We were looking for a place where we could enjoy sunsets and sunrises on the beach. This place was just what we were looking for. Close to the convenience store, this place was comfortable and nicely equipped for lounging, staying cool during the day (it was very hot outside), and exploring the area. Would stay here again.

From ages 5 to 62, we all had a wonderful week in Surfside! The house was the perfect amount of space for our group. The living room/kitchen combo was a nice space for us to gather. The ac set at 70 kept the house quite cool and comfortable. The porch looking out towards the gulf was a pleasant spot for coffee in the morning, reading in the afternoon and a drink in the evening. The sunsets were beautiful and we were also treated to a full rainbow. It was fun watching the surfers give it a go. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Communication was a breeze with the owner, they were extremely helpful with each question asked. We highly recommend this property to future travelers.

A great little beach house with lots of amenities and a nice ocean view! Great for our family of five. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable property, close to the water to hear the waves while sitting on the deck. Beds were comfortable and we were glad to have a low to the floor bottom bunk for a 3 yr old. What I would have liked to know beforehand or we had to figure out: 1) House is near the water, but not near a "play" area of the beach. This stretch of beach is just for walking as the water's edge is near the rocks. However, beach areas more conducive to playing and hanging out are not too far away. Some are free/ public parking while other areas are a paid parking pass situation ($12 for a year pass). 2) Be prepared to contort yourself to wash your hair in the shower as the showerhead is way too low for an average height person. You can however use the outdoor shower which does have hot water (which was nice) to wash your hair. 3) the fridge looks old (and it is) but the more you fill it, the easier it will be to keep your food cold 4) The washer/dryer combo is convenient and they work, but do NOT put anything with spaghetti straps because some of our items got snagged up and the straps/ties broke in the dryer so I would air dry those things. My daughter had a brand new sports bra ruined (oh well). 5) The picture with the toys is not super accurate so if you have little ones, bring some of their own things.

Great stay! Our kids enjoyed the games after a long day at the beach. It was very clean and the location was perfect for after dinner walks to the jetty. We would stay again!

Cozy, clean place. Very easy access. Has everything you need for your beach stay. Beds are a little rough to sleep in. Disappointed that it is listed as a 2 bath, only has one bath. Looks like they are counting the outdoor shower as a second bath. 1 bath is not idea for 4 adults. Should not be listed with 2 bath, comes up when you enter a 2 bath search criteria.

We have actually stayed at this property several years back. The remodel of the living room and kitchen are to open that up looks great. We love being on the parade route and a street away for the beach.

We arrived early the day after Christmas and Keely from Coastal Sisters met us promptly to let us know that the water needed to be turned back on after being shut off for the hard freeze. It became clear that there was extensive damage that needed to be repaired and Keely arranged to quickly move us to a new property. The kicker was we were moved from a 2-1 on the second row to a 3-2 on the first row for a substantial upgrade. Kudos to Coastal Sisters for going above and beyond to take care of us. I will definitely be booking from them again in the future for our stays in and around Surfside.

The inside of the property was very well decorated and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a great time.

Our family of three had a fantastic weeklong visit at Alluring Wind Song and would highly recommend. Checkin and Checkout were super easy. Great view of the ocean. Very clean.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. It felt like home, but with a much better view. The property was clean, comfortable and cozy. The only part of being here that we didn't like was having to leave.

We fell in love with Surfside years ago and can’t wait to get back here every summer! Alluring Windsong is so cute and we love that it’s 2nd row with beautiful views! It’s not far from the jetty and we prefer this side because it’s almost a deserted beach. Worked for us with our teens and adult children, along with our little dogs. Matt was super fast to respond and very helpful!

The house was perfect for three friends to relax and enjoy the view! The house is minutes from great beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice and clean, we had a great stay! Would definitely rent the Alluring Windsong again.

Perfect 2nd row home for our family of 6! We enjoyed the spacious balcony outside to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast, the outdoor shower after a day at the beach was perfect, and enough space inside for everyone. Only thing about the beach across the street was that you couldn’t set up tents or hangout for the day due to the tide. However that did not deter us at all and we just walked 5 minutes down the beach to set up our area for the day (was actually nicer than when we day trip because we picked a spot without and car traffic). Would definitely stay here again!

