Convenient with walking distance to many of St. Louis’ attractions!
Amenities like soap and toilet paper weren’t replenished and had to be asked for upon request.

The location was downtown, not too far from the ballpark downtown. The only issue was trying to get an Uber when leaving different venues, and because of how busy the downtown area was, I was unsuccessful.
The following were items I encountered upon my arrival; The blinds do not work in the bedroom area, resulting in bright lights disrupting my sleep pattern. The tub did not drain properly, leaving me to shower in filth, even if my own.
The toilet needed to be cleaned upon check-in. The staff didn't clean the room one day during the three-night stay, despite my asking daily to have my room clean. Upon check-in, the floor was dirty, exuding not being swept or mopped, and had a sticky substance.

the lady working at night was so rude. she don’t help nothing and answer me with bad words and she was sleeping all the moment we went out and back looking for a parking because the early guy give as a wrong key garage

Location and comfortability were awesome. Traditional downtown style/design was really cool. Nice view of the city. Really close to our destination in Saint Louis. I liked the modern and classic feel to the design.
Loading and unloading was fight for space, cost of parking, no breakfast, broken phone, half the lights didn't turn on. TV not functional, could hear other guests throughout the night. Reported issues to front desk guy but had a dismissive attitude.

Upon check in, it appeared that the sheets on my bed had not been changed. Was provided with a new room. New room - upon getting to this unit, temperature was at 55 degrees. It took 3 hours just to break 60! At check out, I started out by mentioning the heat and I was asked by who I think was a maintenance associate “did you have the heat on?” Didn’t even proceed to discuss sheets as I knew it was going to get no where. In regards to my stay, I e-mailed the property directly and Remington hotels as well (this was at the end of December). As of today, I still have not received any form of communication from leadership.

Conveniently located by the downtown area
Had no breakfast they blamed it on Covid. Had no room service for three days day. The front desk was rude. I had a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. We found a dirty spoon under the bed. And gross material wiped on the side of our bed. I would never stay there again.

The employees were great.
Rooms were small. The rooms should be a little bigger and also provide soap and shampoo.

The service was extremely poor and very rude when approached with questions. Yelled at me when attempting to inquire about the multiple charges that were put on my credit card. Was very unhelpful and unfriendly.

The front desk lady was terrible and extremely rude to me. Also there was a water leak in the ceiling of the hallway right next to our room.
The shower gel, shampoo was completely empty as well. I wish I could have at least half of my money back. Completely terrible experience and this was my first time in St. Louis.

it was very noisy with cars driving till 2:00 am in the morning ! the cars had loud engines and it kept us up till 2:00 . we didn’t understand because when we would get up and look out our window not hardly any cars on the street below ??!!

Location of the hotel was great. Most of the staff was friendly.
The room felt cramped. There were bugs (gnats & mosquitoes) in the room. Room was sprayed down but the problem persisted.

Location to Busch Stadium.
Our shower leaked first night there. They fixed next day. Our trash was only dumped once. Room didn’t look vacuumed when we showed up. We paid through Booking.com and they said we were paid up 2 different times. At checkout, there were charges for nights on the credit card that we gave for deposit. They said they got it fixed but who knows.

shower door broke, sliding bathroom door broke and wouldn’t open when closed unless we had two people pulling really hard, floors were dirty and sticky and grimy, no extra blankets or pillows, shampoo and conditioner was completely empty, when you turn bathroom lights out, the mirror lights up super bright causing our room to be very bright while trying to sleep. and with the bathroom door broke, we couldn’t shut the door all the way to block the light. rooms are way too small for a family of 4. only double beds which is a tight squeeze for 2 adults. no comfortable. Bartender didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t work the register. we waited 25 min to get our ticket for 2 drinks. breakfast the following morning was a nightmare. they were out of a lot of items and not very friendly. waited forever for food. very disappointed in Hotel Indigo and for the price we paid, did not live up to what we expected. management needs to get to work on improving the property and training their employee properly. won’t ever come back
