So much to do! Love the beach sunset! It’s the best!

Cozy cabin, summarize it. Clean kitchen and living area. Small shower, bedroom and pull out is typical, horrible to sleep on. Best to bring air mattress to put on top. Small window ac unit in main living area only. That was fine for us since weather was decent but any warmer temps would’ve been an issue. Had coffee maker, tiny microwave and tvs are tiny as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage and would stay again. It was a little tight for three adults plus one 17 yo (girls trip). We ended up getting an air mattress and sleeping on that plus the couch (not folded out) because the mattress on the hide-a-bed didn’t seem like it would be comfortable to sleep on. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The property was quiet and overall we enjoyed our stay!

House was very clean. Factory next door was loud as well as highway behind house. House was not located on Lake Michigan…had a long walk down unstable stairs (with no railing) to get to beach…not suitable for handicap individuals. Traffic was loud and factory had fumes and noisy during the day. No cards or games of any sort.

Cute cottage, but shower needs attention: shower doors do not slide easily and come off track, water handle pulls right off, shower drain cover is unattached to floor, leaving drain pipe easily exposed. First rental we’ve had that had a key for entry and not a lock box. Concerned that any previous guest could have made copy of said key for nefarious reasons.

Size, usages, and location were perfect. Absolutely quiet and away from town!

Had a wonderful time relaxing on the deck. Loved having everything we needed right there. Definitely will book again and recommend to others.

Shower needs attention and sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Walk to beach was very far. Otherwise great for our purposes.

The experience was okay. Was unclear whether I actually had it rented so I contacted the host who assured me it was. Just a little disappointed it wasn’t closer to the water.

This was a such a relaxing and picturesque location. It was close to the lake and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this location for a quiet weekend.

Property very clean and private. Perfect amount of amenities to make stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a nice time at the property. It was close to beaches, antique stores, wineries, and driving along red arrow highway is pleasant. The tv gets only a few channels and is a little small, but it wasn’t a huge deal because we weren’t there to watch tv. It would have been nice to know we could have brought a dvd for the tiny tv in the bedroom.

Very comfortable, very affordable. Loved listening to Lake Michigan roar most nights. Very quiet location. I would highly recommend as a quaint little get away.

We had our annual sister trip (3 of us) and this place was fantastic! Very neat and clean, bigger than we expected and so cute! We were able to cook inside and out. Easy to talk to owner. Centrally located for placed we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our time in "The Cozy Cabin". Thank you for making our mini vacation so perfect!

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Cozy Cottage! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in and pack lunches to go for our days exploring (this was very important as our daughter is too young to receive the covid vaccine and we weren’t sure how many outdoor dining options we would find in the towns we were visiting). The location was excellent to visit both South Haven and St. Joseph/Benton Harbor. We had two solid days packed full of activities in those towns, which are excellent for small children. We did not find the walk to the local beach to be great with a small child as it’s along roads without sidewalks, but it’s a close drive and has a nice playground. We loved the atmosphere of the lot, it was very private and wooded and even had some wildflowers (Indian Pipe) that we never see in our part of the state. We enjoyed being able to have a campfire and make s’mores and eating outside. The cottage was quiet and peaceful, and just a great base to explore this area. Lots of bath towels and washcloths provided, and the washer and dryer was useful for our beach towels (bring your own) that got wet at the beach. Our daughter has asked to go again! We would definitely go back. Owner was very quick to respond to email questions in advance of our trip.

We had a great stay! The house was spotless. The beach was beautiful and never too crowded. We were centrally located to all sorts of fun activities for the family. We will definitely be back!

This is a very clean property. It’s centrally located and easy to get to many attractions. The property feels private without being secluded. We would stay again.

Great host. Very responsive. Place was clean and cozy, good size kitchen living area combo. Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and well stocked. Bathroom is a good size, you have to go through bathroom to get to bedroom but that didn't bother us. Bedroom is cozy but there is good enough room to move around and has washer /dryer in closet. Backyard and porch are nice and big, if you go to the beach which is about a 2 minute drive or a 10+ minute walk you can use the hose at the back of the house to wash off before you enter the house. Overall nice stay

The area is so nice. We went to South Haven and Benton Harbor. The cozy cottage was in a nice quiet area where we could get to all the favorite areas! The cozy cottage was nice and clean. I was disappointed with the weather one day because with the rain and power outage there wasn't much we could do at the cottage but that wasn't our host's fault. If you are traveling and want to stay in, this may not be the place for you. It has a small TV and the lighting wasnt the best for reading but that may just be my "old" eyes. If you are wanting a place to stay while you explore the area it is a fantastic cozy cottage. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was very quiet and relaxing. We loved having the grill and deck as well. It was very close to the towns we wanted to visit as well as several beaches! Would definitely reccomend this nice little cottage!!

Great little place for two on edge of the woods with nice open yard. Didn’t attempt the beach access, however 15min drive to St Joseph. Queen bed ok, pullout sofa was tolerable if you found the “sweet” spot. Would definitely stay there again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in the woods near Lake Michigan! We could walk to the beach (or drive) for a quiet enjoyment at Hagar Park. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed including a giant bowl of candy waiting for us when we arrived! We will definitely be back next fall.

Living room with kitchenette (coffee, sink, microwave, fridge, mini dishwasher, stovetop with no stove). The living room has a pullout couch. The bathroom has a small walk-in shower. The bedroom (which you access via bathroom) has a full or queen size bed. There is a closet with shelves. Also in the closet theres a washer, dryer, and iron with board. The lawn is quite large with a deck and table. There is construction by an edge of the lawn. The place was very clean and quiet while we were there. The walk to the public beach was approx 20 minutes each way.
