First Wendy is an amazing host! She was always so quick to get back to me on anything and very sweet! we had an amazing stay my boys loved their room, and it was very close to the parks which was a big plus. The pool (heated) was a big hit with my 6 yr old. We would absolutely stay at Wendy's place again no hesitation. For all that's included it is a steal for sure.

This was the perfect place for my little family to stay at and be close to Disney! My daughter loved the Disney themed bedroom and ejoyed sleeping in a different bed of the bunk beds every night! Definitely would recommend this property!!

We have stayed at different condos at Windsor Hills probably 10 times. This condo was our favorite. The king bed was very comfortable, with quality bedding. I slept better there than at home. The kitchen had helpful items left there for us like trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, coffee ( which we didn’t need because we brought our own) and quite a few other items that we didn’t need to spend a lot of money to get a weeks worth which was nice. It also had nice small appliances. The condo had nice furnishings. I will try to stay there if available whenever we go to Windsor Hills.

Condo looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean with a little of everything you will need.
Everything from making reservations, checking in, etc went smoothly.

We loved our stay here! The condo was as described and expected, and the check in instructions were clear and accurate…although the entry gate to the complex took a long time to register when we first arrived (about 30 minutes). After that you’re given a pass for the rest of your trip
The pool was clean and lovely, and front desk stafff were helpful and kind.
The apartment had everything we needed, and it’s so nice going home with all of our washing done! Large smart TVs in each room and an easy to use thermostat.
Wendy was super responsive throughout the whole process. Would wholeheartedly recommend

This was our first time as a family of four bringing our children, ages 11 and 10 to Orlando. Not only did we experience Disney, we also were able to check out Sea World and Universal. We had the best stay at Windsor Hills Resort. Wendy’s Condo was a perfect end to everyday after the parks!! We and our children couldn’t wait to hang at the pool and relax after long park days. Her Condo is beautiful, cozy and well kept. The kids loved their room!!!! Wendy was available anytime we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to book again in the future:)

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had everything that we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds in the kids room. The pool was a short walk and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a gated community and the guards did a great job at checking passes every time we entered. We felt very safe there. We were very close to the disney parks and were able to get there within 10 minutes. We would stay here again.

The property was perfect! Clean and inviting. It’s also close to the pool. About 10-15 minutes from Disney. It’s also close to a Walmart! My kids loved the Disney themed room and bathroom. The pool at the resort was a big hit too! Make sure to plan a day or two to just lay around the pool!

Absolutely amazing! The condo amenities (pool) we're fabulous. Security was a definite added bonus. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and updated And we were so beyond happy with our stay we are looking to book again! It was close to local restaurants and a Walmart for those last minute items. And less than a 15 min drive to Disney world. It was the perfect stay!

Was a nice little condo to stay in while visiting Orlando! The resort community was perfect, and felt like the price was comparable to a hotel, but I got twice as much space for our family of 5. Will be booking here again for future trips!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our short family getaway to Disney! The short drive to the theme park made it easy to take a pool break in the afternoon and then visit the parks again in the evening. Our 5 and 8 year old couldn’t get enough of the pool and water slides during our non-park day. The set up was perfect for two adults and two kids though we easily would’ve been comfortable with our toddler in tow as well. Wendy could not have been a more helpful host! Easy check in, incredibly responsive to all our pre-trip questions, and gave us great suggestions for meals nearby. We’ll absolutely stay again on our next Disney visit.

