Amazing location and view, and a well appointed, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff very responsive re a slight issue with room code too.

Very hot at night on a warm evening and didn’t really cool down overnight. There was a fan to use, though.

Late check in (1500) and early checkout (1000) but seems to be the norm with these ‘remote’ check in places. Needed a better extraction fan in bathroom!

Excellent quality room, immaculately clean with everything you could need. Huge comfy bed with good quality bed linen. Bathroom was large with a high pressure dual head shower with shampoo & conditioner provided. Our room was large, with a view of the church to the rear of the property. Lovely treats tray with tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps plus water & fresh milk in the fridge too. Great central location but nice & quiet. Clear instructions provided to gain access to the room & secure locked private car park. Would recommend & definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to have a credit or voucher towards breakfast from the Derby’s 1779 cafe below.

Excellent place to stay. Well furnished room. Great location with lovely view. Wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked.

Central location, very clean and well equipped. Super comfy bed and good quality linen, bedding and towels. Lots of homely touches and modern decor.

Everything was as described. The secure car park was a few mins away but we knew that when we booked. Luckily we had warm sunny weather but had it rained we would have been soaked carrying cases.

There was a broken lamp shade in on the standard lamp. The globe light in the bathroom wasn't working. Probably a bulb.

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated & absolutely spotless!

Lovely central location and as we arrived late on Saturday and left by 10am on Sunday we could park in the short stay car park very close to the accommodation. Room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We liked the fresh milk in the fridge and the biscuits and crisps.

The shower was a huge disappointment. The waterfall shower head could only muster a light drizzle and in this mode the water ran cold every couple of minutes. Luckily the handheld shower attachment delivered the water with power and at a constant temperature but it rather detracted from the shower experience having to hold it above your head throughout.

On a freezing cold night it was lovely to come into such a warm and welcoming room.

Car park was a bit confusing but got there in the end, more our fault turning up in the dark.

The parking situation - there was no availability in the short term parking which made it difficult to access the room with a young child in tow.
