Dream Come True ist ein schönes Haus vor kurzem renoviert, um Platz für 8 Gäste mit 3 Vollbäder, 2 im Erdgeschoss und 1 im Obergeschoss. Dieses Cottage liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand und einen Block vom Stadtzentrum von Seaside entfernt.
Die erste Ebene verfügt über ein offenes Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer mit Tisch für sechs Personen und eine Frühstückstheke für 4 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat französische Türen, die sich zu einer großen Terrasse hin öffnen. Die Küche ist hell mit viel natürlichem Morgen- und Nachmittagslicht. Es gibt eine private abgeschirmte Veranda mit einer Schaukel und einem Tisch für zwei Personen. Ein komplettes Bad im Erdgeschoss wurde für Gäste hinzugefügt und der König Master hat jetzt sein eigenes Bad mit einem Doppelwaschbecken.
Auf der zweiten Ebene teilen sich das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und das Queen-Size-Bett ein komplettes angrenzendes Bad, das ebenfalls komplett renoviert wurde. Das Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett verfügt über eine private Terrasse, die als friedlicher Rückzugsort dient. Es gibt ein Loft mit einem ausziehbaren Bett, das zwei über der Küche mit Blick auf das Wohnzimmer schläft. Das Loft ist ein großartiger zweiter Raum zum Entspannen. Die Außentür im Loft bietet Zugang zu einer möblierten Terrasse und einem Turm. Dream Come True was exactly as described. But the best part of this rental is the location. Just steps away from beach access and the Court area. At the end of a long day on the beach with grandkids that location was great. Homeowners Collection has been easy and efficient to work. I definitely recommend using them.

We have been vacationing in Seaside for decades. The week at this cottage was a great experience. We were a few houses from 30A which is a perfect location and we easily walked to everything. The lay out was great for 2 couples for time together but with our own areas. We would rent here again.

Pros:- Excellent location!! Steps to the beach and the town center. Short walk to pools/tennis/playground. No need to drive, you can walk anywhere.- It is on the smaller side but there are ample areas to hang out. My kids loved playing in the loft area and sitting on the porch.- Puzzles and books to use while you stay. Lots of sleeping areas.- Quiet street with privacy and parking space.- Bright, well decorated! There is a lot squeezed in this cute home.Cons: -Very sparse in terms of kitchen items or anything extra (limited silverware, one hot pad, a handful of hangers). Coffee maker was cheap and wouldn't work the last day. - Condition of the outdoor furniture on the main uncovered deck was mostly unusable (very worn wood set).- Furniture seemed crowded and left little room for movement or personal belongings.- Ample seating for 6 to eat but chairs were too tall compared to table. Not so comfy!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this rental property, close walk to the beach, access, and restaurants. The only issue we had was with the condition of the home there are many things that need to be addressed, starting with the rinse off station in the back of the house it’s in operable. The porch swing in front has very weak links that are bent, the front door does not close very securely due to loose hardware. The television Roku remotes are not very responsive. Lots of spiders in the house, dusty areas the side door has a nice gap in it for critters to come in. The master bedroom Air conditioning vent blows right on you and has little to no adjustments and the bathroom, shower door squeaks very loudly and has very low water pressure in the showerhead, the microwave in the kitchen is not in an ideal spot and needs to be updated kitchen lights did not work, master bathroom lights are very dim. The rug in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to walk on.

Great location to walk to town and the beach access! An inventory needs to be done on kitchen equipment- not enough pots and pans to fix bacon and eggs, etc. Spend $200 for a new set. When one flies in for a week stay, you should provide more than 2 days of dishwasher soap, laundry- for the price of the house rental, ridiculous we have to buy at the store and then leave behind. Did not like the surprise bug visitors in the kitchen, bath and bedroom.