Our family had a trip planned to central Florida for 9 nights. We had a hotel room booked at a Disney value resort for 5 nights, but had no idea what to do after that. After much consideration, we decided to stay in the Orlando area and began searching for a place to stay that would give us more room than just a hotel room. My requirements were simple: clean, 2 bedrooms, a great pool area, and affordable. I thought this condo seemed to match all requirements, so I booked approximately 9 days before we would check in.
Wendy was phenomenal in communication. She got back with me right away to confirm our booking and communicated check-in information in a timely fashion. We were at our Disney hotel during Hurricane Ian. After the storm passed, I reached out to confirm that Windsor Hills was still okay and that we were still good to move over there. Again, Wendy promptly replied to let me know that there was no major damage to Windsor Hills and that we were good to go. The next day, she let me know that as no one else was in the unit and because she knew that we were moving from a local hotel that she had moved up our check-in time to 10:00. That was immensely helpful and unexpected.
We all loved the unit. It was beautifully decorated and clean. My son loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and bathroom. He loved that there was so much space in his room and is already planning to bring some cousins back next time! The master bedroom and bath were spacious and a welcome place to rest at the end of the day.
The Windsor Hills pool area is beautiful and just a short walk from the unit! We only got to use this one day, but we all wished that we had just a little more time to spend out by the pool and water slides.
We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very comfortable and was located very close to the Disney parks. We had access to grocery stores and restaurants. My daughter loved the Disney themed bedroom….especially the bunk bed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Our 3-year-old and 5-year-old looked forward to sleeping in their Mickey bunk bed each night. The location was also very handy. Only a 10-15 minute drive to parks and Disney resorts. Would stay again!

We arrived later in the evening. Check-in at the main gate was easy. Condo was very clean and inviting. My grandson loved the Disney room. Short drives to Disney parks. Short walk to pool and water park, which were clean and inviting. I would highly recommend these accommodations.

Fabulous stay
This property is great for families! The rental is wonderful and Wendy is very quick to answer any questions needed. Very short walk to the great pools and very short drive to the parks. This area is less crowded than other areas so it makes travel very nice. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect
We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our 5 day getaway to Disney! Wendy’s condo was exactly as advertised. Super clean and had all the amenities! She was so receptive and easy to get ahold of. Could not have been more accommodating! Even better, it’s just minutes to all the parks! We were completely satisfied and would stay again and again!

Amazing unit!
We were beyond impressed with this property! The Windsor Hills Resort is very well maintained & safe. Our young kids especially loved the pool, water slides, and live entertainment. This condo unit was easy to access (ground floor), secure, and spotless! There were plenty of supplies & linens for our stay. The kid's room was much larger than expected & the large walk in closet was a great addition for storing suitcases. The Disney themed bunk beds and trundle were a fun surprise for the kids! The full size washer & dryer was a huge benefit too! The master bedroom also had a large closet and private bathroom with basic supplies. This condo was a great choice for our family trip to Orlando and we will definitely book here again. I highly recommend this property!

Enjoyable Stay!!
The owner was very helpful and quick to respond! There were more than enough linens and towels for all! The condo was clean and stocked adequately! The walk to the pool was minimal and enjoyable! The pool is beautiful, but seating was hard to come by if you didn't arrive early.
We stayed during spring break, however. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area!

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at this resort! Wendy was great to work with and was so inviting and helpful the whole booking process. We were able to fit our family of 6 comfortably in the condo. Our one year old stayed in the master closet in a pack-n-play while our three older kiddos were comfortable in the other bedroom. The condo came with beach towels, toys, few floaties and most all basic necessities in the kitchen. We would have liked to have a pizza pan and pizza cutter and a few more trash bags (came with two 13gallon bags), but otherwise, it was a great place to stay. I’d highly recommend others to stay here.

The condo was very clean and in a great location to spend time in Orlando. The host was very responsive to my questions before the trip and the condo was equipped with all the necessary things we needed- beach toys/towels, blow dryer, toiletries, etc! We will be back!

This was our first time at the Windsor Hills Resort, and we were very pleased with the accommodations and facilities. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and great central location to the amenities. Definitely recommend booking here!

Another great stay at Windsor Hills
This was our third time staying on site at Windsor Hills, but first time at this particular unit. We enjoyed the fairly close proximity to the pool area and the quieter side of the building for the patio. The water spray park and water slides were a great addition since our last stay. Fun for all of us! The Windsor Hills location is great for visiting the Disney parks as you really can't be any closer than if you were staying on property at Disney and paying double to triple the price for a standard hotel room. We will definitely be coming back to Windsor Hills, and we very much enjoyed our stay here in unit 102.
