed in a while. The place is well decorated and fully stocked for cooking and relaxing. Feels very homey. Only downside is we could hear the children upstairs running around in the morning. Overall great spot.

Clean, mostly quiet, ate at 2 really good restaurants, saw the most beautiful foliage, mainly the Aspen’s changing. One of the most beautiful things I ever saw. We stayed in Salida, then every day went to different locations. A great place to stay in Colorado to do that.

I was in town for a wedding, so my time spent at the property was limited, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Communication leading up to my stay was great and I had no problems accessing the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Place!
This was a nice place, though small (as advertised). We loved being able to walk to town and the outdoor space was pleasant. Jaime was wonderful and responsive. Only negative was there was an overhead apartment where people were clumping around. Not a problem during the day, but if you go to bed earlier than the upstairs guests, it can be a bit noisy for sleeping. Overall, a nice location and stay.

The property was exactly as described and was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well outfitted and there were generous portions of bathroom essentials. I Highly recommend this unit for a stay in Salida, Colorado.

Perfect for our ski trip!
The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and well outfitted. Loved the vibe! Would definitely come back. Also my husband, who is very picky about drinking water, said that that property has the best water he's ever had. Maybe a filtration system? Don't know but it's delicious.
We also loved how close it was to all sorts of cool stuff in town, the river, restaurants, all that Salida had to offer.

Perfect Place to Rest between Ski Days
We stayed up here for a night between ski days, and it was perfect for my little family (myself, husband, and 2 little boys). Enough room for all of us to sleep, the boys to play and move around (including the best "Harry Potter" closet ever), and we even had an impromptu pizza "party" with a few friends that live nearby when we decided we were too comfortable to leave and go out to dinner. We'll be back!

The unit is nice and clean. Probably best to think of it as a "corporate apartment" style wise except that is really nicely stocked with extras that make for a comfortable stay (e.g Coffee grinder, full set of spices, ...). Location is a little far from town in cold weather but definitely walk-able. I'll be happy to stay again.

Noise upstairs
We know there is nothing you can do about this but the people upstairs were noisy. A minor point, it would be helpful to have a place to put the toothbrush, tooth paste, etc. that is not in the drawer. Other than that, lots of utensils which was helpful. Thank you.

Great apartment! The owner has thought of everything. Comfortable to hang out in. Close enough to the heart of salida to walk. Clean, cozy and modern. We would stay here again.
