This was an extremely well equipped unit. Everything we needed and more. We even had a built in security system… the main sliding door was pretty hard to open so our grand children couldn’t open it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home. We ll be back!

Everything you need for a beautiful beach stay, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella. Plenty of extra touches made it a special time for our group. Only downside is all the codes to remember, fortunately always a helpful neighbor.

We loved our two week stay at Seaview in March 2024!
Unit is very well kept and clean-kudos to Dorothy and her staff. Property manager, Teresa, is always responsive to our inquiries. Larry (owner) was very accommodating on our early arrival.
Cant beat the location…right on the beach and close to many Madiera Beach restaurants & hot spots! Love the oversized balcony to hang out for coffee in morning and enjoy great sunsets in evening.
Cant wait to return in 2025 and enjoy the newly remodeled pool deck. Seaview is a great location!

This place has everything you could want and more! Gorgeous condo, breathtaking views, fully stocked with everything you need. Spent the week with my boyfriend, daughter and grandson and had the very best time. I will return!

We have been visiting Seaview every year for the last 7 years. This unit at Seaview is definitely one of the most desirable in the building. The cleanliness is top notch along with the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the top floor is second to none. Communication with Larry & Teresa was excellent. The location and amenities at Seaview can’t be beat.

My family of 5 along with our in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Additional family members rented the unit above, both were lovely! The location is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub and several restaurants within a short walk. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are already talking about returning next year with the same set up.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect, recent updates, plenty of amenities and details. 100 feet to the beach! Loved the setup with beach access, pool area, shower and restrooms near the pool. Was part of family reunion where our group rented 4 different units. Ours was definitely the nicest. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect condo for two families to rent. Clean perfect location to restaurants, bar, shopping but lost importance the beach. Never used the pool but beach is literally steps from the pool. Parking was covered with big oversized space. We all agreed 100% we will return and rent this exact condo. Thank You for a great experience

The property was very well kept with everything needed during our stay. Teresa was easy to contact and answered all our questions promptly. Loved the toys for the kids and the beach chairs were excellent!!!! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!!! 😊

Me and my adult daughters stayed over a long weekend and had a great time. Condo is exceptional. Very clean, everything in working order. Directly on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners very responsive. We will certainly be back.

The rental was great. We had a group of women come in from all over. Everyone was impressed with both the condo and beach. Nicely renovated. Having beach towels and a coffee pot was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. Having restaurants across the street was also a plus.

Love this property. It is updated, has all the amenities we need , is very comfortable and feels like home. The ceramic flooring and leather furniture make it very practical for the beach. The sliding doors are perfect lending itself to an in-door/outdoor living style which we love. The best part I’d have to say is the spacious balcony. We spend most of our time on the balcony, where morning coffee is sipped slowly before we start our day. Already booked for next year….can’t wait!

We had such a Great time staying at this condo. It had EVERYTHING that anyone would need. It is in such a Great location. Close to all that you need. Many eateries within close proximity. The boys went Charter fishing and caught many fish. What a Wonderful getaway for the whole family. Well worth the price. Thank you so much for the use of your condo. Our entire experience with this rental was perfect. Teresa responded to all of our questions timely and was so accommodating. The in-house office was so friendly. The interior was very clean and this is saying a lot as we are very picky. The private pool was great for the little ones. Check in and check out was so easy. We didn’t have to do anything to check out. This is not the same as other VRBO rentals. Our absolute favorite was the access and view of the Gulf from our deck. It was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo and complex. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked! We were happy to see the large variety of cookware, utensils, and crockpot; paper products, detergents, towels, etc. Patio furniture was comfy; we enjoyed morning coffee and beautiful sunsets here. On site staff were kind and always helpful. We’ll be back!

The condo was perfect for our girls trip ( 6 of us). The condo was super clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several places to eat and shops. The deck was awesome - great sunset views. Steps to the beach with chairs for our use.
Definitely a pick for our next trip to Madiera Beach.

Nice location!Restaurants across the street.Coffee shop within walking distance.Overlooks the ocean.Large deck where we could all hang out that overlooked the pool and gulf.I would open my sliding glass door to the deck every morning and lay in bed hearing the ocean.Had beach toys for the grandkids and chairs for the grown ups.They supplied us with a pack and play.Condo was very clean and well supplied.Manage was very accommodating even giving us an extra parking place.We would definitely go there again!

We’ve rented quite a few properties through VRBO and have had many wonderful experiences. This property is by far at the top of the list. Great location with exquisite views and dolphin shows that were fun to watch. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything necessary for a great week. We will definitely want to rent again.

What's not to love about this condo! Having stayed in this complex several times over the years, this is the best so far. All the upgrades are exceptional from the furniture (couch ends recline) to the kitchen cabinetry loaded with nice dinnerware and everything you need to cook with, including upscale appliances . The Bedrooms were comfy with delightful decor (master walk-in closet with shelving a plus) and beautiful bathrooms. The balcony is very large and comfortable with seating for 8 people!
We love that there is an office on property with staff during business hours. They were friendly and helpful . The pool/spa area was cleaned every morning.. The location is terrific with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
The owners responded quickly to inquiries and made every effort to make our stay a special one. Bravo Teresa & Larry on such a beautiful gem!

Beach chairs and toys were available and perfect! The balcony was amazing with a table for outside dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. I will hopefully be staying at this location again next year for fall break!

We have stayed at different condos within this building. The property manager and house cleaner were very attentive. Just enough kitchen utensils and beach toys to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and easy place to vacation in.

The view is AMAZING! The condo was Very clean! We didn’t go many places because everything is right there. Beach, pool, grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance!

We just stayed on the beach instead of letting the kids swim in the pool. Short easy walk to the beach, just down some steps and out the door. This kitchen was heavily stocked with supplies, knives, pots and pans and lots of tupperware. Nicely decorated, stocked with beach towels. This place was great. Note the sliding doors to the patio open up entirely. We did not realize this until mid week. This was a great place to stay during covid. Small complex, outdoor hallways to units, well stocked kitchen. We also rented jet skis at the peir and went horseback ringing. We did not do any indoor activities.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
This condo is VERY CLEAN!!! I usually come prepared to clean, but I have to say this was the cleanest condo we have ever rented, and I am very picky!!! Very Spacious. The pictures DOES NOT do it justice!!! It has every thing you could possibly need in it. The owner has not missed anything! Well decorated with high quality appliances, furniture etc. . Easy access to beach. Owner very personable & easy to talk to. As a Nurse during the COVID 19 pandemic they have helped me & my family feel more at ease during our stay! Cant wait o stay at this condo again. Search no more!!!

This was our first trip to Maderia Beach and it was wonderful! The condo was amazing and a true home away from home . The cleanliness of the condo was over the top. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property manager was a God send and made sure everything was to our liking and no issues were un-noticed . She even checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a nice vacation and see if there was anything that needed attention. Maintenance were always cleaning the pool every morning and keeping the grounds clean and maintained throughout our stay . We will definitely be returning guests.
