The property was awesome and the owner amazing. It’s a studio apartment so of course it’s small but it utilizes the space really well. It’s a great location and decorated nicely. We had a late flight and the owner graciously offered to let us stay until it was time to catch our plane. I highly recommend this property.

So relaxing. The next door neighbor was so helpful. The property’s pool was clean and being ocean front was perfect. Very quiet. The condo had everything. So clean. Lots of towels. The condo had beach chairs. You couldn’t ask for anything more Just perfect

This rental property was perfect for two after a quite relaxing beach stay. We stayed for 7 days and didn’t want to leave! Unit neighbors were very friendly, the direct beach access was great, beach was cleaned and groomed every morning. Kitchen was fully loaded with all kitchen items needed. Will most definitely be coming back!

Room was clean and furnished, building is located in a quiet area , about a mile walk to Closest grocery store. , there was another building by the pool to store your bicycle. . I would definitely stay here again .

The condo was very clean, fully equipped with all we needed, great communication with the owner. Nice, peaceful area. If you don't have rental car there are restaurants & stores, within a 20-30 min walk, to one end or the other. If you're not big on walking you'd definitely need transportation. We used uber/Lyft, walked a ton & rented a car for a couple days to drive to Miami & W. Palm Beach, 8 day stay. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay again. Thanks Susy & Maria.

The unit was small but had everything we needed. We loved the separate bath location and all the storage we had access to. Beach was a short few steps away. Lots of restaurants/bars/groceries within walking distance. We also took advantage of the free trolley on a couple of occasions. The owners, Maria and her husband are very friendly and helpful. They always answered questions that arose, quickly. We would rent again from them.

Great location. Close to Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach. Comfortable Murphy bed. Don't need car with free shuttle to grocery store and resturaunts. On bus line. Everything available to enjoy a stay at the beach.

It was such a nice area. We had a very nice neighbor. The pool was clean. The owner got back to us ASAP. No problems. Beach was amazing. Best of all it was quiet! Thanks for a great stay.

I had most wonderful experience at this place! 1) The studio is very clean and got everything you need: high-speed wifi, cable TV, various cooking appliance ...plus bunch of towels for the beach. 2) The apartment is in a very good location, just minute to the beach is quiet and chills but if you want some crowd and noise, it's about 5 minutes drive to the pier (& supermarket). 3) You can see the ocean right from the window, the sunrise I see everyday is breathtaking 4) The owner as well as the residences there are all super friendly and take good care of each other, a big plus that why I love the place so much!

Suzanne's studio apartment was very clean. It was obvious that she has taken pride in her property. Don't worry about the Murphy bed. It was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there except the internet which was a problem because we had to go down from the third floor to the community room for wifi. We needed the mailbox key and it was there promptly. I asked for ESPN on cable and had it right away. All in all a nice place but right in the middle between Pompano and LBTS so it was almost a two mile walk in either direction. I would recommend giving this place a try.

The view from this third floor condo is great.You can see the cruise ships leaving with this great ocean view.Inside the condo you will find everything you need.Staying so close to all stores and restaurants you need.The big plus is the private beach steps away from where you sleep.The ocean is a little cool this time of year,but the heated pool is great.Any questions you have will be answered by Suzy quickly.My wife and I will be staying again.

Like all other guests, we`ve enjoyed fully our vacation (3 weeks) in Susy`s studio. No complaints, all that you need is available, quiet neighbourhood, nice people on site, clean and well appointed unit, right on the beach! all that was important for us, therefore I highly recommend this studio to all they`re looking for a relaxing stay close to the ocean! Thank you Susanne, we would be pleased to comming back asap!

Our stay was restful and relaxing . The condo was perfect for the three of us. The pool was warm and the beach view was a million dollar view !

The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Awesome view and the best stretch of beach in Pompano. Everything is close proximity. Excellent restaurants and entertainment a short ride away on the free shuttle that comes by the front door. Highly recommend. Can't wait for next year.

The studio is very nice , clean and comfortable was located on the 3 floor with elevator and steep , ocean view , located right on the beach , nice pool , not to far from the pier and restaurants , the owner are very nice.and pleasant . We stay there for 12 days and we got very nice weather ......we already plan to coming back next years at the same time. Thanks Susy
