Single Pool Home! Alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen, in der Nähe des Golfs. Unser neueres Einfamilienhaus verfügt über einen wunderschönen Pool und einen Lanai mit Palmen, 3 Schlafzimmer, die ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer und ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppel- und einem Zweibettzimmer im 3. Schlafzimmer bieten verfügt über 2 Badezimmer, ein voll möbliertes Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Garage für 2 Autos. 7 Personen bequem mit Platz für bis zu 9. Deckenventilatoren, zentrale Klimaanlage, begehbare Kleiderschränke, Master-Bad. Das Haus wurde 2002 neu und professionell eingerichtet. Die schönen Golfstrände befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die bekannten Parks Vanderbilt Beach und Wiggins Pass Gulf Beach sind nur 1,6 km entfernt. Der Sommer-Sonderpreis beinhaltet die Reinigung. Roku-Box gerade auf dem Fernseher mit NetFlix hinzugefügt.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. House was clean and comfortable. Had a problem with the code to get in, but Dan was extremely responsive and had the problem solved immediately. Spent most of the week in the pool and around the lanai. The Bose music system outside was a nice extra we were not expecting. The cooking amenities were very basic. I love to cook but there was not a lot of serving utensils and dishes and just a few pots and pans but I was able to make do with what was there. Overall it was a great stay and just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The home was very clean. Everything you need for an amazing vacation. Dan was amazing! Very close to the beach! Lots of dinning options. Great value for the money spent. We will defiantly return.

Property manager very helpful
Positive; nice pool, close to beach, shops, Restaurants , dog friendly.. Could use some new patio furniture. I understand its rentable to dogs so they don’t want the finest. The house was clean enough but not behind furniture or top of appliances. A nice basket was there on our arrival with goodies and wine. Negative: lots of traffic and no place to walk except sidewalk on relatively busy street or in the street on side street. We had a good time and we were able to bring our dog. A few minor adjustments . The neighborhood is obviously in transition. Lots of tear downs with new builds and some unkempt houses. We have never stayed in North Naples before but I can see its advantages. We

North Naples Home
Fabulous location in North Naples! Plenty to do beach close by and great restaurants. We spent 4 weeks in the house for February and had our adult children and friends visit. All enjoyed their stay!! Communication for the house was also awesome!

Overall no complaints, Dan was very responsive and undoubtedly seemed eager to help if we had any major issues, which we did not. The location was good right off highway 41 which is the major connecting road to many areas.

A Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our stay, house was very cozy and relaxing. Everything was in close distance of the home . Very clean and safe environment. Dan was a great person, if we ever have to return we will definitely stay again. They made their home feel like home away from home.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here with our 5 nieces and nephews. We were really close to Vanderbilt beach and Wiggins Pass State Park. It was the perfect location for all of the things we wanted to do.

Beautiful property and location
Everything about this property was perfect!! It was in a perfect location -close to great restaurants and shopping! The property was well maintained and Dan was the best at answering any questions we had immediately!! We just loved it and are looking forward to next year! I would give it a 10 star!!

House offered great amenities including the pool/lanai area, grill, nice kitchen setup with all the necessities and a robust internet connection that accommodated multiple family members working remotely. Three spacious bedrooms allowed for separation as well. Access to beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. as well as bikes to ride to the beach was especially nice. In-house laundry was a huge plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded my expectations
The location and features of the home were near perfect. The neighbors were exceptional. Most of all Dan was an exceptional host checking with me from time to time and addressing any questions I had about the property. Thanks for making this time away from the frozen north a memorable experience.

Perfect vacation spot for my family
We had an lovely stay at this property. The location is great - nearby to beaches, Trader Joe’s, and other locations of interest. The house itself had everything my family of 4 (children 15, 13 and 10) needed. Lots of indoor and outdoor space fir meals, games and alone time relaxing. We would definitely come back to stay again.

A great rental!
We really enjoyed our stay here in March 2019 with our dog and friends. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries and we appreciated the fruit basket, hair products, soap, etc. The heated pool was wonderful, and the grill worked great. We enjoyed the location which was close to supermarkets, stores, the beach, and nearby attractions. We would have definitely signed up to rent the following year but it wasn’t available! A great experience!

Perfect Vacation Home
We had an amazing vacation! This home provided everything our family of seven needed and more. We were able to access Vanderbilt beach quickly. The two oldest rode the bikes provided to the beach one evening. When we weren’t enjoying the beach, we were in the well maintained pool and pool area. The house was immaculate! The owner was very receptive to answering questions and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We truly enjoyed our time spent at this home.

Winter Escape to Naples Florida
Fantastic location in Naples Park neighborhood.close to everything, beaches , shopping etc.
House was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our 5 week stay. Lanai and heated pool were great , and the pool area is totally private too. Had a few issues with the cable, the owner stopped by and took care of everything and more. Met a few neighbors who were such nice people. Already miss the pool

Everything you need and want in Naples
Photos don’t do this place justice the kids loved it and it’s full kid proof. Host is nice and communication was on point. The beach is right down the street and very killer beach with lots of wildlife and fun things to do