It did rain our whole stay and the water was closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there. But we did have a wonderful time going to the shops, playing games, and watching movies. Great 3 bedroom. The common area downstairs is small, so if your whole group likes to hang together in one room, you will be cramped with more than 4-5 there. But we usually had several people in our group who went up to the loft if we were all inside. It worked for us, but definitely something to consider - especially if you have more than 6. But otherwise, it was great. 6 adults, all of whom showered when we came back from the beach, and we never ran out of hot water. The service from Homeowners Collection was great. We used them for stocking our groceries, bringing us a few missing amenities, and receiving delivery of some floats and things before we arrived. A+ all round. They texted regularly, and responded promptly to anything we sent. A great week.

We had 7 people stay in August and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house is close to the beach, pool and green space. The hose and shower outside were convenient as well for getting all the sand off before heading inside. Loved the screened in porch and porch swing too. I will say the sofas all need replacing but they were good enough for us.

This was our first time to visit Seaside. We took the only house in the area that was available for my vacation week. We were very surprised when we arrived. Location is perfect! Just a block from all the action and 4 houses away from the beach. I do think the house needs some maintenance: washer was full of mold, dining room chairs have dirt caked on the top of the backs, and the upstairs shower held water in the bottom (slow to drain). The living room and dining room are a bit tight, especially for 8 people. The kitchen is a great and roomy size and had all the basics you need. We really enjoyed the screened in porch tremendously. The side deck was the perfect hangout spot. Let’s not forget the front balcony. Incredible views! You cannot see the water from there because of the neighbors trees but if it’s quiet in the community, you can hear it. The loft was a big bonus for us along with the outdoor shower that even had hot water. Speaking of hot water, our family of 8 all showered (even rinsed off outside before) and we never ran out of hot water. It’s a great house and great location, just lacking some maintenance! We also experienced excellent customer service from Homeowners Collection. The communication was great and the welcoming gifts were enjoyed!

Amazing location!!!!
The house is bigger than we thought and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Ali no with a loft. The outdoor space is great for playing cornhole, just wish there was an outdoor table and chairs on the main deck. The location is literally 3 houses from the Seaside beach and is perfect! The queen guest room bedroom has a bed that is a bit squeaky due to the metal frame but other than that this place is perfect for 2 families of 4 to enjoy the house comfortably. There is adequate space and it is bigger than it appears in the VRBO photos. It’s a 1 minute walk to the Seaside square. This place was truly a Dream Come True!

This rental was Plan B after our original rental was cancelled on the day of our arrival (by another Managment company). We were so fortunate this became available during our stay. Home was very convenient to action in Seaside, yet far enough to be quiet. Close walk to the beach and equipped with outside water source to wash feet before going inside. Home was very clean and had ample storage for our things. House had all the equipment we needed. Layout is good for the space and we were able to have friends over comfortably. Only negative comment is that I didn’t think the washer cleaned clothes very well. Had to rewatch upon return home.

This rental was in the perfect location. The only downside is the loft is counted as sleeping 2 and it has no drawers for storage, full early sunlight since there are no coverings on the door/window. Its a great place to fit 6.

Perfect for families
Great location that is a couple of blocks from the shops in Seaside and a hundred yards or so from the beach. Lots of porches to enjoy and ample parking for several cars. Quiet street yet so close to the restaurants and bars that are within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this property for families with children who will be going back and forth to the beach and town multiple times a day. Fun time!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The location is perfect. Not on the busy street, only a few houses back. It’s quiet and cozy. We enjoyed using the bikes, keepsake beach bag/ cooler and beach towels . Great company to work with. Nice rental staff.

Over all this house is a great house. It is in a great location close to the beach. The kitchen amenities need updating. We cook while we are at the beach and the pans were unusable. It is the first of the season so should have new pans that are not scratched completely. I ended up using pans from my sister in law that stayed in another property. The outside deck upstairs furniture needs to be fixed. There is a great outside deck on the first floor but no table only two chairs that were not in good shape. The bedrooms were great. There were 2 full baths downstairs and 1 upstairs so the bedrooms upstairs had to share. We have been coming to Seaside for 22 years and stay at different houses. I would recommend the management company checkout the cooking utensils and pots and pans.
