Private pool! Full kitchen! Excellent staff on hand!

Rusty broken clothes dryer. Broken, rusty, dirty BBQ. For the money we paid it’s a silly detail for the owners to miss. Such a small price to replace to make customers happy.

The house was comfortable. The pool was clean.

The staff came to the house without ringing the bell. For cleanliness could be better.

Off the beaten track - road to villa is not a finished road, so not good for anyone with mobility issues. Inadequate bedding for the sofa bed. Showers upstairs were luke warm bordering on cold. Downstairs bathroom has a rainfall shower but only half of it was working. Outside furniture, including sun beds, need a good clean. Only 2 sunbeds for a villa that sleeps 6 people

Location was good, near many things

Location was hard to find, especially at night when lights out at Big C. Google Maps took me to the WRONG (old!) location for Elegance. Need to warn customers not to trust Google Maps

I am not super fan of Phuket but our stay was pleasure, big thanks to villa s staff. Staff in villas were very professional and polite. We were so happy that we choose this option. Manager from Villas help us all the time. She assists us in every situation included after attack of wild hive on other side of island. House was clean and very comfortable. The accommodation was quite paradise close to famous Kata beach.

Amazing villa with everything you need. The private pool is gorgeous and and it’s really nice to use whenever you want. Clean place with lots of space and close to many attractions in Koh Chang.

Excellent rooms, a lot of luxury, and a nice swimming pool, can not be better for a good holiday. And Netflix 👌

The house is very nice and clean. There is a swimming pool that the kids were enjoy for swimming all day. We were enjoy watching the Netflix too.