Not too small, not too big, just right. Everything is perfect for a family or as we were, older parents and two adult sons. The television had oodles of channels and this weekend all the NCAA March Madness Basketball. The 5 beds worked without using the upper bunk bed. The kitchen is well stocked as are towels etc. The Keurig got a workout, which from one picture we knew to being our K Cups. It’s a super close walk to the beach, but one row back to you avoid any road noise or people on the beach noise. You can hear and see the ocean and that is enough—super relaxing. Hope we can rent it again sometime. 5 stars.

Great relaxation spot. Airco was cool and the location was awesome. Communication was all good. Would stay again.

We had a hard time finding the lock box and not able to contact the manager. We waited close to two hours before she called back. The home was super clean very comfortable and decorated nicely!

Great 3 day stay for New Years! Like a good book, don’t judge by the cover. Drive up, not the most appealing but, once we opened the door,, the house is beautiful, with great views. Spent many hours on the front deck chairs. Greeted by management company on arrival & they provided helpful tips/excellent service. Took many beach walks with our dog. Would stay here again.

This is our third time booking this house. But the change this time around was the upgrades they made in the house. Laminate wooden floors around the house except the bedrooms, updated kitchen, living room furniture etc. We loved all the changes. It now feels more welcoming! Matt, Property manager, was responsive as always. The first night we arrived we noticed their were no face towels. By the following morning we had some delivered by Stephanie. She was great. She helps maintain the property. We plan on staying again in the future. I would recommend this place!!

Behind the couch had not been cleaned in sometime. Kitchen table and some countertops dirty. Microwave didn’t work. Everything else was fine. Overall was a good stay.

Except for hurricane Nicholas it was great.

The A.C was not working very well when we arrived but in just a few minutes they had it going. We were very impressed.

Just the right size for our group of 3 adults and a dog. Very relaxing, nice porch with ocean views between first row beach houses (this one is second row). Walk on beach in front, which was nice - less crowds and noise. Perfect little home away from home for a little r & r.

Beach house was awesome for my family of 5. We really enjoyed the view and that the house was so close to the beach. My kids loved it and everything we needed was pretty much provided. Will definitely recommend and will book again.

This house was tiny and quaint, in a great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach with 2 toddlers in tow. And the beach never felt too crowded. We could also ride our bikes to a number of different restaurants as well as the neighborhood splash pad. The food mart around the corner was an extra plus! Our only negatives about the house is that it’s a bit outdated, the water pressure wasn’t great, and the internet connection was horrible.

We had a great time here, all of our kids enjoyed it :) (two teens and a baby ) We really enjoyed the beach not being crowded. For some more excitement we drove to the Galveston Pier and spend one day there, which our older two liked a lot. We would definitely come back here next time we visit Texas ( we live in Ohio )

This is a pretty good location just a short walk to the beach which had wooden stairs going down to it so you didn't have to climb over the rocks. The house is small however cute and cozy. The kitchen had a multitude of pots, pans, dishes and utensils you shouldn't need to bring anything if you are planning on cooking besides your food of course. A negative thing was there was hair all over the place the floor definitely needed some more attention from whomever cleans it, it was really gross. The master bedroom bed had a funky smell to it specifically the bed. Other than the two negative things listed above it was overall a nice stay.

This house was so comfortable for our family. Watching the waves from the deck was so relaxing. Everything we needed was in the house. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. 1 min walk to the stairs to the beach. Only complaint we had was the mosquitos and Flys were really bad. And by the shower outside there was beach toys and chairs and a umbrella. That area should be cleaned a little better. Very dirty. But that didn't stop us from having fun. We absolutely loved the house. And Sharron was very nice everytime I spoke with her. Over a couple minor things. We already have out next trip booked to surfside beach.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Alluring Windsong. The property is just as described. It’s a very close drive to the main beach and you have access to the water just a block away. It was clean, and exactly what we need for our family.
